Pleasant stay at Hilton”
We booked this hotel during the Raya festival. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel. PROS: 1) The room, hallway, and bathroom are very spacious. Most important, comfortable and clean. Kudos to the Hilton management and its housekeeping team. 2) The staffs are professional and hospitable, especially Ms. Tan at the front desk. 3) Easy parking access. CONS: 1) The living room is a bit humid. The AC takes longer to cool the living room (Maybe needs maintenance?). You will need to draw the curtains to avoid the sunny Malacca afternoon. 2) I have stayed here previously. A lot of varieties, but it's always the same breakfast spread. The quality of food is inconsistent. On our 2nd day of stay, the Vadai is a bit hard, the sambal sauce (Nasi Lemak) is too spicy and not as tasty as the day before, and the red beans is hard. However, the staffs and chefs are very hospitable. Sometimes, we park in the lobby, which is very convenient. But if it's full, you can still park in front of the lobby. You park at your own risk. There are a lot of birds, so beware of the guano, especially, in the morning. Thank you to Hilton and its staff. They are very hospitable and professional.

I had the best experienced at this Great Hotel with Super Service. I have stay in many many hotel, n I must say at times is not Jus how nice n clean the hotel room is. But is also about the service. This very special hotel gave me 6 Star service. From valet parking till reception, conceige till room service. This will be my ONLY HOTEL to go too in Melaka. My Only choice. I m a fussy customer n they have surpass my expectation. Well done.! Clean room, service with a smile, even I accidentally lost my room card. I would like to extend thanks to the staff that attended to my booking upon my arrival and also checking out. Everything was a breeze. I would also like to extend my thanks to Doubletree frontdesk staff for accommodating to my request for a birthday surprise. When I made my booking with Agoda, I requested for a slide of birthday cake as it was my birthday month. I was trying my luck if they can accommodate to my request. Little did I know that they took all their effort and take all the seriousness to ensure that all the guests’ request are met. The rooms are clean and new. My stay was great too! But I think it was too short a stay. Will definitely stay longer the next time after the Covid19 situation dies down in Malaysia. Thank you once again for the great services and we look forward to staying with Doubletree by Hilton Melaka again in the near future.

Honestly I am so satisfied to the fullest with the kindness of the receptionist. The front desk staff did the best first impression for our stay. We even got delicious cookies as welcoming treat. Room cleanliness was superb. Beds are so comfy. Eventhough I got single bed but Nevermind as the beds were big. Room was spacious. Suitable for us with young kid. Toilet was so cleaned. The breakfast was so delicious! Omg so tasty 😍 swimming pool was Awesomeee! My kid love it so much. Same goes to me. But due to Covid some facilities are not open yet for operating. Nevermind I surely will come again! No regret! Congratulations for the Hotel management’s team! You guys did the very best job! Love. ❤️

Amazing hotel ”
We were actually staying at another hotel that is old and outdated and left halfway and decided to stay here instead even though we didn’t get a refund. And I’m glad we did as it was the best decision when we checked in to this one! Impressive indeed!! We’ve stayed at many hotels round Asia and Australia but this is one of the best! Hotel is only a year old so everything is new, clean and fresh and staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive!! Room was very spacious and beds and pillows were very comfortable as expected. Great tv channels. Concierge staff are very helpful and quick with response to our needs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to everyone!!

The Best Stay”
We got to check in early, like before 2pm, and the kids and in-laws were very happy with DoubleTree Signature cookies! Staffs were so friendly, from concierge, reception, dining and room service. Room was neat and clean. We were hoping for bath robe but it wasn't there. But that's okay. We also got a free upgrade of our room, love it. The breakfast was superb. The best since MCO started with the price of RM50 per pax. We had a very nice selection of food. Checkout was super easy and the kids were given another piece of cookies!

I honestly had a great time at double tree hilton, second time around here; this time i came with the whole family and i took twin superior double deluxe something lke that and it didnt the disappoint me! The room is spacious; the toilet is clean really up to my expectations since i am an extra hygienic person .. food wise for the buffet breakfast is superb!! Awesome! Love It!! I wouldnt mind repeating again here if i were to come to Melaka! Just that i think the only dissapointed part was the card access to the lift it doesnt detect very well which annoys me cause every time i want to to go to my level it doesn’t allow me to press on my floor lol… other than that is all good!

It is beyond my expectation. The location is perfect, next to element mall (the Mall has nothing much but has mbo cinema) Once arrived, check in is smooth with complimentary hot cookies (they do sell the cookies too). The room was spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff even texted me asking if everything is okay which is a good gesture :) The bathroom is clean and tidy, they provided shower gel, shampoo & conditioner which is from Crabtree & Evelyn! We ordered some food which were excellent as well. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return!

