Very accessible from the freeway. Very comfortable room. Fantastic complimentary breakfast. Well worth what I paid. Would stay there again my next time through.

We waited til the last minute to book so this stay was 3x the cost of our previous stay, but that's our fault for booking so late. Great location, clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. We'll be back for sure.

Reserved. Checked in and had no issues. Location is great. Sufficient parking. Clean facilities and the staff was very nice and helpful. Totally planning on staying here again.

Rude Staff”
No customer service. Accused us of having a dog in our room so they charged us when we offered to take them to our room and prove there is not any traces of a dog in our room. We went in on Amtrak so we couldn’t take a dog if we wanted to. The manager said he believes his staff member and excused me out of his presence in a rude manner.

Super cozy dog friendly hotel”
The staff was so friendly, the bed was cozy, the room was super clean and my pup was welcomed. All great things when traveling. Great location and rates were good for our stay. We will be back to stay again!

Nice accommodations, reasonable price ”
Staff was great! Check in was easy. Accommodations were nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The only draw back was you really could hear the other guests through the walls. It was good that we were pretty exhausted from our activities because you could hear the baby crying in the next room and the large family up in the other. Overall the stay was great.

Recently renovated room was nice, and breakfast was good. But too much noise from guest heard by being right at elevator and strange ongoing noise in piping seemingly in walls.

Okay in a pinch but far from the best accommodations in Glenwood ”
This is an old structure which has recently been face lifted and it really shows. If you peek through certain doors downstairs in the lounge or behind the front desk you see the dilapidated bones of the hotel. The remodel was very superficial and many shortcuts were taken. The walk in showers are about a half foot higher than the bathroom floor which creates a murderous step down which you will forget about despite the huge warning signage inside the shower. Beyond that there was an ominous smell in the lower level at the bar. The bartender kept spraying cleaner in the air behind the bar to cover it up. The beer I got was terribly oxidized and must have been a months old keg or in dirty beer lines. The coffee maker in the room was missing pieces so I couldn’t use it. It was the only hotel in Glenwood with availability on short notice and now I know why. Definitely stay in one of Glenwoods many wonderful air B&Bs if you can, or just drop another hundred bucks for a nicer spot.

Great Value”
Stayed for our anniversary. Location was great, walking distance to downtown & other attractions. Breakfast was so so, could’ve been better. Walls are pretty thin, but we didn’t have anything disturb us. The bartender downstairs in the lounge is a rockstar!! We will definitely come back
