The location is close to many food stalls. (Bonus: you may get student price), as the house is located near to ITS and UNAIR Campus C. I stayed in room 6, nice bed, clean, and good smell! Bathroom was also good. The staff was also friendly. Overall, I would stay again and I would definitely recommend this place!

Take care of your toilet cleanliness! Its worst! The bed itself is quite comfy...the service was just ok..the bathroom was bad...a bit dirty..the hotel location is good..there's some restaurant around the hotel..

Homestay concept, provide clean drinking water and comfortable bed. Would be nice if they maintain the air-conditioner.

I book a room for 3 people, they have a problem with 3 people room, they give me a room for 2 people and they add another additional be for me. The staff really feel sorry about it and we forgive them. As long they realised what was happened and come with solution, I am OK.

Place to crash”

Good place for a quick crash after a long drive if you are passing by surabaya or just need a days stop to grab stuffs and head back to wherever you came from. Fast internet & cable tv .. helpful staff ..car parking may be limited and access to the location between 10 pm and 4 am might be confusing (certain roads are closed at night)

No parking lot for guest cars. Hard to find, no name/signature board on the building. Small room AC didnt work well. Not cool at all. Others are OK

this is a boarding style. not quite a hotel. accommodation shut at 2200 unless you tell you will go home late. facility is fine very clean. internet is very good. outside there are hundreds of eateries. so you won't be hungry
