I arrived in Madrid at 9:30 PM and had an early morning flight at 7. Because time was 'key' I choose to stay here. I was VERY IMPRESSED! Super easy to walk to on the bottom floor of Terminal 4. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave e me several suggestions for restaurants. The room has a very comfortable queen bed, TV, and very modern bathroom with any excellent shower. Everything is quite clean. There also was an expresso/coffee machine and had 2 cups to wake up in the morning. Yes - the fee was approx.$150 U.S., and I could have gotten a hotel 10 minutes away by train (that you get in T4) for perhaps U.S. $75, but - seriously - time was precious AND this hotel is Very Good value!

Top Notch”
A hideaway in the airport. Nearby food options. Very clean place. Convenient and close to all transportation. Heard a few subways rumble by but didn't disturb me. Very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you have an early flight to catch.

Great option when you are traveling”
Location is right at the bottom floor of terminal 4. Can’t get more convenient then this. Has everything you need. Shower was awesome, super hot. You can hear some noise of others and airport. But all in all, great solution when in between flights!

Perfect location in the terminal”
This is the perfect location especially when flying with Iberia. Located in the terminal floor building. Saves so much time to be right there in the terminal. We used it on our outbound and returning journey. Perfect. Will stay here every time we use Madrid airport.

Excellent decision. I had a 10 hour stopover in Madrid havung arrived at 5am with an 8 hour time difference. To be able to rest and sleep in isolation an absolutely brilliant option and decision. Well worth the price, including free breakfast snack.

Great location, quiet wonderful!”
We had a 12 hour overnight layover and it was so nice to have a bed to sleep in instead of finding a chair somewhere to nap. Will use again! Like a little gift in the middle of a long layover.

Great place to stay”
We were flying to Madrid and then leaving the following day to go to Tenerife- we stayed at the airport hotel so we would not have to drag our luggage to another hotel and back again the following morning. It was super convenient- clean - good coffee and snacks. Clean and Comfortable bed (I thought) Great idea to have the hotel at the airport.

T4 is just upstairs”
The room is comfy and big, so good for short transit and T4 for check-in is just upstairs which is so convenient for 1 night short stay

Will definitely stay here again the night before a morning flight. The desk clerk printed copies of our COVID travel documents for us which was a huge help. 😊 Our only complaint...and it's a big one...is that the shower floor becomes extremely slippery once it gets wet. The shower had no grab bar, and my companion fell. Fortunately, she was only bruised and sore, nothing broken. This problem needs to be addressed by the hotel. In the meantime, please put a towel down inside the shower stall when you take a shower. The floor was fine while dry. It only became slippery once wet, and by then it was too late. 😢

Good Location”
Great location and good room. We had a 7 hour layover and didn’t want to waste time transferring to/from airport or sleep in an airport chair. The cost is high for the amenities, but the room was clean. In this case for us the value was time and the room was super. 2-3 minute walk from baggage claim, and we were at our desk checking in for our early morning flight within 5 minutes. I would stay there again.
