nice well located hotel”

I stayed at Elegant Circle Inn for a week in early February 2017 ... the hotel is well located on a major round-a-bout where jeepneys criss-cross Cebu ... there is a Robinson Mall and supermarket close by ... the reception staff were helpful at check in and when I had any questions during my stay ... the house cleaning staff had very good attention to detail when cleaning the room ... there is security on the front door ... there is an onsite coffe shop where breakfast is served from 6 to 10 am (suite 302 - menu photos uploaded) ... the bed linen wss nice, the air conditioning worked well and the water in the shower was hot ... there was a flat screen TV on a corner shelf ... note: there was a 20 cm step-up into the bathroom/toilet area that may prevent a challenge for people with mobility difficulties

Very accomadating”

I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Recently I was forced to cancel my reservation through no fault of my own (ferry service disruption for weather-related reasons). Even though I had a "no cancellation" reservation, with Agoda acting as a go-between for me, the hotel refunded my money. There have been other instances where the staff has gone out of their way to help me. I travel to Cebu about once a month, and I will ALWAYS stay at the Elegant Circlr Inn. It can't be beaten.

great location, very friendly staff, very clean ”

I stayed there 6 nights.Being first time in cebu i was lucky to find a hotel like this. Excellent location in City Circle center. next to KFC, Mcdonals, Starbuck, night clubs. Very friendly staff, the lady manager was to nice and helpful. Room is very clean, even though it is in older building. Room rate is unbeatable.

location is its forte', right on osmena circle, the heart of the old city older hotel but must have been recently redone. very nice inside, staff great (except for head of security who was a jerk) food good but not great, hot water 24/7 (a first for me in the phils) , full size napkins at the dinner table (another first for me in the phils) we come to cebu city every couple of months and will be back here for sinulog in january

This hotel is located along the Fuente Osmena circle in Cebu City, Its location allows easy access to important places within the city proper, the Redemptorist Church, Sto Nino Shrine and the Cebu Cathedral, its also very near Chong Hua Hospital and there are also specialty restaurants nearby.

Great value for money and centrally located”

We enjoy our stay in Elegant Circle Inn, but breakfast set was not that appetizing and very boring ( only egg and rice) until our stay in other hotel even budget room they served sumptuous breakfast 👌👍. All in all it's recommendable if you like to stay in the middle of the city.

Great Hotel”

A great hotel with lots of restaurants very close, shopping malls only 15/20 minutes away, there are no cons. When we come to Cebu City we always stay at the Elegant, we think it is a very nice hotel..

Bath towels,bedsheets & pillow-cases all very old! Yellowish in Color & badly needs to be replaced.”

Two very disappointing encounters :- 1) I was asked to pay 1000PhP for bedsheets being stained w/out my knowing. All stains no matter how stubborn could be washed. What's Hotel Housekeeping for? 1000PhP simply too much! I can buy here in Singapore so brand-new colourful complete set of bedsheet with bolster-case+2-pillow-cases for less than half price charged. 2) I booked total of 4-rooms requesting for 1 smoking room upon booking. Was informed smoking-room not available upon checkin on 11/08. I admitted I did smoke in my room. Upon finding smoking traces as evidence,I was charged another 1000PhP! Btw,is Hotel empowered to charge & collect smoking fines? To my understanding,only relevant Government authorities is authorised for such fines. 3) I'm very disappointed with these two levys imposed upon me. I strongly request for 2000PhP to be refunded & credit back to my visa-card. Other than this,Elegant Circle Inn generally ok.

It's definitely great location because it is right in the heart of cebu city. I booked in Agoda and got the best deal price of the rooms, my niece was 8 years old and it was free of charge. Very cool. It was very convenient place there are some fast food chain outside of the hotel. There are some convenient store nearby. The mall is just across the street. For entertainment: if you like Disco, live band, bar hopping Mango Ave is very close and just walking distance like less than 10 minutes of walk.

Affordable and Accessible”

The Inn is at the center of the city, Just on Fuente Osmena Circle, and its affordable for its price. The room was clean but there were just little flaws like scratches on paint but it was okay. The place is near hospitals, restaurants, Mango Avenue, convenience stores, etc. Staff was accommodating and readily accessible for your needs. In total we had a good stay there. :)

Comfortable, Clean, affordable”

At a affordable price the rooms were clean, everything worked and the staff was accomadating and pleasant. Great location, coffee shop was average, free breakfast was what same quality that other hotels offer, nothing to special. The food is decent. I would stay there again I had room 517 one night, good room then moved to their executive room or penthouse suite as I call it, room 501 great view of the Circle, windows all around, great aircon and TV. The wifi worked great in both rooms.

Excellent”

I highly recommend this hotel for visitors in Cebu. The hotel is really accessable by jeepney anywhere you wish to go. And just a walking distance to mall(Robinsons), Larsian, Mango Square, Shamrock and convenience stores. Hotel is clean, staffs are nice and helpful. Excellent. We got a big discount from Agoda so better book online.

Noisy but good location and decent hotel ”

Loved the price I got through Agoda. Staff was friendly and let me check in early. My only complaint was noise. The rooms on the floor I was on had no outdoor windows, only windows to the hallway- this makes it so noise travels very easily and you end up hearing things you probably don't want to hear in the middle of the night (anything happening in the Fuente Osmeña Circle, anyone watching tv, and anyone doing... other stuff... like we all woke up to at 2am)

Good place to move to various places in the island”

I stayed 3nights-4days in premium room, and 1night-2days in elegant suite room. In the premium room there was a safety box and refridgerator. After the 2nd night, the bathroom smelled. The elegant suite rooms, there was bathtub, were spacious and I think people would be comfortable to spend time. The hotel feced the Fuente Circle, there were always a taxies, and it was very convenient to go to the bus terminal or the ferry terminals. I borrowed a bath towel in my room for island hopping and whale watching, I was glad that the reception staff kindly said "Please enjoy". Porter was really friendly. Wifi connection was unstable. On the first day it was fast, but it was suddenly disconnected after the second day .... I felt only this point was inconvenient.

Comfort Zone”

Elegant Circle Inn is a good value-for-money comfort zone in a generally crowded, noisy area. Rooms are clean though small with no windows. Some rooms have poor cell signals and Internet difficult. The location however redeems these minor hitches.

We visited Cebu City during September for personal mercy reasons and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was good and the food was nice
