My stay was purely authentic. Despite the transformation of Cameron Highlands these days, staying at E Resort made me feel like the first time i step foot in Brinchang 30 years ago. Everything was still well preserve, and i can still enjoy the fresh air and coldness of CH like i imagined. Eveny 1 year-old boy was having fun and slept like a log. My wife liked the parking approach the most where i can park my mpv right in front of the door (very convenient for a family of six). I spent most of my time on the balcony watching people shopping at the market which is just a stone's throw away. My 18 year-old daughter went for a massage after one whole day walking in Tanah Rata. All in all, the location, facilities and ambience is perfect for the whole family.

Chill vacation”

It was a 2D1N trip for our family and we enjoyed it maximum. Nice cosy resort for a family, bit run down but has the necessary amenities. Its OK for the money we paid. i loved it is located at the highest point in Brinchang.. surrounded by nature, and garden and really quiet area. Nearby to the morning market and various eateries and attranction in Brinchang. Will i book here again? Yes, I definetely will.

Generally is a great hotel in Cameron Highland. Strategy location with food stall. Nice staff during check in and guide you to the room.

Smelly Towel, hair dryer & water-heater not working”

We were couple, first time came to Cameron Highland by car, it was a studio suite, free parking, big room with nice view. Romantic and peaceful place, completed facilities such as kitchen, living room & balcony. Overall was okay except for the smelly towels, not working water-heater & hair dryer.

I stay at studio apartment. It was very cool to stay there. Each apartment have own car part and quite private place. Will come again if holiday at cameron highland.

Worth gor money”

Condition is ok just water pressure for heater very low. Nice apartment for family Near to Kea Farm and Cameron Highland Square. The room was very cold because it place at the top of the cameron hill.

Reasonable price, friendly owner, clean, tidy and spacious apartment”

Stayed here for the Copthorne 18 degree celsius fun run event. The reception took some while but the owner and the staffs were friendly. The price was reasonable. The apartment was clean, spacious and tidy, and it's ideal for any group who'd like some good friend/ family moment. There are the basic kitchen facilities and the picnic table, a tv with the premium programmes. Possibly the only drawback was the loud toilet's flushing sound and the bathroom floor would be quite slippery when wet. But all in all, I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back again.

Nice stay”

Upon arrival at reception, the staff told that room I book having problem. I book room with 2 bedroom. Then, the staff offered studio suite which have only 1 bedroom. In addition, he offered 1 extra bed and give back RM50. However, with the numbers of my family I asked for another one extra bed. He agreed and didn't ask for extra charged. The resort located near to Kea Farm Garden. I can see the farm at my room balcony. The balcony view quite amazing too. Walking distance to nearby restaurant and market. The only cons is that the mattress need to change. Cleanliness inside the kitchen need to improve. The curtain need to change asap. Overall it is a pleasant stay.

Things that you need to consider”

It has a good location to stay.The only matters to me is the facilities such as the wall condition ( damp and fungus), a rusty window cover at the bathroom, a limited water heater (only available in master bathroom), smelly apartment due to dampness, dirty & fungus on curtain (at the kitchen), dust everywhere. I dont know if the management hired a janator or not. And let's say if you arrived late (11pm or later) you need to call management to get your key by yourself (there is no counter open) they will guide you how to take your room key from the post box/key box outside the counter. Overall it looks like an uneasy condition but if you don't care about all those matters, you may stay happily and it still safe to stay as long you enjoyed visit to cameron highlands.

Comfortable, friendly staff”

The hotel was quite clean, just the matter of some small odour due to long term wetness at highland. However it is quite convenient and there is already a car park space for us without looking for it. Will come again.

Overall the resort is clean, the room is big, good location and facilities.

Nice Studio room facing the mountain view”

The room facing mountain and also some plantation which give us a nice relaxation on countryside. I bring along my pet which this hotel is pet friendly and no problem at all. The room have a very long and big balcony which very good for family to do steamboat. Surely will return again as is very for its price.

Recommend for family stay”

Hotel need more maintenance and cleaning need improvement. Kettle available, but no strove & fridge. Lack of kitchen utensils and no dining table. No wifi. Hot water available after 30minutes after 2 person bath. Bed comfortable. Quiet and super cool weather at night. Near to Kea Farm pasar Pagi and attractive places to visit. Hard to find more choices of Chinese restaurant around. Private car park.

Huge and homey feeling but need some cleaning up”

The place was located inside the Equatorial Hotel ground, and the reception area was just below a rundown apartment. But we were brought to a beautiful apartment building with our own parking space, and were surprised to see the large space of this apartment. Large living room and balcony with Astro channels. The kitchen is very basic; just a kettle, no refrigerator. It's best if they can provide a microwave or a stove since the apartment feels just like home. The room is on the small side but enough for the two of us, the bed and comforter however were old and a little uncomfortable. No towels provided. I would highly recommend this place if they upgrade some of the stuff I mentioned. The bathroom was nice, but hot water seems to not be working very well. Cleanliness was also an issue. It would be great if the management take a good look at the room before renting it out. Overall, it was a good stay. Very close to Mt. Brinchang, Kea Farm was just a walk away and the view was breathtaking.

E Resort overbook but was offered Rose Apartment.”

E Resort was overbooked, although they had taken a fully paid reservation. However, we were offered Rose Apartment...No complains, for the arrangement.

Good”

The location was quite strategic with just couple km to brinchang and tanah rata. The apartment also very close to ladang teh sungai palas. The apartment has a beautiful view. Very satisfied with the external view. But the internal cleanliness of the apartment was below expectation.

E resort 2 bedroom apartment”

Terrible. Comfortable.. no linings. Bedsheet torned and old. No toiletries at all. Old towels. Kitchen all locked up.. only 2 cups and 1 electric kettle. Everything old and worned out. Was disappointed.. just stayed one night and want to get out. Bed bugs bites...will not recommend unless you got budget constraint. But I am sure you can find comparable accomodation in Cameron highlands.

Sofa bed cover very dirty.. ask the staff to change but they give many excuses.. toilet not clean.. house location and interior very good but my only problem is cleanliness of the house.. please ask the E-Resort to maintain the cleanliness and be more responsible to customers complaint.

Cosy Resort”

Excellent stay, the resort is affordable. Easy access to anywhere. Food is not served, but that is fine.
