Easy hotel, the easiest access in Kuala Lumpur”

When first check the location through google map, I found it very near to KL Sentral, the central transportation hub in Kuala Lumpur. That's one of my consideration when choosing this hotel. But I feel surprise when I arrived. The hotel's location is perfect. The escalator to NU Mall, where KL Sentral is located inside, just exactly in front of the hotel. For easy access, this hotel is the best. About service, I feel no disappointment at all during my stay. The porter was nice, front office staffs was also nice and worked effectively. About the room cleanliness, it was also good, the room was cleaned every day, the room was comfortable. And the most important, if you travel with kids, you don't have to worry about the hotel situation. This hotel is very recommended.

Great Location, Nice Staff and Cleanliness”

This is my first experience as a family to stay at Easyhotel. First impression when the entrance to the hotel is a very strategic location. Located in the heart of KL Sentral, the transport hub to various parts of Malaysia. The location just next to the monorail station that can reach the famous Bukit Bintang area in Kuala Lumpur. In front of the hotel, the NU Sentral Mall recently opened. Right Left 24-hour minimart hotel and restaurant with a wide menu of food. In addition, the friendly staff is ready to help at any time. Wifi is fast. Clean his hotel and another one, for my family more points than this hotel is not providing alcoholic beverages. The next time if I go back to KL I will be back to stay at the hotel Easy

Next to KL Sentral Monorail Station”

This hotel has a really good location as it is next to KL Sentral Monorail station, close to KL Sentral station, and easy access to food. I chose this hotel because we needed to catch our flight the next morning. The bus to the airport is in KL Sentral station location. The hotel location made it easy for my family to travel. Unfortunately, when we stayed there we didn't get a room with windows. I thought our room would have windows as shown here in agoda, but I was wrong. My suggestion if you want to get a room with windows, probably make sure first then book it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was kind enough not to charge me when their soap dispenser was broken (The shower hose got tangled and my mom decided to untangle it, but the hose bumped the dispenser that sat really close to the hose, so the dispenser fell and broke. Suggestion to the hotel maybe you can make some room between the hose and the soap and shampoo dispensers). We would want to stay there again if we decide to stay in KL and need to get hurry to the airport. My family and I really LOVE the hotel location ❤️❤️ The best.

Full marks for a budget hotel!”

The Location is very convenient - right in front of the Nu Sentral Mall, adjoining KL Sentral station. So if you are arriving by the Airport Express - walk into the Nu Sentral Mall by the escalators, walk right through, and out to the Exit that leads to the Monorail Line (the Green Line starting at KL Sentral). As you walk out of the Mall (still on higher than street level), - you will see the entrance to the Green Monorail Line. On the right hand side there is a Lift (Elevator) and an Escalator heading down to the street level. Through the Glass the Easy Hotel can be seen right behind the Lift. It is not only right next to KL Sentral Station, but bang in front of the Green Monorail Line, which makes going around KL very easy. This is a Budget hotel with a decent comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, a working Air Conditioner, a working Shower with Instant Hot Water, a working Internet connection, a 'sometimes' working TV (TV works, but the channels are few), a small refrigerator and a hot water kettle. There is No Security Deposit Locker / Box in the room (which could easily be added by the owners). But all in all, it is good value for money. If you are there for a brief stopover and just need a clean bed for the night, the place serves the purpose. They provide a Breakfast voucher (if you chosse the 'Free Included Breakfast'), which can be used in the adjoining Restaurant which serves a set of basic options which is ok for a very basic breakfast or you can order from the menu. Else you can choose to walk right across into Nu Sentral Mall and go into Cafe Coffee Day or numerous other Coffee shops or restaurants, or simply walk down the Jalan Tun Sambanthan towards Little India where there is Sarvanaa Bhavan on the left, and many more options further ahead. The place is run mostly by smartly turned-out Bangladeshi migrants, who were very happy to be treated respectfully, who made an effort to be cheerful, and kept the place clean.

HARDLY RECOMMENDED”

You only need to spend 36-40 step from KL Sentral Monorail Exit. You can go every where easier if you spend your night here because the location very near from KL Sentral where you can find transportation to anywhere. The hotel crew is very hospitable. They're fluently speek English and Melayu and some of them Indian also. So dont be worry about languange. About the Breakfast we can take some menus from ABC Resto beside the Hotel. It has connecting door to the hotel. About the room : we took 4 adault in one room type. The room very clean, air conditioner really good, toilet inside also very clean and heather work good. Easy Hotel have a luggage left service so you can keep your luggage after you check out and easy going around easyly. Sadly we only spend 1 nights here. Hopefully we can enjoy another time here

