Fantastic place to stay!!”

After slumming it in crummier hotels for several nights in a row, it was wonderful to pull into the Drury Inn at Phoenix Airport for a couple of nights before our flight home! The price was great considering the clean, comfortable, spacious room, with 2 meals/day, and 3 free drinks each evening! Everyone was being very considerate in the face of COVID-19, and I felt safe staying here. The staff was very polite about my large service dog, and helped me to get the best rate when I checked in. It was too cold to enjoy the pool when we stayed, but the hot tub felt amazing. We had an early flight out on Wednesday and the FREE shuttle service was right on time to pick us up and take us to the airport. If I am in the area again, I will MOST DEFINITELY stay at the Drury Inn & Suites again!

My wallet was stolen in airport; no credit card, no room. NO HELP AT ALL!”

Traveling back from the Middle East, my wallet was stolen. When I finally got to my hotel in Phoenix, they would not rent me a room, because I had no credit card to put the $50.00 deposit on. I offered them $1,000.00 deposit in cash, but wouldn't do anything to help me. All I needed was a room for 5 hours. Ended up taking the shuttle back to the airport and sleeping on the floor there. This was actually my first time with Drury, and is now my last. I've already sent a letter to the head office about this to let them know how non-helpful their hotel was in time of need...

Comfortable convenient hotel with great amenities”

Good location right off the 10 freeway- a 15 minute drive to downtown Phoenix or Tempe. We enjoyed the pool, the fitness room, the free breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again.

A hotel that offers what all hotels shd at least offer if not more”

We came to the Drury after leaving a hotel that we were so disappointed in after checking in at ll p.m (late arrivals-flying over 5 hrs), the place was dirty and shabby. My husband and I could not take it, so we called around, Drury could take us (now it is 2 am), and they were great.

The Inn was very nice. We appreciated the food in the evening and for breakfast! The staff was very helpful ! I would stay there again if I needed to be close to the airport.

Safest Place Outside My Own Home”

Staff policy is to go above and beyond expectations. Everyone has a caring heart to make “executive decisions” to be as helpful as possible. That tells me the company hires only the best and supports their actions to make guests safe and comfortable. I really appreciated the extra consideration for keeping every step of my stay as safe as possible. From the airport ride arrangement by Guest Services, to check in, to my exceptionally clean room, everything was perfect. Thanks! Cannot do better than this.

Stayed one night due to layover. Short shuttle from airport. Timely pick up. Greeted and warm reception. Nice free drinks and food. Price was great for great room and wonderful lobby

Extraordinarily Clean”

This is a little like sharing the location of your favorite hidden beach but these folks deserve to be recognized for keeping nervous travelers safe and well provided for in these difficult times. The staff is superb. (Matthew at the desk is great but everyone is really working hard to give the very best guest experience.) I recommend this inn wholeheartedly!

Great hotel! They even had free dinner and 3 free drinks during happy hour 5-7pm, free popcorn! Room was clean and no weird smell aside from a mildew smell from the aircon. Staff was extremely friendly at check-in.
