Orlando overnight”

We had traveled from Punta Gorda and needed just a 1 night stay to fly out of Orlando airport in the am - this stay was wonderful! All the staff were very helpful! The checkin person upgraded the room to a better floor and we loved the drink reception after our long drive. We utilized the pool and it was very welcoming! Dinner was a convenient walk! Very quiet nights sleep - loved our stay & will recommend!!

Great location on south international drive. free shuttles to parks, universal and seaworld only 5 minutes drive. hotel is large clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. would stay here again.

Great location but needs refurbishment.”

The service was fantastic,everyone had a nice smile and was friendly. But the hotel is a little dark and is in need of refurbishment. The rooms are a great size and the toilets nice and spacious.Bed was a little on the soft side and so my back had some problems after the stay. Apart from that I liked the location close to the Convention Centre and close to all the other rests.close by.

Spacious suite, close to all amenities”

The suite is very spacious, but internet is pay per use only. The free buffet breakfast is great, along with other amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, free parking, and shuttle transportation to adventure parks.

It was awesome!”

We had a great time! The hotel lobby was amazing and very relaxing. For 2 hours we were offered free drinks and free food which was great! The only thing that I did not like was that the restaurant closed pretty early and we were wanting to sit at the bar and drink and eat later in the evening and were not able to.

only negative was the expressway at the rear of the hotel. if you stay up front, you'll have no problems. breakfast is a huge plus!

Very disappointed ”

I have always liked Embassy Suites and picked the hotel based upon past experience. It was obvious the hotel was understaffed and the workers present couldn't care less. The outdoor pool was dirty and we were unable to get towels. "Management"was aware yet did nothing. We had to leave early the next morning and thought we could at least get a good breakfast before hitting the road. This was not possible. Even by 7:45 the hot food was not available.

Very helpful staffs. Daily breakfast provided, however need more choices. Easy to commute. Very convienient location. Free ihop shuttle makes it even better as this provides easy transport needs.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times throughout the last couple of years and always had a good experience. Their breakfast spread is awesome, the rooms are clean and the staff is super helpful. It is very close to senor frogs, icon park and Dave and busters. If you are sensitive to noise I don’t recommend a room at the back of the building because the backend is next to I-4.

Birthday weekend ”

The hotel is on the main street across from Bahama Breeze, Howl at the Moon, Hooters and Señor Frog so at night it was a bit noisy in our room. The hotel itself needs TLC more maintenance, dusting and better ingredients for the breakfast items

Girls trip”

Hotel itself nice. Rooms could be updated. Breakfast good. Pool decent. Layout chairs hard.

I had my 2 yr old went to Disneyworld had a blast for his bday!!!