Wonderful safe clean little hotel with perfect location!!”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and as a solo traveller felt this to be one of the safest hotels ever (travelled to over 45 countries in various hotels from high end to budget). The location is unbeatable - right next to Nu Sentral Mall which is connected to KL sentral station - the main transport hub which means it is so easy to get to anywhere in KL.. Pros- very clean - good daily housekeeping with daily provision of basic toiletries, towels, coffee/ tea and bottled water. Very safe hotel with security/ doormen, inside lickable room and latch also, fantastic location, helpful pleasant staff and 24 hour reception. Well lit bright rooms with ample well located plug points, constant running hot water, good shower, comfortable bed, kettle & coffe/ tea facilities, Great ambience as a busy well located hotel but quiet and peaceful at night. Cons - none! . Would be good if the hotel can provide tourist maps to guests (can get them from tourist office also)

Satisfied with the facilities and services”

I'm really satisfied with the facilities of the hotel. With low price, I get comfortable room with queen bed. Although the room is quite small, but have enough space to perform solat. The sejadah also prepared by hotel. The bathroom is clean. And I like the basin with water tap outside the bathroom, easier to take water for boiling water without entering the bathroom. The hotel also provide slippers in the bathroom. I feel really happy because of good service from the staff. Really shock the budget hotel like this can give welcoming drink during arrival. Nice orange cordial drink. The hotel is located in front of NU Sentral, which connected with bridge which connected to NU Sentral. Besides the hotel is KL Sentral Monorail Station. So very suitable if want to travel around KL with rapid KL services. Overall, I'm very happy with this stay, and will come again to stay here next time.

I have stayed with my family in this hotel for 3 nights. well maintained clean hotel with politeful staff located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur Sentral. From the entrance of this hotel U can access by train to KL Intl Airport within 55 minutes, Batu Caves within 30 minutes, Petronos tower within 15 minutes. Both Rly station & Bus stand within a premises and you can reach these stations through a lift located just 10 feet in front of this hotel. You can easily access most of tourist locations by fast trains. Buses also their for going to Genting Island and it takes nearly 1 hour. Free breakfast & yr luggage dropping facility almost nearer for trains & Buses is available. Totally 100% good.

So my friends and I booked a Deluxe Family Room. Regular rate is approximately USD45 (we were able to book it for $42 something) a night and everything was worth every penny! The location itself is great. There are two 24-hour convenience stores right outside the hotel . It's also right in front of a mall connected to KL Sentral (KL's transit hub, so easy access to trains, buses, taxis, etc.). The mall has a lot of food choices and shops, it's a great stroll during the night. The room itself is very spacious. I'm not sure if all of the rooms are since we were given the end-most room on the floor (room 210), but the space between the two double beds could still accommodate another double. The room is actually more spacious than the pictures in the ads. There were no closets but there was a decent-sized mirror with mounted hanger on the far corner of the wall so it doesn't look crowded. The best part was that there were outlets and light switches right beside the two beds so you can charge your gadgets even without getting out of the bed. The desk came with four complimentary water bottles and an electric water heater. The bathroom is quite small, but efficient and very clean. It came with a small sink, a decent-sized mirror, a bidet and a shower area; also came with complimentary toiletries, extra tissue rolls and a pair of bathroom slippers. The only drawback was that the shower area didn't have a curtain so there's a tendency for the shower water to splash everywhere and the bathroom door of our room was creaking loudly, we were afraid it would get unhinged. The WiFi connectivity is also good, especially since the router is mounted right outside our room. The LCD plasma we had in the room comes with a USB port so you can charge other gadgets there. The view outside the window is not very picturesque as it's technically right in front of a multi-story motorcycle parking lot but it wasn't a big deal since the curtains were big enough to obstruct the view. Strategic Location; Money Value; Clean”

We enjoyed our stay in Easy Hotel. We will definitely book the same uon return in KL. Pros: Location - under KL Sentral Monorail station few steps to KL Sentral KTM Komuter and LRT station. Cleanliness - room service being done daily including replacing water bottles and changing matress. Staff - polite, courteous and will attend to all your needs/question. Could have given a perfect rating on the staff if there is no need for us to give tip to the staff who brought our baggages in our room. We thought that we need to do something because he was literally standing inside the room and would not leave until we gave him some tip. Cons: Facilities - could have been better if there's a hair dryer and fridge but aside from that everything else is good.

Ideal for a Kuala.Lumpur city break”

Easy Hotel is conveniently located opposite NuSentral.and KL Sentral station where you have the LRT, Monorail and KLIA Express to the airport. If you fly Malaysia Airlines you can check in your luggage 24 hours before your flight at KL Sentral and take the train to the airport with no worries. The hotel is comfortable although I never seem to get a room with a window. This is fine if like me, you are only there for one or two nights. Don't opt for the breakfast as the cafe operating downstairs is awful. There are plenty of other cafes around. The air-conditioning is great and there is a TV in the room as well as a mini bar.

