Nice hotel, near the airport. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. They even helped me return a key from another hotel I had been staying it at. I’m impressed by how kind and helpful they were. Even after we had our room made up they came to see if we needed new towels. Careful with the tap water it can get really hot (burning) fast.

Room was very noisy, aircon is loud. There was even a long finger nail of somebody on the carpet in the room. Breakfast is boring and not many choices of food for breakfast, more of lunch, or dinner. However, staff is very nice and helpful.

The staff at Eden Plaza were excellent from the moment I arrived, Hoa (apologies if I have got that wrong) on the desk was superb. He went out of his way to order me suitable food from outside the hotel (I was preparing for a race the next day), ordered me a taxi for 3 in the morning which was there! All the other staff also went beyond what I would expect and have experienced in similar level hotels. The facilities were good (pool, gym, etc) and the room (deluxe double) was spacious and clean. I will happily stay there when I return to Danang.

Comfortable and value for the money”
It was a short stay for my business trip to Da Nang (meetings with my clients). I needed a place closed to the airport and easy access to the places that I had my appointments. Eden Plaza Danang met all my requirements. I would recommend it to travelers who come to Da Nang for business.

Good one night stay”
Just a one night stay, checking in very late at mid-night after a 2.5 hour car ride from Quang Ngai province. So did not get to really experience much of the hotel. Though I can see in the day, that the building was pretty good and in photo the swimming pool looks good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room I stay was clean and orderly. Nice bed and pillow. Internet works well. Showers works too except the bath room lights were a bit dim. Breakfast was average, the main good one was the Pho Ga, which is delicious and refreshing. But the coffee and tea section were kind of nobody refilling it. Nice thing about the hotel is it is very close to the Da Nang Airport, probably a 5 minute ride, which one can relax more and go to the airport at a leisurely pace.

Eden plaza is a huge hotel with great management and staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The bad part was only that hotel is under construction so we woke up really early because of the noise. Nevertheless I would recommend the hotel. It is located near to the airport.

I arrived at da nang one day before the next tour grup appointment. Next day afternoon. My flight landed at 21.30. So i"need spent for one night. Eden is very near from airport. The hotel very clean, enough breakfast. Free foot massage. All are ok. Thanks.

great swimming pool and luxury hotel ”
Very nice stay. The swimming pool is really the best part, there is no one inside and it s a very big pool and neat. I can recommend a good restaurant next to the hotel in which you can eat very nice local food from Danang. The rooms are big and the hotel is nice but not centrally located.
