Great plave to get away from it all”

We stayed in a beachside bungalow and was really nice, we literally had the whole beach to ourselves. Nice swimming pool too and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast caters more for the Asian tourist but there was enough choice to satisfy a westerner too. The only downside is the location as it's pretty isolated as there isn't much in the local area. But, if you want a few days of peace and quiet to relax then I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice resort for retreat!!!”

Very well managed service I have ever known. Room is super clean and staff even did room make up twice and totally made us surprised with "Good night" leaf. Last but not least, attitudes of staff is unquestionable, very friendly, very warm, always smile and ready to help. Thank you very much for making my holiday wonderful

Nice resort”

This resort was very nice and the employees were very friendly and kind. But it was very windy outside and the season was off-season. When in the room, there was a lot of wind sound surrounding the room. This city is not a convenient place to be but in the resort, there was no convenience store, only their restaurant.

Amazing place, really good value for money”

Beautiful, stylish and luxurious resort, big pool. We got a free upgrade to seafront bungalows. Perfect to relax and wind down. Some local restaurants are just next door and the big buddha on the hill minutes walk away. If you come in low season, there are only limited breakfast options (usually its buffet) and they could improve the level of English of the staff.

Lovely pool with private beach- very quiet and relaxing”

I came here with my father and spent 3 days here. The resort itself was very well maintained and looked great. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The pool was just lovely- perfect temperature and with a view of the ocean. Loved swimming here. We hardly saw any other guests and it was as if we had the resort to ourselves. Things the resort still needs to work on: -level of English of staff. It would have been nice if staff could have answered simple questions about the area, the hotel, their backgrounds etc. but it was VERY difficult to make conversation beyond the drinks or food order. They were polite, but that was it. -It would have been nice to have a pool bar with a bartender that speaks English and can entertain. The pool bar was empty every evening and we never saw any guests there. Maybe introduce happy hour or some kind of entertainment for guests.

Superb resort in perfect setting”

Crown Retreat is situated north of Quy Nhon in a very quiet spot next to the beach. It's perfect for peace, quiet & total relaxation, esp after a fe hectic days in Saigon. We got an excellent deal which was real value for money. The chalets are spacious & clean, with very comfortable beds & good AC & strong wifi. The views from the Chalets on to the South Chine Sea are glorious. There is an excellent swimming pool surrounded by loungers & shades & a pool side bar along win a set of steps that takes you on to the beach, where more sunshades & loungers can be found. The Spa offers a good range of high quality treatments & is well worth checking out. The restaurant is well located with seating inside & out, overlooking the beach. The choice at breakfast is excellent, with all tastes catered for including our vegetarian preferences. In the evening the restaurant was quieter but there is an excellent menu & the quality of the catering is very high - the local fish can be cooked to your requirements & is delicious. Given that Crown Retreat is a fair distance from Quy Nhon you are quite tied to the restaurant for your evening meal unless you have transport or want to take a taxi. We found the food to be so good that we didn't feel the need to look any further. Service at Crown Retreat is outstanding, with staff keen to help wherever they can & always with a smile (& good English). Special mention must go to Truy who looked after us & was a pleasure to talk to - she made our stay extra special. All in all this is a top quality resort where it's impossible not to relax & enjoy the beautiful scenery & excellent facilities.

Nice hotel”

New hotel, located at long beach. Location and accommodation are really good, only little bit disappointed about the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte with not many choices, lunch and dinner menu - portions are very small and overpriced for the quality and quantity served.

The Service at the resort is so outstanding that I can say it is the best I have ever experienced. And I have been to many, many places. The Manager, Mr. Kirill , is extremely friendly, welcoming, personable and provides you as a guest with a superior VIP service treatment. He will also provide you with a local knowledge recommended itinerary. Staff members are English and Vietnamese speaking. Staff members Hoa, Thủy , and the great chef, deserve special mention as they made our visit so exceptional as they are extraordinarily polite, friendly and true professionals. The staff knows you by name, has your preference for meals and drinks memorized already, and they treat you literally like a king or queen. Mr. Kirill and his team of professionals represented by the entire staff is extraordinary. Travel, both local and regional are easy to arranged with the help of Mr. Kirill , He arranged for our airport ride service as well. I highly recommend a stay here, its spectacular.

Nice beach but less tree.Near the street so it is quite noisy while staying on hill bungalows.It is also hot in the noon time as there is not too many trees around.The staffs are friendly and helpful.Breakfast is poor.A la Cart makes big suprise as they only serve 1 slide of fish for the 200k dish.It is not deserve to pay 1 mil VND for 4 tiny dishes.It is quite far from the city so not many choice for food around.If you are the fist time in Quy Nhon, suggest to choose hotel in city center.

Should use the bamboo straw to protect environment”

Everything is good but i see the facilities in the room made from wood, everything very natural but so disappointed that the hotel restaurant used plastic straw to serve. The resort close to the beach. It should know how to protect it. But your resort is not.

Great location, away from the city, rooms are quite good. They have a private beach and a clean pool. Dining is not prefferred, but there is a Vietnamese restaurant nearby. Staffs are good and co-operative.

The perfect place to rest, do nothing and enjoy the beautiful luxurious bungalows, the outstanding service, the perfect location (go for the beachfront bungalow and you have the private beach right at your doorstep) and everything else that you can expect form a resort like this (beautiful swimmingpool, good restaurant, massages etc.).

Splendid View from the bungalow, few meters walk to the sea, moreover the pool tempts for staying out long. Cousine very good, that piano play on Friday night created a special moment.

Great place to relax”

I found Crown Retreat on Agoda by accident. The location is in between the airport and Quy Nhon City. If you want a beach nightlife with clubs and restaurants, it's not a good choice for you. It's a place to escape and to sleep. The thing I enjoyed the most are the staff's friendliness. The food in the resort restaurant is surprisingly good too. You can have the whole front beach for yourself. However, you should prepare for your trip in Quy Nhon ahead as it's quite costly and timely to get a taxi to city centre.

I can't tell you how much this amazed me. The sea itself is breathtaking. The way to the beach needs improvement., same goes for the fireflies - they are everywhere, in your room, at the restaurant... Had my dishes swapped multiple times because the fireflies kept getting in my food, I really should really have gone into town - would have cost less and less troubles!

Fantastic resort and a great place to relax away from the busy city. Bungalow right onto the beach with great food. We did unfortunately have a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly by the Manager and his staff.

Great new-ish place north of Quy Nhon”

We loved our long weekend at Crown Retreat - the room was lovely, the staff was friendly and the facilities and food were very good. Pool/beach combo is beautiful and it's pretty quiet, as long as the fishing village next door isn't blasting karaoke. Would happily stay here again - best to rent a motorbike so you can explore the stunning surrounding area. One suggestion - add some small tables by the pool and beach chairs for guests to put their belongings on. Great stay!
