We decided to come down early prior to a 1 week reservation at another resort, and needed a place for one night. We took a chance on Seralago, despite the mixed reviews, and were pleasantly surprised. The desk staff was much friendlier and engaging than the desk staff at the resort I went to subsequently, the room was clean, and the amenities were charming if one were bringing a family. We would definitely stay here again! The location, for proximity to Disney, is as good as it gets, which is important when the traffic is bad down here, and it is late at night and you are Disneyed out.

We have stayed at Melia when it first opened as the Mona Lisa several years ago. It is perfectly located by the entrance to Disney World. You are minutes away from Celebration and tons of places to eat. The rooms are wonderful. You have plenty of room. They are more like one bedroom apartments as you have separate sleeping area and a living/dining/kitchen area with a balcony. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. You can't go wrong at Melia.

As a DVC owner, my bar is set pretty high for hotels and rooms around Disney, but this place did not disappoint. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is nicer and sweeter than most. I read many reviews about bugs, but didn't find any in the rooms or in the beds, the rooms do not have carpeting, but hardwood laminate, which is much tougher to keep pristine all the time, but the housekeeping staff is always available to help out. The walls are a bit thin, but my neighbors were very respectful after hours. The pools were very nice with hardly anyone in them and within walking distance is a Cracker Barrel and a few other restaurants. Shuttle service is available for about $13 round trip to Disney Parks, but not available throughout the day. I took a shuttle at 11:20 am, but the next shuttle back wasn't until 6:45 pm- so I took a taxi (from Magic Kingdom) which cost $28. As far as Shuttle service to and from the airport, I used Sky Transfer - sort of like Uber. I'll definitely be back here!

Last minute booking and pleasantly surprised, the 2 bedroom suit was large, clean and had evert possible facility needed for a few weeks stay, all the utensils in the kitchen were like new and everything provided to get settled in . Master bedroom was very large with doors leading out to a balcony, the king sized bed was very comfortable and the accent bathroom was also large and included shower and spar bath. Second room had twin beds, slightly small but not an issue and all the rooms had their own flat screen TV's with cable, or though I think the TV in the main room could of been larger but, again this was not an issue. there is plenty of parking, and great BBQ area with 3 (mains gas) BBQ's to use, the pool was heated with a hot tub and outside tikki bar. The staff were all very nice and couldn't do enough to make our stay a good one! had a wonderful two weeks at the resort and will defiantly be returning in near future!!

IV STAYED AT THIS MOTEL MANY, MANY TIMES AND LOVE IT.LIKE I HAVE SAID ABOVE ITS NOT THE NEWEST MOTEL AROUND, BUT ITS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE POOL IS LARGE AND HEATED AND THE GARDENS WELL LOOKED AFTER, NEWER MOTELS ARE NOT AS OPEN AND GREEN AS THIS ONE.THE ROOMS ARE THE SAME SIZE AS ALL MOTEL ROOMS IN THE USA AND ARE BASIC BUT HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THIS PLACE WINS HANDS DOWN FOR LOCATION, YOU CAN WALK TO OLD TOWN 5 MINS AWAY AND HAVE A DRINK AND WALK BACK, AND EVEN WALK TO CELABRATION FOR THE SAME, YOUR 5 MINS FROM DISNEY, 1 MIN FROM THE I4, TURN LEFT AS YOU COME OUT OF THE MOTEL ONTO THE 192 AND AN HOUR LATER YOUR ON A BEACH, IT HAS TO BE THE BEST VALUE , CERTAINLY IN THAT AREA. IV BEEN TO ORLANDO 20 ODD TIMES AND HAVE STAYED ALL OVER FROM MOTELS TO APPARTMENT TO VILLAS,(OF COURSE IF THERE IS A GROUP OF YOU A VILLA MIGHT BE BETTER)AND I ALWAYS COME BACK TO THE RODEWAY MAINGATE.

Really nice accommodation, large 4 berth 1 bedroom apartments in two storey villa type buildings. Right next to Kissemee Old Town and fun fair so really easy to find. About 30 minutes drive from Orlando Airport and the same distance to Disney or Universal. Lovely pool and gardens. Very secure - gated community - 24 hour staffed office All the famous US food outlets are near by - you will not go hungry Only thing missing was a shop to buy essentials but there are some grocery shops very near so you can hunt them down. I would definitely stay again.