I like this hotel and definitely will come back if I visit KL next time. The location is very close to KL sentral, even connect with KL sentral through Nu Sentral mall. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I booked family room for 4 people and was charged with very affordable price. The room is quite small with no coffee, tea, or sugar provided. But they provide mineral water and water heater even empty fridge. It still meets my expectation. I can grab tea or soft drink in KK mart or 7eleven, located beside the hotel. The breakfast is so so. They collaborate with ABC indian resto. The taste is ok yet no much options. For me, no significant problem regarding this issue.

Excellent hotel with perfect location ”

This hotel is located just below kl sentral! There's a shopping mall in front of it , just gotta cross the bridge then voila a shopping mall and a train station. The hotel staffs were very nice, even if the bellboy brought us to the room and stood still and smiled (he wanted a tip) it was awkward but he was a nice and friendly bell boy. This hotel is also next to abc restaurant, which is a really perfect Indian restaurant ! The food is very yummy and even better, it's really cheap too! You'd be surprised at how cheap it is! However the plates and spoons are not clean but what would you expect with that kind of price. Overall I really loved easy hotel, although the room may be small, it doesn't really matter, we don't need that huge space anyway! The bathroom may not be perfect but it's functional, the aircon works really well! My whole family loved this place, I would absolutely come back again and recommend anyone to come here.

Hotel is very near to KL Sentral. Just a cross the road from NU Sentral. Loacted in the heart of KL. Easy to find this hotel. Suitable for transit travelers or business travelers. Easy access to ERL (to airport), LRT, Monorail, ETS & buses. Hotel room very comfortable. Complete with all basic necessities. Easy to find food also, either just go down the hotel or cross the road to the mall. Conclusion, worth every expenses if you decide to stay at this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👌🏻

Really Strategic: will definitely stay here for future visits”

Stayed here for 1 night before continuing our journey the next day and it was very convenient place to stay. Major advantage of the hotel is its location. As we exited the hotel, the escalator/elevator is just right in-front leading to the KL Monorail. The NU Sentral shopping mall is just across the road, and the KL Sentral is just a walking distance away if you need to make your convenient way to the airport using the express train. The hotel staff is more than happy to accommodate with your luggage if you need to check-in at the KL Sentral. An Indian restaurant (24-hours open) is also available at ground floor. Will definitely make a come-back!

I reached the hotel in very tired condition after dragging 3 luggages from kl sentral, the bellboy(?) was really nice for providing me a small bottle water to quench my thirst without me asking. The room was super clean & i managed to check in 3 hours early. When check out at 3am, the staffs were really nice offer to help to book grabcar & carry my luggages to the car. The good reviews & hotel is up to my expectation. Too bad i stayed for a night only should have stayed longer. Thanks easy hotel!!!

Easy to access from kl sentral. Just walk into Nu Sentral. Straight until you find sephora store on the right. Down with escalator to monorel LRT. Go away through the bridge. Take a right downstairs, and you find the easy hotel at your right. Check in so fast. We checked in 30 minutes early before. About 1.30Pm. Officially you can check in on 2 pm. The staff very helpful. It's kind of Muslim hotel. The sound of Qoran hearing in front of receptionist desk. The bellboy took our luggage to our room. Breakfast with nasi lemak or indian cuisine.

Good location”

Stayed here for 2 nights on our first trip to KL on July. To be honest we chose this hotel because of the location. It's right next to monorail station MR1 KL Sentral and just a few steps away from Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral, the station hub for KTM Komuter, LRT, KLIA Express, KLIA Transit, Rapid KL buses, and Go KL buses. All the hotel staffs are polite, no smoking and alcohol allowed, and there's even a sajadah (praying mat) in our room. The room is relatively small but enough for us to sleep and pray. There's even a window facing monorail station in our room. We ate our free breakfast at a bistro cafe behind the hotel with limited menu but tasty and yummy :) Definitely will stay again @Easy Hotel on our next trip to KL, someday.

This was our second stay at Easy Hotel. We see lots of improvements. Though the room is very basic (no hair dryer though, may need to request at the counter), but it's clean. No single pest was seen throughout the 4 nights stay. Another highlight is their strategic location, it is linked to NU Sentral thus KL Sentral, just next/below the monorail station. The noise of monorail is bearable. Staffs are very friendly as always and we love the Indian food cafe attached to the hotel. Overall a happy stay.
