        the car park is very narrow and dark. The floor is sticky. Tv is there but cannot used. i catch 3 bed bug during sleep here. The front-desk person is foreigner that cannot well explain about our accommodation.

        Don't expect much”

        No parking, a lot of of miscommunication If you want to check in to this hotel, inform the hotel manager earlier on your check in or check out. Most of the time, no people at the reception. May be suitable for backpackers. Overall, do not epxect much.

        Better as a Solo Traveller”

        You could hear the next room voices and the terrible part was the mattress in the room I was given was bent in with the spring hurting my back when you lay on it. I requested a change of room but got none so had to improvise by requesting extra blankets so I could spread it on the bed to reduce the hurting from the spring.

        Goos budget hotel”

        Good basic budget hotel, right across the street from the publuc beach at batu ferringhi. The room is small and minimal but clean and quiet. Hotel provides free hot water and powder coffee. Front desk staff was nice and gives travel advice.

        Good value for money”

        Communal kitchen area with dishes, fridge, toaster, stove, pots and pans etc. Also a water purifier that dispenses normal, cold or hot water. I was there for a week and this was convenient as food options are overpriced in Batu Ferringhi compared to Georgetown. I'm also a health nut so I like to just eat instant oats with diced fruit using hot water and dishes in the kitchen. Clean room with a/c and two clean white towels. Very quiet and the staff just mind their own business and leave you alone.

        Each time I visit Batu Feringgi, this hotel would be my priority. Location just nice. Walking distance to night market and beach. For Muslim, you also can find mosque nearby.Also by walking distance. The staff (Mr Fahim) was very kind and helpful. He even surprise us by decorating our room for our babymoon (free) and when we return back with the back for next visit, he gave us the same room.It was really memorable for our family. Facilities and cleanliness was excellent. Tv in the room working fine. Shower and bed was also convenient. The only drawback is the parking. It quite limited. But it will be no issue if you are coming not during peak season. If you are a budget traveller, we really really recommending this hotel for you. Even not as other big hotel nearby such as Hard Rock etc, this hotel is value for money.

        I stayed 4 nights in a single room with Ac. The hotel is cozy, the room clean and quiet. Close to everything like beach, transport or restaurants. Fahim, the receptionist was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I would repeat the same hotel if I go to Batu Ferrighi.
