The reason we stay in this hotel just because it's near to Paris Gare de Lyon train station. You can reach the station by metro, but we preferred by taxi, it costs us for 25 euros.

Love the Apart-hotel concept that we can cook ”
At walking distance of less than 10 minutes from the nearest Metro station, we could reach the centre of Paris effortlesstly but mind you that a first timer with the Metro lines there would really need a helpful guide from an experienced traveller. At the end of day and back in hotel from the `Tour de Paris', we would be welcomed by ample-sized but comfortable living room with a kicthen unit ready to cook your favourite local food!

very affordable hotel like a co dotel”
Very good vakue for rooms BUT was difficult to find. Even when i asked people around the area they did not know...i found it by LUCK! Properties should have instructions on how to gt there by bus or metro . In my case discovered it by chance...bus 87 from gare de leon but have to walk abt 500m or bus 24 from gare de lyin then transfer to bus 109 or 111 from terroirs de france towards charenton. By metro take pink line and nearest station is liberte.

Really nice hotel, better than expected !”
Really friendly and helpful staff, nice building and room really clean and comfy. No noise from the motorway with the windows closed. View from the Eiffel tower from our room on the 5th floor. Quiet area with tramway and subway 5 min walk, few restaurants around.

Good hotel at economic price”
The hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful. They shared all the information we requested. Rooms and toilets were also very clean. There is a supermarket near the hotel. Tube station either side is 5 - 10 min walk. Overall this place seem value for money.

Outside the city center but you get a lot of space”
We stayed here from March 31 to April 3. The apartment is good for 4 people but if you have big luggages, it's going to be a little cramped. We were just 3 so it's comfortable enough. What I liked about the set up is the toilet is separate from the bath, so 2 people can use it at once. What I don't like about it is our unit didn't have a shower curtain so water is splashed all over the floor no matter how careful you are with the shower in the tub. The free wi-fi is limited to the lobby and is barely working. Free Internet in the room is only LAN. Location is just outside the city, the Liberte metro station is only 5 mins walk away but takes about 15 mins by metro to get to city center. Be prepared to shell out about 20 euros for taxi should you be too tired to take the metro back after a long day of touring the city. Another plus: there are actually units where there's a view of the Eiffel tower! Ours didn't but the other room I also booked thru Agoda had. Breakfast is not included in the room but there's an option to take the simple breakfast buffet for a fee. This is not a problem really as the room comes with a kitchenette, and there's a grocery and pastry shops within walking distance. There's also a vendo machine for drinks and food at the lobby when you don't want to go out of the hotel. Hotel staff are helpful and can converse in English. Rooms are not cleaned every day for guests that are staying at least 4 nights. I guess that's the downside of the special long staying rate. Overall, I would recommend this to friends especially for families traveling together. Value for money and you get the space that is a luxury when you book a hotel in the city center. You also get a good night's sleep as the area is very quiet at night.

Great hotel but a bit too remote”
The rooms are very comfortable and they provide wireless internet access at the lobby and wired one in the rooms. One thing to note is that the hotel would be quite remote to any famous sightseeing spots, generally 30-45 mins if you are taking the metro. Luckily the metro station is just around the corner of the hotel (5mins walk).

the hotel is quite near the metro it takes about 10 mins walk to the Station. The room is big enoug for 4 people and the kitchen is very good . It bathroom is also big. But ther is no wifi service and breakfast provide. I will stay again.

Hotel is okay but far from Paris center”
The hotel itself is fine but location is far from the center of Paris, even it is far from the train station (need to take a taxi as crossing big roads. Staff was not that nice as well.

The staff perfomance was poor. When we arrived (around 7 in the evening) the reception was closed and the door was closed as well, so we had to stand outside in the rain with the young kid till someone travellers who stayed at the hotel opened the door for us. Some time later they finally showed up at the reception desk and instead of apologizing, she yelled at us that we must wait some more time before she could check us in. The bathroom was not clean at all, there even was garbage left by previous guests! The only good things were closeness to subway station and cooking facilities available.

The room itself was clean, but the corridor stank of cooking by everyone else on the floor. My room was not cleaned even once in the five days I was there. The bed was of a sponge mattress so I slept very poorly all 4 nights. Some of the guest played very loud music in the corridor. One of the staff was pretty good and helpful, but the rest were not at all, knew very little about how to get to places in the city, and gave poor information about the metro. I had to wonder around myself before I found the best way into the city, which even they didn't know. There was also no wifi in the room so I had to go to the lobby whenever I wanted to get connected.
