Fantastic location, nearby the square, everything you need is close by. Quite hard to get there by car, because it is just the middle of the city, but it is great for walking. Also, the subway station is nearby, so you can get there from the airport using train+subway for a cheap price. Breakfast is very good. I liked fresh juice and baked apples. The room quality is good. Cleaning is great. The hotel maybe just a bit old, but it still looks luxury and definitely worth its money.

We really liked our stay in Rialto. The location is amazing. We had some issues with the AC, it’s working but it wasn’t the most convenient one. The room was quite outdatet but it was not too expensive. Staff was friendly and everything was clean, would stay here again.

AC was not working and the maid walked into my room even though I was still sleeping. I guess there need to clean and move on is more important than your need to rest and enjoy the time you have paid for. Other than that value and location are good.

Rialto Hotel still retains some of the magic since last visit.”
1. Location, location, location. 2. Lots of eating places around. 3. Lots of good eating places around. 4. Don't know if its because a few of ths staff had to work over Christmas, the staff seemed unhappy. 5. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and value for money. Thank goodness for that over Christmas festive period.

Put into a small 2 bed room with what looked like a suitcase trolley put upside down with a matress on it, very uncomfortable. Going next year at same time but this has put me of booking here again

Very clean, well located hotel. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. A bit basic perhaps, but in the centre of town, so everything else was in easy reach.

Misrepresented ”
I specifically chose this hotel purely because it stated that it had parking. When I got there they said that I could leave it in the street outside, but not until 8.30pm and that it then had to be moved before the police towed it away at 8am the next morning. That does not constitute parking for a two day break. It cost me nearly €60 to leave it at an underground parking area about half a mile away. Very disappointed in The Ralto and Agoda who let them advertise this when it is not available to the hotel. Very bad.

Poor customer service”
Booked last minute so price was reasonable priced. Location was perfect, however customer service was extremely poor. I called front desk for simple request and they forgot to come. Had to call twice and after an hour, staff came to the room and when he left, he slammed the door really hard. That said a lot. I won't come back.
