I had a pleasant & comfortable experience at the Econo Lodge. I was had my request of a high floor room met and was upgraded to a king room in the corner which resembled a mini suite. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future. Thank you

I love the location, it's close to all the major shopping centers and food joints. I didn't even need a car! As for the staff, they were pretty accommodating. The facilities met my expectations, I like that they had a clean laundry room! Most places with the same price tag aren't up to par on their cleanliness. I loved it here, and would definitely stay again :)

A place was needed for over a week while I was between apartments. This was a perfect location for me. I enjoyed the clean room and breakfast. The washer and dryer made my stay perfect.

I was visiting from out of town and didn't appreciate being told that I could not have a visitor. And this is something you must sign upon check in. I am an adult and have paid for the space. I should absolutely be able to have someone visit my room!! Seriously?! Not that it was an issue because I didn't plan to have a visitor, but that takes nerve! I will not stay here again, that makes no sense to me. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have walked out.

Affordable & Comfortable”

What you need at a more stripped down approach but without sacrificing the comfort. Great bed. Will return. Only problem is it is supposed to be smoke-free but my bedroom had heavy smoker presence. Blech.

Not if you are traveling with pets”

They charge $20 extra for each pet. Had I not pre-paid for the room I would not have paid that much. I was kind of stuck but $60 dollars for having pets is ridiculously over charging in my humble opinion. The motel is in a great location and easy to get to from the freeway. Personally we will never stay there again should the need arise. I will definitely look elsewhere. The motel 6 we stayed at the next evening did not even charge for pets and the room rate was reasonable. I feel I was ripped off but never again.

Friendly, efficient and great value for the money. Breakfast was yummy and the tables were 6 feet plus apart. Clean and comfortable.

I told the front desk Multiple times about the Refrigerator making load noise and the toilet bowl not working properly and not refilling the toilet paper and also everytime I leave the room and come back the air conditioner is off I told the staff and the front desk and still shut it off. And I am very unhappy about all of this problems

For $117 I was not expecting the ritz Carlton, but however expectations of a clean room that you reserved should not be to much to ask. Upon check in they gave me a key to room that did not work, they issue me new key to the same room. Which still had guest in it. (Awkward) then the handicap sweet they put me in was absolutely disgusting. My 10yr puts in more effort while cleaning. The stay was so miserable I ended up checking out the same day. Overall review, if you are in a bind can’t beat the price. If you are just trying to save money it’s worth spending a little extra for decent accommodations.

AWFUL DO NOT STAY HERE!!!”

Front desk clerk was very rude and aggressive. Insisting on using cash for the deposit and using their high fee ATM machine. Location was VERY dirty and unclean. I checked into my room and immediately left as this place was in no condition to stay in. Stains everywhere, holes in the wall, the cabinets had been ripped off by previous people and nailed back together unevenly. NO EMPLOYEES WEARING MASKS DURING PANDEMIC and required mask mandate. I am still fighting to receive a refund since I did not stay here due to the photos not matching correctly how this place really is. Junkies and homeless people hanging around in the parking lot and selling drugs. Room AC/Heater did not work. Hairs in on "Clean Sheets" on the beds. Pubic hairs on the toilet and bathroom, shower was unclean. Stains all over the couches and the furniture was beaten up. This place needs to be shut down!

Its cheap and you'll see why! Not a bad place necessarily but it appears to be on its last leg financially. You will want to take a shower elsewhere after being in the room.

The people that own this business are very kind and very attentive although the surroundings are ghetto because they're currently in the middle of a remodel which is none of their fault I would recommend staying here to anyone if you can deal with the construction type surroundings they're dealing with right now.
