Bed are really worn and very uncomfortable, urgently need to be replaced. Only 2 towels for 2 guests. Shower floortiles very dirty.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this Lodge, the room that i was located in looked no where near to the images on the Website. When i entered the room cockroaches was roaming on the floor, the table top in the room had black stains on and it was poorly installed. The bathtub looked so dirty and there was black mold on the silicone, there was 3 death spiders on the towels that housekeeping placed on my bed. I was too tired and just wanted i place to crash for the night, but i am really disappointed with the state that the room was in. The only positive was that the bedding was clean and the wifi worked properly....This Room number 207.

On arrival checked In found a lady by the name of Elsie and told me that I need to pay and i made a booking and paid with card online. The room was outdated and the bed broken the room smelled, the air conditioner was not working hot water was not coming out. Overall the palace needs some cleaniless. Bath tub and it's a problem when you take a bath the previous night and to again bath the next morning it's a hustle as the there's no soap or chemicals to wash the bath. Bad service Overall they need to make renovations.
