The hotel is great. We got a good breakfast and for anything that we missed, we simply could go downstairs to the nearest convenience store (the same building area). The only comment is that since this is a newly opened hotel, then the green scenery is still on progress. Perhaps in our next visit we can see bigger tree and lavish green surroundings.

I requested non-smoking room however they were fully booked so i got a smelly smoking room/floor which is so awful for me to having that smoke smell came into my room the whole night, apart from that the rest all good.

I found novotel standards when i arrived to this hotel in SURABAYA. Big room, big bath room always clean. Good and huge breakfast. Polite and helpfull staff very professional. But the location is outside the city between train station and airport (around 110 000 IDR by taximeter blue bird).

13 days in Indonesia, 3 days at this Hotel wins hands down. Room, Beddings, Toilet and room amenities was good. Food at breakfast and lunch was superb. The Tom Yam needs tweaking as its quite far from the real thing. Other than that thumbs up for F&B department, room service and the rest. Best Novotel stayed to date.

For the 4 stars hotel such Novotel, you should serve better taste of food, dessert, and bread for your buffee menu. I pay for breakfast but the taste is dissapointing. So for the second day I skip hotel breakfast.
