What I love about the hotel is how clean it was and for the price that we were paying, it was a great stay. Love the location - although the hotel is at a secluded area but it is still a walking distance to Larsian BBQ, Robinson Mall and Mango Square. Love the always helpful and friendly staffs too (Check in and check out was a breeze). Surprisingly it's very easy to get a cab here (there seems to be plenty of cab hanging around in front of the hotel). Love the various TV channels (too bad we only spent limited time in our room). Food was nothing fancy but still satisfying considering the price that we were paying (Note: Must try the first one on the menu. That was our favourite!). The room also comes with complimentary wifi but the connection isn't that good if you are inside the room. However, there's a place for you to sit at the corridor if you want uninterrupted connection. The only downside to our stay were the thin layer of blanket (we had to readjust the air conditioner temperature several times during the first night) and also the problem with the shower head in our bathroom (low water pressure). We didn't complaint though as it were still bearable. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay near the main attractions of Cebu City, this is the place!

DYNASTY TOURIST INN is a peaceful place. The security guard and the staff, particularly the room boy and receptionists, are nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Dynasty Tourist Inn, the room is wide. Has 2 beds provided, 1 queen size bed and 1 double or single bed? Not sure. But since we're a couple we decided to use the queen size bed and placed our things and stuff on the other one. AC is working good. We also enjoyed the cable tv. Bathroom is clean. We stayed for 2 nights for a cheap price.

Regular returnee here with tremendous experience again and best value for a hotel in the capitol/osmena circle area. This area is far from the airport so expect to pay 250 to 300 pesos in taxi fare or you can take mybus 25 pesos from airport to/from SM Cebu city then pay 120 pesos to/from SM City Cebu to this hotel. Sometimes the TV and wifi did not work while raining for a few hours.

A great place to stay if roaming around the city is your purpose. It is situated in the heart of cebu city and just minutes-walk from every restaurants, coffee shop, and malls. The staff were very kind and accomodating and our checked-in and out was seamlessly done and with no problems. I loved it here and will definitely book the place again if we’re going back to Cebu in the near future.

We stayed there over night but we arrived very late because our south cebu tour. The service staffs are friendly. It is located at the heart of the city. Near food establishments. Malls are near at the hotel and the dried fish market. I think it is a great placw to stay for budget travellers

It's in Fuente Osmeña, in the middle of Cebu. Plenty of places to eat and Robinsons mall is just a short walk away. Banks, a hospital and even Larsian, a got to visit food mall is all in walking distance. It is a simple and quiet place to stay. If you will go out most of the time and just need a clean, quiet place to spend the night then this is it.

It was really a good hotel and accessible to some historic or tourist destination around cebu and the price was really good. Maybe they should've provide microwave each floor so that it's not hassle for the guest who are staying on the higher floor.

Bathroom and the room itself are spacious. The bed is also huge and comfy to sleep in. Towels are provided. Receptionist is 24/7 available. Wifi is available but had a hard time to connect. We only stayed for a few hours since we're going to South Cebu early in the morning.

If you just need an overnight accommodation, nothing fancy, this is just the right place for you. We arrived in Cebu and had a whole day city tour. We checked in at Dynasty around 6 or 7pm and had to leave around 3am the following day for the 2nd day South Cebu Tour so this was a good choice for us because we only need a room to sleep in. With its room rate, dont expect hotel like facilities but this is ok for an overnight accommodation, a place to rest comfortably. What a really liked about the place is the ihaw ihaw right infront of the hotel. We really had a nice dinner. Saved us a lot of money. 😊😊😊

1 night in Cebu”
Me and my partner stayed for 1 night on our return from Bantayan Island and arrived around 11pm. We booked through Agoda and on arrival they would not allow us to check in until they had seen a voucher or confirmation from Agoda which was slightly frustrating as we were tired and my mobile phone was dead. I had my ID and I dont think many other people with my name had checked in for the 1 night. For the price paid the room was fine though and good for a quick stop in Cebu.