Resort fee ($11 per day per room) not included in booking: payable on arrival. Free shuttle to Disney Epcot (2 per day: departing from hotel 9:55am, 11am; return 4pm, 9:05pm (lane 48) - pre-book needed). Shuttle to SeaWorld: $15 pp (round-trip). Room has bathroom with shower & toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap), sink, air conditioner, mini fridge, safe. Room cleaning every day. Outdoor swimming pool open from dawn till dusk. Laundry facilities: 2 washing machines and 2 driers ($2.50 each). Breakfast offers: bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bread, bagels, toasts, mini-cupcakes/donuts, cereal (4 kinds), wallnuts, raisins, DIY waffles (waffle-makers), fruits (apples or canned mandarines/pears), yogurt, juices (3 kinds), milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Breakfast was repetitive. Free bag storage facilities after checkout.

The check in was fine. The room was actually clean. No bugs. But upon pulling the curtains closed to block out light there was a pair of....... THONG PANTIES thrown across the top. I was heavily disgusted. Other than that it was ok. Ice machine was on other side of property. I was on a dark corner in the back which made me feel iffy but it was safe and fairly clean. Loved the fridge and tv was good. Water was super hot..

I stayed at this hotel for three days at the end of September. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast offered was fruits, cereal and pastries. I went across the street to eat at Cracker Barrel instead. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel room was clean. I didn't see any bugs. I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. The pool and jacuzzi were a good temperature and clean. Overall, I would stay here again since I got a good value.

My teenager daughter and I stayed over one night after her field trip to Disney, we checked in late and too tired to complaint about the rotten food inside our mini refrigerator, the coffee maker not working properly, and awful location of our room. So I think this is way overpriced for what you actually get. The spa service was fantastic, and they held our bags until our appointment, as we were denied late check out.. next time, I will definitely go back to the spa, but while staying somewhere else.

I booked this suite very last minute; had an issue with my Agoda booking/payment, but the staff was courteous and prompt to work with me to solve it. The price is insanely low for the value of the suite itself. My suite could easily fit six people, with two full/queen? beds and a king sized Murphy bed. One bathroom (but two sink spaces), and, a living area space with a TV. There was a full kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, dish soap, coffee maker, pots and pans, and large refrigerator. There’s drawers and storage galore. My suite was completely spotless. There’s a cafe, pool, and arcade onsite, and many things to do next door. The Disney parks are only ten to fifteen minutes away, depending on which park you’re trying to get to. If I had a family, and we were staying for a while, this place would be my go-to accommodation. Friendly staff, clean spaces, phenomenal location, and an awesome, competitive value for all of the large, quality amenities given.

This is my 2nd time there and worth the money. Pool area is amazing, location makes everything so easy. On and off the exit to disney. The area has everything you need within a short drive or walking. Breakfast is good enough. They are renovating so ask for a new room you should be good. It's not perfect there were some hiccups staying there but for the money who cares. (Ex. Tokens needed for laundry and it was broken. Had to go to the front desk.)

We stayed for a 5 days during July. The good thing about this hotel is its location and we have always trusted the Holiday Inn brand for service and security. However, this hotel is not as new and some of the features in the room is quite obsolete. The door locks are actually not modern ones which provides you with a chain attaching to the wall unlike those computer automated lock so had to double check every time. We had to stay in the wing which is a little far from the front desk but it is ok as our car can be parked close by. I didn't like the bathroom much, as even after housekeeping everyday there is still an unpleasant odour and the shower curtains are quite dusty. The beds are huge and you get to choose the softness of pillow - a signature touch of Holiday Inn . Driving to Disney is really easy, and it's also not far from other attractions in town.

Our 1st impression wasn't good.The room smelled, the toilet seat was broke, headboard of one bed was broken off wall. Tub was dirty looking and all lamp shades were crooked and filthy.I went to the office the next day and asked for a different room since we were staying the week.we went to the new room and was surprised it was much better. We enjoyed the rest of our time there.just remember u get what you pay for!!

Beware of this hotel because it is no longer offered hotel service. This is currently managed by respective apartment owners (I.e. Airbnb style). After the super long flight, we were looking forward to check in to the hotel but the club receptionist told us that we have to contact the owner to get the key, but what I have is just the agoda voucher written the palms hotel and villas. This hotel is no longer a hotel about a year back but it was not reflected during booking.

Terrible hotel. Just awful. Seediest place I have ever stayed. Much worse that most of the hostels I've been in before. The building was disgusting. There were stains all over the hallway carpets and in the rooms. The appliances were so old they were rusting through. When we woke up we found out that the window covering had holes in it that either resembled cigarette burns of bullet holes. Honestly, the only thing that I can think of to say that was a positive about this hotel was that I didn't get killed by making the mistake of booking here. Stay away.

While the facilities were very nice we had some issues. We had 4 different cars coming to the hotel and when I called the Magical Memories telephone number to get the address so 3 of the cars could go directly to the hotel, the female who answered refused to give me the address of the hotel. When I arrived to check in I was informed of an over $100 cleaning fee. I was not advised of this fee when I made my reservation online.
