My castle ^^”
We stayed 5 weeks in the hotel and it was wonderful. At 1st week the lady receptionists don't look at me well ( maybe they dont like me) but I dont mind. We stayed at the 4th floor and everyone assigned there is amazing. They are so friendly and approachable and they like me and my husband. The breakfast was a little disappointing because for 5 weeks it is always the same.. The drinks tastes like melted ice. Rice was cold. But hey.. Its ok it's served with a smile. Just have to ask them for a fresher warmer option :) The cleaner of the hotel are funny and the guards are protective. We will definitely come back. <3 P.s: we stayed 4 days in Greenleaf hotel and East asia Royale hotel lost a point on breakfast options aside from that overall The Royale is the winner.

Keeping up with the times”
It is not my first time in East Asia Royale Hotel. In fact, it is one of the most well-respected hotels in GenSan. Though it caters to the high-end and has been here for decades already, it has maintained its facilities well. Though the aircon units need to be replaced with more energy-efficient inverter ones, but the bed, the facilities, and the staff were friendly. Take note though that the hotel is still adjusting from the hard lockdowns, so do not expect the service that we had once back before the pandemic struck. Pat on their back for giving a great service despite the challenges in the tourism industry.

Worth every dime”
Room is fancy but for a good price!the view is superb!it was a perfect time when we stayed here.It was new year and were in the best front view of fireworks display all around the city!Just in front of Gaisano mall. theres 7/11 within the strip.Id love to stay here when we visit again!

I must say it was a pleasant surprise as I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. It's a shame there was no bar so we had to go out for dinner and a few drinks. Thus the hotel lost our business. It seems that the hotel did have a bar in the past but was no longer open.

The hotel is well-placed and accessible to nearby malls. Rooms are kept clean enough and the staff is polite and helpful once you approach them. There isn’t much to do in the hotel but in general, there isn’t much to do in General Santos City yet. Hopefully, the hotel can have more amenities in the future because it has potential.

Nice place, The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. They have security out front. An on-site restaurant and the food is really good. Free breakfast is of really good quality. I have stayed there several times when visiting General Santos.

Well maintained hotel”
This hotel is clean, well maintained with very courteous staff. But it's a bit old. Would be nice if it is upgraded a bit like the bathroom. But overall comfortable experience.
