Beyond my expectation ”
This was beyond my expectation! It’s not a secret that finding a proper accomodation in this area is quite challenging. This place has it all! Traveled in family group of 3 with toddler, Double G made our stay was so homy. I love the cleanliness! Super love the library! They have classic childern books collection. The only minus i can found is that they need to help environment more, keep the surrounding beach clean, please. At least put many trash bin in your surrounding (i didnt even find any in front of your hotel). Bcs the beach surround the place is really dirty! I know it might not their guest causes it, but still... come on.

Great staff and clean hotel ”
My overall experience staying in hotel is great , the staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The air conditioner in the room is working well , the room is relatively clean and location and ocean view is fantastic. However, the management should be aware about the health protocol during this pandemic era. The hotel does not apply health protocol at all. Breakfast is really bad , the food was served cool and with buffet style inside closed area.

Came here with my wife and the surrounding, ambience are very nice, not crowded, feels like our private hotel and beach. But I suggest to impro the breakfast and the food taste. Recommended for couple or even with family.

Still a good hotel but cleanliness can be improved ”
We come back to this hotel for couple of years, when we visit Anyer. The Suite room has a large size and equipped with kitchen & utensils. The room itself is on a good maintenance. However cleanliness can be improved, in room and especially for the adult pool. Need re-mop the room floor, tables, as we can see dust & stains. And the adult pool is just to obvious that it is not clean. Probably the hotel can put shower area close to the pool that can avoid guest from the beach bring all the sands and dirt from the sea. Put some shades on top of the pool to avoid dirt from trees would be helpful too.

No Receptionist when arrived only security guard.”
We arrived at 07.00 pm when no one can be seen in the receptionist desk. The hotel had minimum lighting because we the only one who stayed that night. The room bit dusty and had mosquitos. The next day when other guests arrived they clean the hotel better and put better lighting. The hotel is quite nice with all the facilities such as swimming pool and direct access to beach but unfortunately low maintained. The swimming pool bit dirty with so many leaves and flower dust. Pro: nice facilities with swimming pool and beach front. cons: breakfast only serves when the hotel have many guest. When solo you got breakfast delivered to your room with only 2 options either western or eastern. Low maintained facilities. Bit dirty. Not mosquitos free.

Room are big enough, large desk to put things, and helfull staff. But we find out our bathroom lamp not functional when we arrived. Breakfast are enough and not expensive. Beach view are good from air room, and every room has a balcony

I spent the weekend here with families (booked 3 room). My mom, unfortunately, left one small sized bag in the hotel. I contacted the hotel several times (3x), and they responsed with same response: they will check and will call me back tomorrow. And... they never called me back (I gave my number every time I called them). So disappointed. At least, eventhough they could not find it, just call back and explain it!
