We loved it! ”

My mom and I went to Cebu last October 2017. My mom is a senior citizen, that’s why I made sure that our vacation would be fun, hassle free and relaxing. Thanks to Agoda and Cebu Diamond Suites and Residences we really had a great time staying in the hotel. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet. The location is superb! It is near the ayala center mall (just 3 mins. Walking distance) easy access for restaurants and souvenir shops!

Good Value CBD Hotel ”

Found out about this hotel thru a referral in Agoda. Booked right away 4 rooms for 4 families for a very good price. Check in process was very efficient and did not have any fuss, was in and out of the front desk in less than 10 mins. Was even able to squeeze in a special request for a matrimonial bed instead of twin beds. Room was spacious for my family and fit all our luggage. Bed was particularly very comfortable and soft and we had a good night sleep. I wish they added more convenience outlets for charging our gadgets. Bathroom was also very nice with a minimalist and clean setup although we wish it had a toilet bidet for more convenience. Another good thing about the hotel was its close proximity to Ayala Malls Cebu which was about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute ride via a taxi. Staff were also very pleasant and made sure to greet and welcome you once you pass by. All in all a pleasant stay and might stay here again for another Cebu trip. great price and great facility”

I have stayed at Diamond Suites twice now and love it. We used to stay at another excellent hotel nearby but the price has gone up 1000 pesos since we last stayed there and we found Diamond to be just as good and the price was decent. The only downside is they only have 5 rooms that have Queen sized beds which isn't as nice for married couples. We had 2 days of cold showers also because I didn't know we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on. Next time we will ask. Otherwise nice facility. Very very friendly staff. Very professional.

Diamond Suites - another great Cebu hotel ”

Nice hotel with a convenient location to the Ayala Mall and other nearby sights. Only a 2 minute walk to the Ayala Mall. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The hotel provides a good hot shower which is a definite plus for the traveler! The extra toiletries (shaving kit) was welcomed as I needed a spare shaver. The only area that needs improvement is that management needs to place attention in the restaurant. It does not appear that the hotel places much emphasis in this area as I did not see many people in the restaurant; this was not a big issues as there are many local places around the hotel to eat. I will definitely stay at the Diamond Suites when I return to Cebu.

Convenient location, close to Ayala Mall. Services were excellent. Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of varieties.....something for everyone, whether you are a Filipino traveller or a foreigner. The cleaning staff were solicitous to our needs and responded quickly to our requests. We were very happy with our stay in Diamond Suites and would definitely stay there again. Already have relatives wanting to stay there after we told them of our great experience. Thank you Diamond Suites!

Highly recommended”

If you're travelling to Cebu and want to be close to Ayala, Cebu Business Park, and IT Park, this hotel is highly recommended. It's close to all 3 aforementioned places and the price is just right for its amenities and location. The rooms are really spacious and the pool doesn't get crowded (at least during the times I've checked in here).

Excellent Location with hospitable staff”

I had a very early morning flight going Cebu and it was so pleasant to know that I can check-in earlier than their usual check-in time. This was so convenient for me because I was able to rest before by lunch time appointment. The room was clean; bathroom well equipped and was clean as well. They had a variety of food to choose from for their breakfast buffet. I will stay in this hotel again when I come back to Cebu.

Affordable and well-spent staycation”

We stayed at Diamond Suites & Residences for one reason - Staycation. We simply want to enjoy and bond with my daughter and cousins hence we don't have any regrets coming to this hotel as the price is right and affordable.

Good Overall Stay”

Pros: Location. Tasty Buffet Breakfast. Smooth Check-in. Pool was clean and no crowded. They provided the necessary toiletries. Big room. Friendly staff. Cons: Outdated aircon unit. It doesn't provide enough coolness considering the weather in Cebu. The room is pretty basic. Overall, I would really recommend this hotel. For its price and location, it's really worth the money.

A good choice when staying in Cebu”

We stayed here for 4 days in End of September. We had a good stay. Its just a foodwalk to ayala. The room was clean and the breakfast was a real surprise. Very fresh foods.. even the omelette with different choices was made individual on demand. We surely stay again here, when we are in cebu city

I got a big & clean room at a great price for 4 days 3 night stay. The staff are friendly & helpful. Location of the hotel is a walking distance to Ayala Center Cebu & some recommended best restaurant in Cebu.

Very good”

While in my room, I asked a staff if I could have an additional sachet of coffee in addition to the complimentary coffee they gave coz I want to have a dark coffee to drink. However, the staff on the reception denied my request saying that the hotel is only offering 1 sachet of coffee to be given as complimentary. My point is that, to satisfy our customers we must go an extra mile. A sachet of coffee is a very small price to pay if we want to satisfy or delight our customers. Much more, guests are required to deposit 1,000 pesos for any expenditures that may occur. They can actually deduct the sachet of coffee from the deposit that I gave. Thank you and more power to the staff of Diamond Suites and Residences!

Exceptional”

the aircon was frozen i hope they could have transferred us to another room since they weren't able to fix the ac. it was uncomfortable sleeping. i woke up in the middle of my sleep because i was sweating. anyway, still i would recommend and would still come back at diamond suites!

Convenient Location with reasonable rate”

Diamond Suite & Residences sound like a serviced apartment, actually it is really a hotel with a friendly staff at the reception. The restaurant at lobby is very convenient where we can order a freshly squeezed orange juice. The location is just a 5 min walk away from Ayala Shopping Center and Starbucks etc. With this convenient location, I should say it is a decent accommodation where you can book for business and holiday.

Location is very good and accessible to almost all important places in Cebu. Diamond Suites Hotel staff are all kind and friendly. Buffet breakfast menu is just right and good.

Very good customer service”

Very accomodating staff, room is good size as well as the bathroom and clean. Only problem is the wi-fi connection in the room.. Otherwise, very good place to stat while in Cebu. Furnitures in the lobby need to be replaced. Looked old.

Wonderful location with personalised service”

the place is good value for money, the staff are very accomodating. the concierge ( vincenzio at the time) would do everything to secure a cab for you and are very friendly. we.enjoyed our stay there very much. its safe and very close to ayala. beds are huge and very comfortable. its close to ayala mall which has the terraces open til late every night so its really easy to get a good cheap meal late at night. there are plenty of cabs around and as someone who visits cebu often i am very impressed.

probably best buffet breakfast I had in Cebu. room was good size, TV had good selection ... 2 negatives would be WiFi not working when I was there (nobody fixed it because of weekend ) and hot water was not available couple times.

The staff were professional, warm, kind, pleasant, happy and treated you like royalty. Any request i had was fulfilled, room was good, food was good -especially the daily breakfast buffet; I stayed 2 weeks cause it felt so good to stay here. Do yourself a favour and for the money, this is the best place you can stay in Cebu city. Don’t look any further -this is the place.

Good accomodation near Ayala Mall area”

Good hotel. It's close to the Ayala Mall. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the buffet breakfast is always good. This is my favorite place to stay in Cebu.
