Great Hotel with big swimming pool”

Location: - good location. walking distance to supermarket and fast food. Room: - Room was not very big but is good enough for us. sound proof was good, i hardly heard any noise from the corridor and outside the hotel. Bed was clean and comfort. Breakfast: - Very Good and many variety. Staff: - Friendly and helpful. I can easily get a Grab car by using my phone. So going around is not an issue for me.

Facities are impressive ”

I’m going for business trip in Cakung area. Santika hotel its help me to rest silent after finish my work. I stay during fasting month, and they offer to replace breakfast became sahur package. And the staff its nice but after 3days stayed I just knew that parking fee could be free because I am their guest. So for 3 days before, I was charge parking fee.

only one night stay, but we could sleep well in a clean and comfort room. the room's amenities satisfied us as well as the good services of the hotel staff. the parking area is so huge. unfortunately, hotel location is far from city-center. breakfast is abundant, many choices of food and drinks. always satisfied with Santika.

Huge swimming pool and spacious room”

This hotel is crowded at the weekend because they have huge swimming pool and seems many family do staycation here. However we like the spacious room and it is clean as well. Unfortunately we were not able to taste the breakfast because we don’t get chair when we came for breakfast time. The staff wasn’t attentive as well to help me find any empty chairs while I carried my baby perhaps maybe she was confused because too many people there.

Good for weekend getaway and big swimming pool for kids”

We booked non smoking room but upon arrival the room was smell with cigarette. Obviously someone must’ve been smoking inside. It took nearly 30 mins to wait for another room. Finally they upgrade our room. Thanks... swimming pool for kids. Good for weekend getaway.

Hotel nearby restaurants ”

Santika hotel located in strategic area near variety of restaurants across the street. The price of the room is not so expensive, the room is big enough for two person, clean but the AC is not working properly eventhough i had set the temperatur to 16, but the room still hot. The towel is old, need to be replaced. My son loves the pool and sauna, but the water slide is broken and closed. Breakfast is standard, nothing specials. Worth for staycation if you got the promo price.

mislead info for driver’s room”

one day before stay i’ve called and asked the stafd whether they provide driver’s room in this hotel and he said yes. later the day i checked in, they say there weren’t any driver’s room and they offer a place behind the hotel with the same price as staying at the hotel for the driver. i think this kind of misleading information matters a lot for the visitor, and am quite dissapointed by they saying it lightly and didnt even apologized for this matter

NEED IMPROVEMENT”

The wifi was really sucks (keep on disconnected) and very extra slowwww. For some reason, our room didnt get clean. we are already too tired to call and ask housekeeping. Towels looks old and need to be replace. The breakfast are really lousy. not much option and the taste was horrible. many of the food was empty and it took them very long to refill it . For a 4 stars hotel.. I think they really need to improve the quality and service.

family occasion ”

my trip for family occasion but ended up not really good because staff in poll is impolite questioning my sister and suspect that she is not guest, while my sister is holding his son. hopefully they can make sure to be more warm and friendly staff in the future.

Best buy.. surrounded by so many culinaries .. has big pool with mini water boom.. children was enjoy the stay.. limited food option for breakfast.. the taste need to be improved.. additional charge for children above 5 yo

Hidden gem in crowded Bekasi, Olympic size pool”

The hotel located inside a private independent town called Kota Harapan Indah (KHI) at Central Bekasi. Like Summarecon, KHI are well developed residential area. The hotel itself was build recently inside the town executive & sports club, which had the largest hotel pool I've ever experience .. an olympic size pool complete w/ mini water park for children. The breakfast is one of the most delicious breakfast hotel we experience. It is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, although it is rather difficult to reach without using vehicle, since it is located in the middle of huge highways. The hotel itself provide bicycles for free if you want to sport or visiting surrounding venues. We are definitely will visit this hotel more often, since it also near our parent and family member houses, beside other good stuff the hotel offer.

this hotel is new, clean with great pool for kids. The staff not very helpful, no pool towel provided during our stay. value for money, many restaurant around the hotel. the food during breakfast is delicious, but crowded after 7.

The hotel is centrally located. There are many amenities such as shopping centre, business office and many other facilities. The hotel staff is very friend and ready to help you in whatever needs. The hotel provides good range of in room dining service and breakfast buffett selection is great.

Nice hotel with strategic location. Near to mal and food store. The pool was big and the kids can play as they like. Breakfast menu has many choices and tasted good. The room bigger than other hotel with same type. But the water in bath room was not clean enough, it was little yellow. I saw some cat's poo at pool area. Maybe the staff should more pay attention about that. But so far we are happy. Thanks.

Bad services from staff Danang ”

My sister with her 7 month baby want to take money outside swimming pool and ask one of staff Agus to follow since way to the atm is too dark. After going back and want to go inside swimming pool. My sister with her 7 mo baby J is suspect by staff name danang as illegal guest that going inside gel By the staff Agus. Is too bad experience since I was the loyal guest since 2015 stay over the weekend in Santika. Hopefully they can trained staff to be politely and nice to their guests!

Spacious Room with Good Choice of Breakfast”

Enjoyed the stay although it was only for 1 night. The room was spacious and the pool was super great. The breakfast is superb too and the chef ensures that the food are always filled up on time.
