The Best Hotel Ever After ElNido Resorts”

I was worried about the hotel conditions as this was my first time to ElNido. But overall, I was so happy to choose El Nido Garden Beach Resort. For me, it is the best options available after the highly expensive ElNido Resorts at Miniloc & Lagen Islands. The staff were very friendly. They were very helpful and kind too. The pool was amazing too. Overall my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. Thank you to everyone at El Nido Garden Beach Resort!

Great wee place ”

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Garden Resort Hotel. We enjoyed our stay, and made great use of the beautiful pool. The rooms are simple but provide all you need, a hot shower, air conditioning and comfortable beds. The location was great very easy access to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast as there were very limited options available and the construction going on next door may cause some disruption but other than that this place is perfect for a few days in El Nido.

Beautiful and Quiet place to stay.”

This is a small resort with only 6 bungalows that are split into two rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean and bathrooms are too. The resort is lovely and the pool overlooks the ocean and mountains. Very clean, excellent, friendly staff. There is a lot of construction happening in El Nido and this is a nice quiet place (although a resort is being built right beside it). You can walk from the resort along the beach into town in about 5 minutes. El Nido is a real backpackers area, so it's nice to have the option to stay at this place as a more upscale accommodation.

Great Spot, Accommodating & Helpful Staff”

Only 10 rooms in this resort. Don't have to upgrade to beachfront as all rooms have a great view and all right in front of swimming pool. The beach is a few steps from any of the rooms. 24/7 security guard by the resort entrance near the beach, so we felt secured. The front desk was closed around 4am - had to ask them to turn on the hot water (which I found very weird- what hotel has a front desk that closes while there are guests staying in?!) Neverthelss, thanks to the security guard- he helped us out with anything we needed. (Turns out front staff was sleeping in one of the rooms behind the reception area.) All in all, very nice resort: very clean, helpful staff, and great location. Resort was 5-10minute walk to the main city in El Nido.

Gorgeous”

We really enjoyed our stay here at the garden beach resort! The garden and pool area is well kept and clean and was like a little sanctuary compared to the crazy streets of el nido! Our room as spotless and they made our room up to a very high standard each day. Breakfast was served by a lovely girl called Ellen-joy, who always seemed cheery and happy! It's location is perfect, just out of the way of the noise, but only a minute walk until you hit the town with all it has to offer. Thank you so all the friendly staff we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful hotel, room & grounds but pricey”

Hotel was beautiful, with well-kept grounds and an amazingly friendly staff. It is located a bit far from the main strip (relative term since El Nido is a small town), but that can be either a good or a bad thing depending on your point of view. There is free wifi in the lobby, but that would also be a complaint: there´s only free wifi in the lobby. Considering that all of the restaurants and cheaper hostels in town can provide wifi throughout their properties, I don´t see why the Garden Beach resort can´t. All in all, it was a fine hotel, but relatively expensive for Palawan and El Nido.

beautiful and elegant”

Our stay in the El Nido Garden Beach Resort was a definitely a time to remmeber, the resort was very clean and unique compared to the surrounding resort/hotel. The pool was clean and nice especially the rooms. The staff were polite and formal.

Enchanting hotel in El Nido Beach”

This is a charming, island-style hotel at the north end of El Nido Beach. The room was well-appointed, grounds were immaculate, pool was inviting, location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants in El Nido Town, and staff was welcoming and helpful. That said, I have to add that wifi is available only in the reception area during business hours. When available, it is painfully slow and loses connectivity to the point of dropping posts. Also, they are in the process of building a high-rise addition which, from drawings, does not appear to be island-style. Although adding to capacity, I'm afraid it will destroy the island vibe that was so peaceful and relaxing. Time will tell.

Peaceful and Tranquil”

This place is a really nice place to relax and take in the beauty of El Nido. Book ahead to avoid disappointment. I think you have to prepare yourself a little for El Nido as it is an "out of the way" place to visit. Therefore be prepared for the power to go out at times during the night. It is turned off from 6am to 2pm in the day but they turn it on again for breakfast. We were island hopping most days so that didn't bother us. The Cable TV is often not on either but after a day island hopping we were in need of rest so it wasn't a big problem. Breakfast is a bit limited here with only 2 choices, American or Continental. Continental being without bacon, otherwise they are the same, but the food was fresh and edible. The pool is nice for a dip too and relaxing around the pool was a nice break from island hopping. All in all a really nice place to stay and the staff are really nice and friendly.

Nestled amidst the town of El Nido is a resort that, once you walk through the gate, leaves everything behind. This is an oasis of nice with a beachfront view. A very nice pool, massage beds, outdoor covered billiards table, breakfast/dining "house", where, by the way, you will be expected to leave your shoes outside. The cottage style rooms are very comfortable. The entire staff is outstanding and ready to please. The bar, the food, and well, just the entire resort was so relaxing. The view? Splendid! I hope to return. By the way, the addition is opening soon I was told.

