“Spacious apartment, walkable to attractions” Our 1 bedroom apartment is spacious, with a kitchenette that you can use to do light cooking. Special thanks to staffs are very friendly, always carrying a big smile and great the guests. Unlike hotel which only offer minibar, offer a big fridge that comes with freezer, which was very handy to us as we needed to use freezer. Room is very clean, looks new and 240+ TV channels, though mainly in Vietnamese language. Our room on the 9th floor offers park view but nothing too fancy to be shout about. Location wise, it's 3 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and 15mins walk to Notre Dame Cathedral + Saigon post office, . Overall, Everything was functioning well. We will definitely come back again if we do visit Ho Chi Minh Breakfast is amazing. Recommend for family

Best hotel ever!”

This is my second time to for diamond suite. It's such a great place to stay! the locations is located near many restaurants and coffee shops. Also, you can take the bus to Vincom center since the bus stop is right there in front of the house. Staff are very friendly and the room is great. To sum up, this place is worth the money!

Average but Good Enough”

Although I was transferred to another Diamond-location on Pham Ngu Lao Street, I was still satisfied with the room and the free breakfast. I am recommending Diamond Suite to travelers who need a room for less than two nights.

A good hiding out place to stay”

Regardless what the bad comments were posted by other patrons who has stayed in this hotel before, I have got one of best rooms with sufficient hot water supply, completed kitchen utensils. during my stay. It could be the reaults from previous bad comments by the previous patrons. Language could be a problem to foreigners but the receptionist is doing his best to assist customers. It is a 3 stars hotel and the value you paid for the place is already worthy, what more do you expect?

The good apartment for rent”

The location is not my favorite since it’s near the most jam street in hcmc. The apartment is in the alley and it’s newly built. The room is spacious with basic amenities, the hygiene is good. The breakfast is simple and I got the rotten milk so I don’t appreciate the preparation. The curfew hour is not obvious but the door locked at 12 midnight. I had to ring the bell 3 times before the guard opened the door. The review of mine should be 6.5/10 for the overall

Good service apartment”

Stayed there for a few days, the facilities were older than what we see in the pictures! I stayed at the 50 square meter room, so it is big, comfortable, without the bath tub! But the location is good, it is in the center of the city, and around 15 minutes from the airport! The famous Nhu Lan bakery is 50 meters away. The staffs were friendly, nice. So I would stay there again in the future. And the breakfast is not bad.

Distance : SGN airport to apt / around 5~60k vnd / 15mins Room conditions : good as price. they clean room daily but sometimes hot water doesnt come out well so you need to be p​atience. Employees : can speak english and kind Noise : peaceful After 12 PM they will shut entrance down. so when you come back or visit apt lately, you can call or knock the door then they will open it. dont need to worry.

I helped my friend book the hotel. It is near the city center so they were easy to travel to the city center and other places. He travelled with my girlfriend. She really loved the facility and services and it's money's worth. We will be back.

Very good”

First, I don't like booking apps. They feel kind of pushy and create a sense of urgency, which I dislike. Anyway I made a booking only to discover that outside the hotel room there was a construction site and it was pretty noisy in the room. I asked for a different room, but the staff said, that they don't have one. Having paid already through the booking app, I had little choice but to stay there. It was only one night anyway, but if you are looking forward to sleep in in the morning, you can forget that because 6am construction is going to start and wake you up. Having said that, the room was nice and clean and the value was great too. It is just sad, that no changes can be made after booking online. Often what you read in reviews and what you see in reality are different things.

It is one of the best hotels regarding to worth of money that I just found out in my latest trip . Nice, clean and roomy at this reasonable price. Nice staff too.

Money worth”

Because the flight was delayed, I had to check out a few hours late, the hotel still allowed me to stay for no extra charge. The front desk staff helped me with my lunch set and reminded me to go to the airport conveniently so that there was no traffic jam. Room quality and service are very good.

Nice apartment on a noisy Hai Ba Trung street”

The apartment was quite clean and spacious with all the amenities in the kitchen. We faced some difficulties with the staff mainly because of English language. However, the staff was ready to help. There was a leakage in the basin that was fixed after our request. The hotel is located on a noisy shopping street and there are no many interesting places to walk or to visit. Though, it was quiet in the room.

Modern room”

Room is clean, spacious and modern. The room I checked in my first night, the bed on 3rd floor caused my body to itch. I feedback to the reception and he gave me a similar room which was much better. I stayed for two days. My friend send to the hotel two packets of cashew nuts but it was not given to me - or perhaps I didn't ask for it as I return back pass 1am. Next day I had to leave at 7am, but still the reception did not mention anything. I take responsibility that I didn't check with the reception. Breakfast was simple, same as previous morning.

Couldn't ask for more”

The rooms are modern, spacious and quiet. Staff went above and beyond from the breakfast to the extra requests. No downside on our visit. Next time in Saigon will be staying here for sure.

Adequate Serviced Apartment”

Helpful and friendly staff. Front desk staff needs to learn English to be more helpful to guests. The two ladies who serve breakfast and also clean your rooms (Xuan and Thao) are the hardest working individuals. Cleanliness of the bathroom is most important to me and the bathroom is clean with brand new toilet that doesn't smell bad. Management needs to direct facilities helpers to clean spider webs and dust from the walls. This is a nice facility that could be enhanced with new towels, new comforters, and a new coat of interior paint.

This time is a huge disappointed. 1st: Towels are old and dark. 2nd: Pictures on web showed sofa and huge windows. Guest what, no sofa, small windows looking to a rusty steel frame. 3nd: Booking says Breakfast include. When we came they said nothing. But the next morning we went to a huge empty dining room and had to head to the reception only to be answered that no breakfast due to corona.!!!! The stay was good itself, comparing with the price. However, for that price without breakfast and average facilities / cleanliness? You'd have other options.

"The air-con in the bedroom (executive apartment) suddenly leaking water, hope the management will repair it soon. The rest of the apartment is good. Only thing is it will be very noisy from morning, motorcycles honking,dogs barking non-stop and people screaming. Many thanks to the friendly staff whom make the stay truly comfortable:)
