Perfect place in Ninh Binh”
The Diep's house is a very beautiful place in Ninh Binh. It's a bit far from the center but you can go by foot with a 20 mins walk or renting a motorbike in the guesthouse. The tam coc area is just at 10 mins drive. The hosts were so nice with us! They helped us to discover a lot of nice places in the area and they cleaned our room every day! The food is amazing and cheap! Their daughter is also very nice and funny! Probably the best homestay in Ninh Binh

Lovely hotel and great staff”
We stayed here for three nights. The building was a nice classical style with big windows and lots of light, big shared balcony with plants and a cute seating area. The room was the best decorated room we have had so far in Vietnam, it was clean and comfortable - really really good value for money. The owner and his wife are very helpful and the breakfast is good. The hotel is a bit far away from the tourist area tam coc, but the best way to see ninh binh is by scooter so it didn't matter :) Thank you for a lovely stay!

Diep's House is a budget hotel so do not expect top condition hotel. That is the only criticism. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and so friendly! Thành was an absolute star! He helped us navigate around the city and gave us amazing prices on food, water and motorbike rental. He and his wife are very accommodating. They saved us a lot of money by giving hints and tips. They always had a smile on their faces. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Nimh Bimh. He even arranged our travel to the next location and gave us his mobile number if we needed any help translating information to the driver. Thanks again to Diep's House for the time spent in Nimh Bimh. ❤️🇻🇳❤️🇻🇳❤️🇻🇳❤️

Everything was perfect! The location, the room, the breakfast! The room was very clean and they changed our towels everyday day!! The owners are very friendly and helpful! Definitely one of our best stays in Vietnam! And the bed was so comfortable and huge.. best sleep! The feeling is like staying in your house! Congratulations to the owners!

The best place I've ever been to in Vietnam. Small room, neat, clean. Especially they have a good breakfast. Cheap. right next to the highway. very easy to find. The host is very cute and the daughter is happy.

Clean, well equiped, AC, Fan, Kettle, Hair Dryer, Delicious food, low night rates and low food rates. What else can you ask for? Only improvement I would suggest is higher water pressure. Overall, Keep it up, one of the best stays in vietnam!

The staff at Diep’s House are very helpful and kind! The free breakfast was delicious (banana pancake) and the rooms were thoughtfully decorated. Everything this place offers is very reasonably priced; bike rental, transport and food. We ate dinner there every night, most meals are around 35K-50K. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice, spacious room and good breakfast. The host and his wife are friendly and will help you with everything. They arranged a Bus transport for us on a reasonable price and even gave us water for the Journey. Scooter rental was easy and gave us the opportunity to discover Ninh Binh. Very good value for money.

The room is etnic but simple. Clean and the light so bright. But they don't serve for free a bottle to drink in the room. But it's okay. You can buy in the receiption. The owner's lady (Veng) is very nice and helpful person. She suggest us many things that we ask. For breakfast, we could choose one of three option and Veng will cook for us. Lovely to stay there. Great room for good price. The free breakfast was really good and you could rent scooters from the homestay for cheap too (although ours would sometimes die while riding). The staff were friendly and helpful too. Location in the town of Ninh Binh was good but not very close to the other attractions if you don’t have a scooter.
