Close to the airport”
Stayed here waiting for a flight the other day.. It really is steps to the airport, a easy 10 minutes if you cruise.. The hotel is not much to look at but has been done up inside, sort of a semi industrial wood and wrought iron chic with nice marble floors, and everything was spotless and new looking... Air con works great, water heater and all that. Very basic brekky in the morning but for the price, you can’t complain, plus hot water jug and coffee in the room. Just over the road is Airport Central plaza, plenty of dining options there, especially the basement food court. The only niggle is the road noise as you are quite close to the big flyover... it could be remedied by asking for a room as far away from the road as possible or, if you are a experienced traveler, you just have your ear plugs and you hear nothing... Happy to recommend!

Nice place, good value”
Very good value for money, but not easy to get to as it is located on a road that hasn't got a u turn for many kilometers, even crossing the road isn't that easy, so be aware of that. Other than that, it's a great place and good value for money.

Close to airport and central airport plaza, but it is not convenient for outside taxi / tour bus to pick up and drop off due to inner roads are not developed yet and hard to u turn from the main road, that is the only minus

Very good”
Very close to the Thai Immigration Office, and airport. The staff are very friendly, and I enjoyed the Thai breakfast. The only downside is the sound of the cars driving on the highway, which is directly in front of the hotel.

Could ALMOST walk to the airport, its a great location, its very clean, and it has a 24 hour relax area/coffee area just perfect for travelers. Will definitely stay here again!

stayed here on a layover. it's within walking distance of the airport (approximately 20 minutes walk) and we had a good night's sleep. rooms are fine, price is good. nothing special but also nothing wrong. wouldn't stay here longer tho, but for a quick layover to CM, definitely a fine place.

DO NOT BOOK BREAKFAST ”
DO NOT BOOK BED AND BREAKFAST. This hotel sells room only and bed and breakfast packages, which is simply a scam. First of all, breakfast is just toast & jam and tea and coffee and wet rice. Secondly, it is a FREE breakfast for all residents, non dependent on whether they booked bed and breakfast or not. We have paid extra for breakfast for each night, which we could have had for free. If you staying for multiple nights, ‘breakfast’ of this kind is simply not sufficient. It is actually a shame because the rooms are lovely, and breakfast should match the standard of the rooms and it would be a 4* review.

Awful hotel. Do not stay there. ”
The room was clean but that was about all that was ok with this hotel. It was so loud all night and the windows were shutters so you couldn’t close them to keep the noise out (it is right next to a highway). We were meant to stay there for 3 nights but left after one. It’s nowhere near anything so you have to get a taxi everywhere and felt unsafe just going to the 7 11 as the roads where so manic outside to even cross. Because the windows wouldn’t shut it was so hot in our room but the air con was as loud as a hoover so there was no winning. You will not sleep if you stay here.

great but itinerary dependent ”
This is a basic hotel great for a stopover for a few days, or if you're traveling with a vehicle. It's very close, 15 minute walking distance, to the airport, Central Mall Chiang Mai, and the Immigration office for visa extension or 90day check in (although now that portion is off site while remodeling but within an easy taxi or personal drive). If you don't have a vehicle, it's a difficult distance from the tourist venues - old city, farang restaurants, bars & clubs. Has the hot pot, water, small fridge, TV and a remodel older building into newer 'industrial' chique style. Nice communal breakfast room w/ complimentary toast, tea, coffee, microwave and TV. Easy driving distance to Doi Suthep, zoo, Inthanon, and craft villages.

Nice modern hotel close to the airport”
The rooms were super nice and the coffee/breakfast room was awesome - check it out to see what we mean! It's really close to the airport, so really convenient for that. Wifi wasn't great (we ended up going to Starbucks for faster wifi), so hopefully they will improve the wifi.
