Lovely Hotel”
This hotel is such a lovely hotel with amazing rooms and working air con! The main area has a pool table which you can play until 10pm. Right over the road is an ATM and supermarket. There is a great restaurant which has the best staff especially Rama!! He definitely made our trip so memorable and made us laugh everyday! ☺️ The only downside is the smell of the drains but this is all over the island and is the same smell we found in Chaing Mai and Krabi so not limited to here. We were used to it after a day so don’t let that put you off. Would definitely stay here again and already thinking about next year 🙌🏻

Appearances can be deceptive (in a good way!)”
Bearing in mind my friend and I are in our 50s and 60s respectively, we were initially put off by the entrance and student union/Pirates of the Caribbean lobby. Our rooms, however, were sublimely cool, large and well appointed, as were the shower rooms. On further inspection the building has been carefully designed to echo a ships skeleton or a quayside warehouse. Eating and drinking are conducted further up the building, affording brilliant views over colourful Labuan Bajo harbour. The young staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. All in all, highly recommended.

Place is really cool , a very relaxed vibe. Staff was super freindly and very helpful. Room was super comfy and very clean. Onsite restaurant was great place to chill out enjoy some foods and watch the sunset. Really a cool place.

Room with balcony and sea view”
The room is quite bigger for two persons. Nice sae view from my room. The facilities of the room were good. Bfast at Tree Top resto is very nice ambience. Great for the sunset view. The menu is ala carte and it tasted just ok. They also prepare simple bfast for our early morning island hoping trip. Great staffs!

Good Location”
Nice, for a night's stay at labuan Bajo. Friendly staff. They take Eco Friendliness to another leval. Glass Bottles, with a water cooler in the passage. Cocktails were serveds with a re-usable straw. Quite liked the idea. The restaurant, had great views of the harbour, and a chilled out vibe.

The room i have was exactly the same with the picture they have in Agoda. Best service. Great location. The room smells a bit weird but it is ok. The room is clean.

We were here for two days, the hotel is located right in the center of the town. Every staff were friendly and very helpfull. The manager in charge Mr Hendra took very good care of us, he even drop us at the airport when the driver was late and he refuse to be paid. With such service we know we made a right choice.

Lovely stay”
We really enjoyed our stay here. Not only was the room super clean and equipped with everything you need (water heater, shampoo, soap, fresh towels), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful the whole way through! The design is really beautiful and unique and the views from the restaurant are excellent. It can be a bit loud at night on weekends with live music at the restaurant, but that wasn't an issue for us (we're deep sleepers) though it can disturb light or early sleepers. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel in central Labuanbajo ”
Stayed here for 1 night before an early boat trip the next day. We found staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with good air con. The downsides were that the shower was half hanging out the wall and because our room was downstairs the WiFi didn’t work at all. Also the house next door was quite noisy but nothing the hotel can do to help that. We enjoyed having a drink on the top floor bar with nice views.

WORTH THE MONEY”
Near everywhere, easy to locate, the rooms are clean but the bathroom cleanliness can be improved (not gross or anything, but the shower wall and bathroom need more scrub). The staffs are friendly, when the server is down after the power off, we cannot check-in, the room number is needed to check on the server, the problem is we have to go to someplace in less than 1H but need to shower first, cuz we just got back from swimming at Goa Rangko, and the staff still can't access the server after 10~15 min, in the end, they let us use other room temporary to clean ourself, so grateful they can handle the problem so well.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Eco Tree Hotel. The staff is great, and the location is spot on. I got the balcony king size bed room. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Like other reviewers' comments, if you are very sensitive to noise, this is not the room for you as it is directly under the restaurant and nightly music entertainment. I didn't mind, but for others, it might be an issue. As far as tours in general, don't book ahead of time on the internet! You will be way overcharged. Just book them when you get into town. The restaurant in the hotel has FANTASTIC food and a great view. Highly recommend the hotel.

You can't beat the location right downtown. Excellent facilities. There is music most nights but it's over by 10PM. Fridge, kettle, water fill station and great AC.

Great little hotel. Don’t expect 5 star, you’re in Flores. But it’s clean, great air con, clean drinking water, great beds, awesome restaurant, super friendly staff. We had two rooms for our family and they booked us side by side to be helpful.