A hotel living up to its status”
As expected from a well known chain of hotel. Location is nice away from the crowded spot in Malacca. Near to the shoreline. Very nice view of the sea when the weather is nice. Unfortunately the hotel view is blocked by the Hatten Place and Silverscape. But, probably you can get partial view of the sea from unit 01,02,03 and 10,11,12. But the city view from unit 06,07,08 is also nice from the higher floor. You can see the whole city. But, you might have to settle with the “smoking room” type instead. Breakfast was really great. Great ambience, great attendants and plenty of food choices. There were Msian favourite spread like nasi lemak, mee rebus, western spread like bread, waffles, chinese spread like congee, steamed bun, dim sum, and Japanese spread (this is rare) like soba noodle, sushi, wasabi. But the roti canai telur offered was probably not the chef’s expertise. We had a pleasant stay here.

The best hotel ever. Even am living in Melaka. But this is the right place if u still need a place to keep your mind peace and relax your body during this CMCO. Melakan visit Melaka. Service is top notch. Alisha and Herman are the best. Ive been here twice and they already knew me even with mask on my face. Room is undeniably clean, sanitized, big, and worth of money. Foods are ok...they are hotel food. So they are Ok. Will repeat again for my 3rd stay this weekend.

Staying in Doubletree for a night”
Is an amazing experience to stay in Doubletree for a night. The room is very clean and good facility. Feel warm to receive the welcoming cookie upon checking in the hotel, brilliant idea to welcome the guest as such. However, would like to recommend the hotel management to revisit the check in and check out process, as I can observe that the staff is under pressure to handles too many administrative works a in a short period, hope can cut down the check in and check out time in the future.

This is the best hotel that i have stay in melaka.. promise will come again.. i love their variety of food.. the staff was very humble n helpfull.. they are very soft spoken and also the room is spacious.. the bed is super duper comfortable and also the matress is very very fluffy.. very lazy for me to get up coz of the bed.. the ac is also functioning well .. anyway i recommended this hotel for the person who loved to be pampered.. hahahha.. will come back .

Lovely Hotel with great facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ms. Abhi in particular was super cool & super resourceful. Excellent 5-star service from her and also her team. I've booked 2 rooms - interconnected for a family of five. Room was pretty neat and spacious. If there is no T&C set by hotel, I guess it could easily accommodate 8 pax easily. But get ready to sleep on floor, will yah? :P Hotel premises are very nice. The breakfast was top-class despite our visitation was during the month of Ramadhan. Good quality food, excellent choice of food and good staff/waiters. The lounge area outside was also very cool, and you get great city view. Definitely will make my/our stay here during my next visit to Malacca.

This is our Anniversary Trip at which last minute managed to notify the hotel The experience starts from the bell boy where they greet and politely assist us to park of bike. Then, the front desk that ready with warm cookies to welcome us and the room is ready. The best hospitality ever from the house keeping when they make up the room with anniversary decoration complimentary. Apart of it, the front desk sent a slice of cake for our anniversary. We were out and went back to hotel with Christmas ginger bread in the room. They really push their hospitality to the limit . It is a team's effort to bring their services to the highest limit. Awesome stay”
Stayed only one night . The hotel is extremely clean and new. The check in was very smooth , and reception professional and friendly . But note that the entrance to hotel may be a bit different as it’s thru the Elements Mall which is currently closed . So we were a bit worried as we drive up to the carpark that looked deserted. But we were relieved when we see the sign to the hotel reception , and other cars in the carpark. Would stay here again when there’s an opportunity.

The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable and soft ! All the staff are friendly especially the lady who check in for me in the afternoon - Alisha (she has a really sweet voice and even remember my name when i collect my room key at night). Their breakfast selection is superb and most importantly it taste good ! Although you can look for a pretty cheap hotel as compare to Doubletree Melaka but you won't regret to top up a little bit and stay here.

It was a surprise bday trip for my wife and first out of town trip fir our baby girl. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room and other areas are very clean. We ordered in-room dining, pizza was nice! We actually booked for 3 nights but we love our stay so much we decided to extend our stay for one more night! Highly recommend this hotel. Location is in the city, parking is free. Amazing stay! Will definitely come back!

Double Tree Treat”
This was our 1st out of town trip since 2020 and since we wanted to go somewhere closer to home, Malacca was the best option. I chose Double Tree as I was after the breakfast spread!!! It turned out to be the best choice - the rooms were very clean with modern furnishings and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast too - ample choices of western and local food. We will definitely come back!!!

Love everything from check in until check out. Free cookies for my families. Me ,husband dan two little toddler. So chewy and crunchy. Awesome breakfast spread.fresh juice upon req,plenty of patisserie. Friendly staff made us feel so comfortable. Free shuttle bus every one hour to jonker walk,u can save on grab. Def will revisit next vacation to malacca.
