Wonderful stay at a tiny hotel in city centre ”

Very impress with Dinh Phat hotel, since the location is really strategic.,, close to anything you need such as local - international restaurants, minimart, Ben Thanh Market where a bargain shopping and local food stalls are available, Pham Ngu Lao area where vibrant nightlife is, many sightseeing places are only 15-20 minutes by foot (or call taxi for just only 5 minutes drive), many tour agency are surrounded and local cafe for coffee relaxing (is one of activities that you should not miss in Ho Chi Minh City) .,, Hotel is really clean and comfortable .,, Staffs are very nice; friendly, informative and attentive. Wifi is very fast and trustworthy .,, My booking has not include breakfast or any hotel catering .,, So, no comment for that .,, Overall of my 3 nights here was very impress and valuable :)

We stay 2 nights at Dinh Phat, we buy ticket of water puppet from hotel and they buy for us at normal rate sell at the shows Every staff was friendly and helpful, can go to every interesting point in Saigon with taxi in reasonable price We ask for airport pick up and drop off from hotel they wait for us 1 hr due to flight delay And help us carry our luggage, they use a big van to pick us so comfort for 2 adult and 3 children Hotel shuttle is in reasonable price and cheaper than another hotel Hotel is I close to Fine art museum that had a lot of interesting paintings And also close to no. 1 recommend restaurant in Saigon Japanese food Ichiban sushi restaurant , recommend to try We will stay here again if we go to Ho Chi Minh

Very convenient ”

Dinh Phat Hotel is a good hotel with an excellent location away from all the noise in Pham Ngu Lao, but only 10 minutes walk from the nightlife there and less than 10 minutes walk to Ben Tanh Market. Room was a bit dark, but no problem for me. Bathtub in bathroom was perfect for me. Breakfast was just ok, not really to recommend. Staff is friendly. I would go again if coming to Ho Chi Minh City.

Clean Rooms, Good location, Good price”

I was happy with my stay at Dinh Phat hotel mainly because of its price and the fact that it was convenient located between ben thanh market and bui vein street, two of which I usually frequent. The room was clean and comfortable, no funky smell. Generally room in good condition with hot shower and working aircon. TV was the old kind of cathode ray type, and only had mainly vietnamese channels. That didnt bother me as I dont watch much TV. However, I had problem with the in-room safe and needed the staff to take a few times to fix it. They were really helpful with it. The other thing that bothered me was the ?fire escape stairs being just outside my window. That meant people from the back alley could come up the stairs right outside my window? I just ensured my window was lock, didn't have a problem. Overall a good and comfortable stay with friendly staff willing to help.

Fantastic experience at Dinh Phat”

Travelled with 2 of my friends to HCMC for the first time and chose to stay at Dinh Phat because of it's location and affordable price. Staff were very pleasant and willing to help in terms of arranging for tours, providing details of the nearby attractions with a map and also arranging for airport transfers. Room was clean and breakfast was fine. VIP room was spacious enough to hold the 3 of us. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom wasn't working but it didn't bother us much. Overall we had a really great stay at Dinh Phat and it was great value for money. I wouldn't think twice about staying there again if i visit HCM again

Our stay became very comfortable and accessible to the places we want to go. They offer help to book and offers tours. Hotel is very near the tourist attractions at Ho Chi Minh City. There are lots of restaurants nearby especially McDonalds. We booked for 8pax for 2 Deluxe Family Room. Its very comfortable. They even have bathtub. The breakfast is very delicious and a lot. They have different choices for complimentary food. Thumbs up for us! Very Recommended to other vacationers 🙂

Clean, affordable and nice staff ”

Stayed for 2 nights. On arrival receptionist booked us into a tour for Cu Chi tunnels at a good price and very quick and easy. Got picked up and dropped back to hotel. Rooms very nice and spotless. Breakfast was fruit, cereal and juice and one of a selection of approx 6 items ordered. Not overly fancy but something to suit everyone. Free wifi. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market and taxis available outside. Friendly staff. Great for a good nights sleep as nice and quiet. Great value and quality for the price we paid. Restaurants mainly Vietnamese local style but found a lovely Art gallery restaurant on outside of market square which had lovely Western foods if you want a break from rice and noodles.

