Dissapointing ”

Its very hard to find by following the description in the booking in which the apartment is located in part of different facilities. When we finally arrived at the apartment after a long drive, we found out the apartment haven't been clean up at all i.e left towel, dirty plate, bed sheet still not even made up from previous guess. We can't believe the state of the condition of the apartment when we arrived. We have to make another booking elsewhere....
