clean, convenient, easy, nice pool, friendly staff”
Delight resort is a really nice place right in the middle of Had Rin. Close to everything and only about 5 minute walk to the ferry at Had Rin port. The beach was two minutes away. The staff was super friendly and helpful, very nice and kind. The room is spacious and has hot water and aircon. The pool area is really beautiful as well, which was lucky as the winds were crazy on the beach when we were there, so the pool was a nice break from the wind. REally clean place and well kept-which is amazing when you see the chaos that occurs during the full moon party. hard to believe this place can be so clean and the staff still so positive. you have to leave a 1000 Baht deposit upon checkin which is returned to you after you leave-once the staff checks the room for damage or glow paint on the sheets.(trust me-you will understand why this practice is necessary) most of the other places looked like they were suffering from the constant traffic of party revelers-not Delight resort. Hard to believe how well maintained. If you are going to the full moon party or within a few days of it-do expect noise, but after that hardly any guests(or people in Had rin for that matter) so then it was remarkable peaceful, clean, and fun

Walking distance from the beach”
I enjoyed our time at Delight Resort. It is walking distance from Haad Rin beach and offers good tour bookings. It is also close to a 7-11 and has a fridge in the room so very convenient for late-night cravings and if you were on a budget. The beach has restaurants with tables right up to the water at night (and buckets!). There is a massage parlour opposite which was also great! I would stay here again

Great location, nice hotel, friendly staff”
We very much enjoyed our stay in Delight Resort. The location is great, litteraly 1 min. from Haad Rin beach. All you have to do is cross the road. The rooms are clean and good size and the bed is good too. Staff is friendly. We didn't stay at the pool much as the beach is so close and there is no sunshine at the pool in the afternoon.

great location in haad rin with pool, quiet rooms ”
we stayed with our 16month old son and 4 & 1/2 year old daughter in their tripple room. room walks out to a porch area next to the pool. huge room and bathroom, courteous staff and very close to centre of haad rin (the old chicken corner, by mama schnitzel). 1minute walk to centre of haad rin beach. if you want to visit pha-ngan for a couple of nights/days from samui its ideal. we left most of our luggage at our hotel in samui. took one bag with our things for a couple of days. took the first ferry to phangnan from big buddha pier (50min boat), and then a 10min walk from the ferry to the hotel; stayed 2 days and went back to samui hotel for the rest of our stay. as travellers in pha-ngan 10 years ago, it was ideal for us going back with the children to get our haad rin fix for a couple of days

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely staff”
We arrived alot later than planned after long travel delays so were very tired, got checked in and to our room really fast by friendly receptionists. They gave us help with our bags and made sure we didn't need anything else. Felt like they were very approachable for honest information. Really nice and spacious room over looking the pool. Perfect loaction in the middle of Haad Rin, only a few minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Even though we needed to use the key for electricity the aircon stayed on while we were out so the room was always nice and cool to come back to. Would definately come back here again and reccommend to friends.

this hotel lives up to it's name-a delight to stay in. nice clean room with air con and wifi service. friendly staff, especially the manager, and great service in terms of laundry and other small bits and pieces. in a good location in hat rin-a minutes walk to the beach. also a really clean and relaxing swimming pool on site. would definatley recommend this hotel.

Nice clean acomodation. Perfectly located, close to haad rin beach but just far enough away to be able to sleep if you want to. Staff welcoming an helpful. Front desk very helpful with travel services at a good price. Wold stay here again if in the area!!

Great place”
Place was excellent. Really comfortable and clean. Great location just 30 seconds from Haad Rin beach. They do everything right and don't try and nickle and dime you to buy things. Nice pool although most people don't use it.

The best cheap hotel in Haad Rin”
Having been in Haad Rin three times and stayed at many places, this hotel is the best mid-end hotel. The hotel environment is nice and social as people live close to each other, the swimming pool is decent, and restaurant serves good food. Only complain is that the cleaning is sloppy and wifi/internet not working during mornings.

Great location if you like Haad Rin , nice swimming pool where kids enjoyed a lot and super kind staff. The romms are small as shown, the cons: aged rooms with a window-only-on- door side shape makes them quite dark

i have stayed at delight 3 years in a row now. i love the people there, they are very helpful and friendly. the rooms are nice and clean, the pool not so much. the a/c, internet and hot water may be out for parts of the day during power outages, but that may be the case all over the island. the breakfast is good with eggs, toast and bacon or sausage. i'd recommend the hotel providing you can negotiate a good price.

We stayed here during the full moon party great location just across the road but silent from the beach parties. There was however an event or religious venue behind the hotel which was pretty noisy in the night on some days. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Shower was good and aircon effective. Pool with sunloungers was nice though pool was a bit cloudy so didn’t use. Would stay again for convenience of location. Also walking distance to the pier for Koh Samui transfer.

Great location in Haad Rin, close to the beach. The room is decent, the bathroom could be better, but for the price paid it is good value for money. Breakfast is good and the staff is very nice! Recommended!

Wonderful for What it is”
The place is located in the center of the major strip with all the resorts, hostels, restaurants and shops. It's a little run down when it comes to the towels, furniture and pool, PLUS the fact most rooms do not have TVs can be an issue but the staff, location, internet makes up for all of that! The gala dinner they hosted for New Years was a lot of fun and wonderfully organized. Amazing effort by the staff! They were also the only hotel on the strip that actually had a celebration for New Years with everyone and not just the people who lived at the resort.

Great location, clean, functional room”
Staff were friendly and spoke English well. The room was small but great value for money. Clean and tidy, no safe in room, but lockers available for free in reception that would hold any valuables of any size! The resort is right near the beach, shops and resturants that serve food 24hrs a day. Even with the resort being so central, I found it nice and quiet. The pool is tucked away at the back, decent size and nice to escape the crowds on the beach. Breakfast was very simple, a set menu, no buffet available, though with the resturants so close if it does not meet your tastes, this is not an inconvenience. I found the resort safe and welcoming.

good value, location is in the middle of haad rin where the full moon party is, staff were very helpful. Only fault is that shower in standard room is next to toilet (no separation) and water goes everywhere