Solid ** Ho Chi Minh hotel - you get what you expect, no more. Note 1. I saw cleaning maintanance procedure of air-cons on 4th floor, so it's + to hotel. Note 2. There is nice massage near the hotel. Turn right, then left on next cross-road, red foot blinking on rigth side - this is it.

Reasonable price”

Since I'm a Japanese, I like to take a bath laying my body inside the bathtub with full of hot water. I love Dinh Phat Hotel.

Really happy and satisfied with their services. Very friendly, polite and helpful staffs from doorman to manager, with English speaking front receptionist ladies. Very efficient in replying my query and emailed on required info on rooms status and transportation. Although 2 star hotel, the hotel rooms, reception and restaurant are really kept clean without any uneasy smells. We had booked the queen bedrooms w/o window but was upgraded to room with window due to unavailability of reserved rooms w/o any extra charges 😍. Not much choices for Morning breakfast with same menu but the portions are big, served with breads, eggs, noodles with eggs again and coffee for one person. Do not miss to try their meehoon soup, really delicious. Highly recommended this hotel for budget travellers due to easy access to nearby attraction places and Benh Thanh Market ( just within 5mins walking distance). You will not regret for booking this hotel. 🥰

Great Hotel! Good price! ”

I enjoyed this place a lot and it was recommended by my local guide -- she stays there when in District 1. The staff are very good and accommodating. The cheapest room is windowless -- but they have a larger room which is spacious and has a street facing window.

Excellent”

Everything was great, very kind personal but the worst experience was drycleaning service, we had to pay for 1 piece, not for kilo as in many other hotels. We got receipt for almost 500 thousand dong which was very expensive for small amout of clothes but we didnt ask for a price before drycleaning so it was our mistake, but we are budget travelers and the price was for us unreasonable. Breakfast included.

BEST & GREAT”

We did not manage to get the room through agoda booking as when we reached there the staff said their family room are under renovation. So we have to cancel our booking (hotel's staff allow us last minute cancellation without charges due to no room) but they offer us a luxury double room (smaller room as compare to family room) and we just take up the offer. Thier room are great, very clean, bed and pillow are comfortable, breaksfast are delicious, all their staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location are best too, walking distance to night market, coffee shop, convenient store etc. Definitely will stay at this hotel again if we visit HCM next time and strongly recommend to relatives and friends too.

A newly opened good, clean and friendly hotel.”

The hotel was newly opened and we received a very good rate for their opening season. The rooms are modern clean and secure and had a safe. Internet was good. Breakfast was typical Vietnamese and although OK was not what we would class as "good". Hotel is near the top of Calmatte Street close to the main bus station and market as well as many good restaurants and only ten minutes to the back packer area of Bui Vien Street. We would use this hotel again provided that the owners continue to maintain their standards (often a failing in Vietnam).

My family and I enjoy our stay here in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff though we stay 3 nights. About 10 - 15minutes walk across to Bahnn Than market as well as Saigon 1. Would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for inexpensive stay which also include set breakfast which is a good choice/daily

Perfect Hotel”

My boyfriend and I cannot fault this hotel, the location is perfect 5 minute walk away from the market making it very central. Our our room was to the back of the hotel meaning we had very little noise pollution, with the room itself clean and well equipped (hair dryer, fresh towels daily, wifi). The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke very good english.

Good budget hotel ”

i book this hotel for the price SGD71 for 2 nights.. The best thing of this is i can check in early at 10am vietnam time. The receptionist is very very helpful. My room is no window & the room cleanliness is good & washroom come with bathtub. Just 5 mins walk to Ben Thanh market.

if someone want a room for nightlife in hochiminh with less that 30 bucks, this hotel is highly recommended. all staff are very kind and the breakfast is pretty good. i prefer vietnamese noodle called pho. near this hotel many types of karaoke and massage places are there.

Great, simple accom. Easy location. Nice people”

Clean and safe are always the most important qualities for me. I had a room without a window and didn't feel too small. Toilet was in an awkward place behind a door and I cculd only use one bathroom light because the other flickered but these are things i expect in a lower end hotel. Safe deposition box ad helpful staff mush more important. Would definitely stay again.
