Good Hotel”
I am a business traveller and I know this hotel since it was named as Omni Saigon. I feel very welcomed in here, as the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The services were excellent. My secretary sent some business faxes from my office in the UK before I arrived and they have no problem in passing those important documents to me when I checked in. What an excellent service. Moreover the breakfast is very good, complete with choices. To arrange a meeting in this hotel is also quite easy and plenty areas that you can use for lobbying your precious customers. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the services and the staff. I would like to go back again when I am visiting Ho Chi Minh city in my next business trip.

Second Stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon ”
The hotel location is a bit of a distance from the downtown but at the center of the bustling commerce corridor of Phu Nhuan - Tan Binh Districts. You can find many boutique shops and eateries within a walking distance. Since it is away from the town center, you normally get a better deal of a five star hotel in comparison with those at the downtown. The room is clean and quiet at least for me on the fifth floor. The gym is roomy with adequate exercise equipment for your strength and cardio exercise. Saigon Café on the first floor adjacent to the hotel lobby offers quite variety of foods. It caters more to the taste of Western tourists which to me is sterile and lack of adventure. Of course I can’t speak on behalf of all travelers. In general, I would recommend to those who travel to Saigon and look for a comfortable place to spend the nights with all the amenities of a high-end (US 4 Star equivalence).

Comfortable hotel next to the airport”
we stayed as a stop over in ho chi minh, and is in an excellent location for having to be at the airport early (only 5-10mins from the airpot). the hotel is clean and modern, and the entire stay was comfortable with excellent business lounge & conference centre as well as the rooms, pool & restaurant. staff were professional and we were happy overall with our dealings with staff during our stay. one word of advice, don't put a debit card up for your security (we accidently gave the debit card rather than credit card and the staff forgot to check which caused us some problems) but with a little persistance from our side it was all resolved and made up for by the hotel management staff. food at the restaurant is amazing - would highly recommend eating in at the restaurant during your stay.

This is an excellent hotel with great facilities very near ho chi minh international airport. Try and upgrade yourselves for a real treat to the executive floor where you get free wi fi and free drink between 5.00pm to 7.oopm. The staff are very friendly and accommodation. They can organize sightseeing tours all over Ho Chi Minh City for you and the people travelling with you. As for the bellman I cannot say enough good things about this guy, he goes out of his way to assist you

Great hotel for overnight transit”
I was here for one night waiting for transit. The hotel is only 3 kilometers from the Ho Chi Minh City airport, but takes about 10~15 minutes drive due to horrible traffic. Hotel is very nice. Big room, European style, everything is working fine. The gym is well-equipped too, although small in size. I had an Executive Room, which gives me the access to Executive Lounge. This is worth it. The lounge is quiet and adequately large, very comfortable.

NICE & FRIENDLY”
We had a nice experience for 2 nights at Eastin Grand Hotel. The room is quiet, bed is comfy and cleaning staff is a very nice lady. We borrowed a bike and the staff at the parking lot for motorbikes are nice as well. The location is really convenient to commute cuz it’s near the intersection and just bout 5 mins to the airport. The only thing i was not really pleased is about the reception staff. On the day i checked out to the airport, I was carrying a pretty big box passing by the reception desk but nobody came to help. If this is a 4-star hotel, i could understand but if it’s 5-star one, i think the staff’s behavior should be changed, especially they are receptionists. However, there is one gentleman at the reception helped my girl friend to find her chargers and then had Grab delivery to her house. Really appreciated for that. Anyway, overall this is a nice place to stay. I’ll still choose this for the next time flying to HCMC.

Excellent hotel close to the airport”
Very proffesional run hotel, runs like a Swiss clock! Excellent buffet with friendly and fast service. You feel that the managment of this hotel knows how to run a hotel as staff is very motivated. The draw back maybe is that it is far a way of town, but the big advantage it is close to the airport. max 10 minutes Maybe oneday they should renovate the pool area. Awesome place for a stag doo!”
A group of us are over in Ho Chi minh for our good friend's stag! I was immediately greeted with the staff as I walked in. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean! The only down side is the water pressure was a bit low and it takes ages for the shower to heat up. In such a hot country, i guess hot showers are over rated :P They have a wide range of breakfast from western to local pho! Over all I had awesome stay and I will definitely return to this beautiful city and hotel!

I stayed during Lunar Moon Festival and while most things around HCMC were either overbooked or shut down all together, Eastin Grand Hotel ran like a fine tuned machine, from booking and accommodations to quest services and room services (even room cleaning was quick, through and efficient). I am EXTREMELY critical of hotels wherever I stay ( comes with the job) and Eastin Grand is my top choice for best hotel in HCMC

Excellent hotel located near the airport and out of the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi MInh City.Taxis were not expensive when we wanted to go into the city.Front Office staff were very helpful and we also enjoyed the variety of restaraunts.Breakfast would have to be one of the better buffets I have experienced,first class.Pool area was nice to relax at and the gym very good. Moevenpick Hotels do a great job,we stayed at their property in Singapore and because of that experience made the decision to stay here.

The Eastin Grand Hotel Siagon is a fantastic city hotel. The staff and service are exceptional, and the buffet breakfast is better than anything we have ever experienced in Australian 5 star hotels. 5 Star Software bur the Hardware need an update ”
I only spend 1 Night at the Hotel, had Lunch, was great, Dinner in the Japanese Restaurant, very good and Breakfast which was nice to, what ever I eat was top, noting to complain. The Service and friendliness given to the Customers by all the Staff, Front of the House, F&B and the GM was outstanding. Disappointing was the actual condition of the Hotel, which is not up to a 5 Star Hotel and needs desperately a Face Lift, otherwise everywhere in the Hotel it was very clean. With this great Staff and a Face Lift, this would be a leading top Hotel not only in Ho Chi Minh City.

I had a great stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon. It was near to my office so it serve my purpose well. However, there's nothing much near the hotel to explore or sight-see. Staff was extremely friendly and would offer me advice on taking care of my personal belonging. Overall had a great stay!!

Great 5 star hotel”
Location was great for me as I was working opposite at CentrePoint directly across the street. There is also a convenient store right behind CentrePoint so that takes care of daily needs. Lots of food around ranging from high end restaurants to small roadside stalls and shops. Walking around will provide tones of discoveries. Google maps works very well to help you navigate the small streets. About 20 mins via Grab to District 1 so not much of an issue. Will be coming back here again the next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh.

These staff are great. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and then came back to Ho CHi Minh 10 days later. We had to wait a few hours for a flight and the manager at the Movenpick very kindly allowed my whole family to spend the afternoon at the pool ... how great is that? These guys bent over backwards to make our stay perfect ... very grateful

Very decent hotel, and competitively priced when compared to other overpriced Ho Chi Minh hotels more closer to city center. Check in was a bit slow due to the number of other guests checking in (only 2 check in clerks) - but overall, highly recommended for a stay in HCMC. Comfortable and clean rooms, very good b'fast, and nice & helpful staff.

Booked the Eastin Grand hotel via Agoda. It was a nice hotel. It was worth the money. Friendly staffs, clean room, convenient location for a walk and to the airport were positive things. Only thing that I did not like was breakfast... It was too western style and expensive.
