The place is walking distance to COWHED and TBoli Museum. Also near Punta isla resort. Fan room (non-aircon) is spacious but really old and rusty. You get what you pay for. Bad pillows and bedding. A lot of spiders in the bathroom. Shower needs more pressure. You can hear the footsteps from the restaurant.

I tried to contact the resort early to inform them that I will arrive a bit late but they didn't answer. When we arrived the room was not yet set up. It was raining and we had to wait outside while they clean up the room for us. The reception was closed as early as 7PM. Good thing the crews were courteous enough and apologized for keeping us wait. The place was quiet and we had a sound sleep.

First of all, they didnt wanna honor the Agoda reservation. They told me to go to Manila to get a refund. I said sure, "where is the agoda office and can i get a letter" (SO YOU KNOW THEY ARE LYING) after an hour of arguing they gave me a room that smelled like fish and dirty. The place didnt even have a fan for christ sakes. Looks like a family ran hotel and only stayed cuz i had no choice. Felt like a MOTEL BATES experience. I hope Agoda takes this off the list. They are the worst excuse for a hotel....