Perfect Getaway ”

We had an excellent stay. If you are thinking about booking a room here, you should do it. I would 100% recommend this hotel, especially the beachfront room. The beachfront room's porch is worth the extra money. Not only can you see the bay and banka boats from the porch, but you can also see them when lying in bed and looking out of the window. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having an enjoyable stay. The rooms were great and very relaxing to come home to every night. The location of the hotel is on point. We walked to and from town proper every day, but were far enough away to miss the noise and foot traffic from town. There is also a pretty beach north of the hotel. You can follow the beach away from town to find it. The pool like the rest of the hotel was very clean and refreshing. If you have extra cash to spend you should most certainly stay here. Our stay here increased the quality of our El Nido trip.

High quality El Nido Hotel”

the el nido garden beach hotel is the highest standard accommodation in el nido. el nido can appear quite primitive to some people, so some people might prefer a bit more of a deluxe stay. here there are good air conditioners (that also stay on while you're out of the room), a pool, a palawan pet parrot, and a beautiful garden- that is definitly worth embracing! the individually contained cottages/bungalows are also very nice, and room service doesnt come till late morning, allowing a nice sleep in. also power does out (just like every other place) but its generally just from 6am -12pm.

Probably one of the best places to enjoy El Nido but expensive”

Excellent location with stunning view on the El Nido Bay and Cadlao island. Pleasant garden yet close to the centre and the animation through walk on the beach. Nice swimming pool from which you can enjoy the great view. Pleasant room with own terrace. Good breakfast but limited choice given the price (there was more choice in a much cheaper hotel we also experienced in El Nido). Value for money? We thoroughly enjoyed our time there but, on the other hand, the price (close to 200USD/night) is rather high for this category of hotel.

Great location and amenities”

The poolside cottages are a little dated, with noisy hardwood floors and a/c, but very spacious with all the needed amenities. They are worth the money for the access to the pool and beach. The hotel built a new modern tower with a roof top restaurant and bar, as well as a gym and great breakfast buffet on the ground floor near reception. Those new rooms in the new tower are very modern and each one has a large balcony. The staff was great and very friendly. The location was really nice, on the edge of El Nido town, while still in town but you don't hear the busy traffic on the street.

Fabulous views, wonderful times ”

It is a fantastic place to stay in El Nido, we highly recommend going there. Yes, the power shuts down between 6am and 2pm, but we were out island hopping, so never an issue. Location is perfect, each morning after breakfast, we simply had to walk a few steps to our awaiting boat, then off for the day exploring the amazing waters and islands. It is a little noisy as there is some traffic from motor bikes out front, but that slows down at night. For evening, location again as you simply walk down to the beach and stroll the restaurants by the waterfront, very romantic. The beds were a little stiff, but after swimming all day and then having dinner, never had problem sleeping.Overall our stay was amazing and we hope we are lucky enough to go back again one day.

We lucked out!”

We kept a commenting during the trip that we lucked out and got the beat value hotel in El Nido! It was clean, private, with a working air conditioner (we even got chilly!) and a cute little breakfast place. We walked along the beach to get everywhere and joining an island hopping tour from this hotel was as easy as can be. We even had a massage, complete with a sunburn treatment using real aloe. Could not recommend this hotel more!!

An oasis within the bustling town proper”

El Nido Garden is indeed an oasis within the busy, concrete El Nido town proper. We felt very relaxed within the premises, with the lush garden and the clean swimming pool at the centre, the nipa-like cottages each with a veranda, and the sea as our view. The staff service is excellent.

Best location- stunning outlook”

This is a great spot. Has to been the best accomodation along the main El Nido beach front area. Only ten rooms spread round the pool area in a beautiful setting. Rooms and bathrooms are a little tired by some standards but clean and functional. Staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Short walk to shops and restaurants but just far enough to have some peace.

The best place in El Nido”

This was my second visit in EL Nido. We stayed again in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and accomodating.The rooms are clean and big enough for 2 or 3 persons.The location is good and quiet during the night and also the security.Its easy to go to the city center.There are 2 restaurant nearby but dont go there specially to The corner resto because you have to wait so long for the food and their service was not really good.There are better restaurant in the city or on the coast. Dont miss the the island hopping tours.

Exceptional”

The staff were very helpful and arranged all of our island hopping tours and transportation needed. They added the cost of all these activities to our final balance so we could pay with a card at checkout. This was extremely helpful because El Nido is cash based and there is only one ATM in town. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. It was walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. My only suggestion would be to increase the options on the breakfast buffet.
