In die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch das Beste fuers Geld. Die Klimaanlage ist leistungsschwach. Personal sehr bemueht.

Haben das Hotel nach 2 Stunden wieder verlassen. Hatte es vor ein paar Jahren in besserer Erinnerung. Schmutzig, dreckig der Pool eine Baustelle das Zimmer stank nach kalter Rauch.

Dieses Hotel ist nichts für Leute mit Höhenangst. Von der 6. Etage aus kann man im Flur bis zur Lobby und zu den Eingangtüren hinabsehen. Das Badezimmer hätte eine Renovation nötig. Eine Steckdose im Zimmer hat gefehlt. Eine Baustelle bei den hinteren Zimmer, könnte dessen Aussicht versperren. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt, wertet dieses Hotel um viele Punkte auf. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum ist hervorragend.

Old Hotel, looks like being renovated with a feeling of empty, dirty, old... Looked like only 1 or 2 floors opened. Swim pool not filled with water, cleanliness very limit (hair on the floor...), no soap, no amenities, staff doesn't speak English, took 30mins to find my booking etc.... Super cheap but I guess that's what you get for that price :(

This hotel is just ok, it's cheap. The reception girls are great but you need to speak a little Thai, the rooms are tired, and I mean tired, a refurb is well over due, seems the owners are taking money but not putting anything back.

This hotel is old and need to be upgraded all over. I have stayed during my 50y life in many different hotels both in Thailand and all over the world and this hotel is Ine of the badest hotel I have ever seen. Dirty bathroom, smell - well you dont want to stay at this hotel. NOT recomended, look for other hotels in the area, I would recomend Majestic Hotel situated next to Surin bus-station.

The hotel is really old in areas and needs updating, so my first impression of my room was not good at all. But the bed is comfortable, the room is a good size, the rooms are cleanand the staff try hard to help although they do not speak English. The pool area looks good but the swimming pool is not clean. The breakfast doesn't look very good but actually tastes ok. The price of the room i found to be extremely overpriced, i booked on a booking site but the hotel rates are quite a bit cheaper than i paid.

Friendly very good value hotel”
I have stayed here many times and although the hotel is getting older the friendly staff and excellent value makes up for it. It is located near the bus station which is great for travellers, there are a number eating places near by and 7 elevens quite close. Cash machines are only a few hundred meters away.

When I arrived, they were going to put me in a room with a large king bed, even though I booked a twin bed room. Seems they had no idea what twin beds meant & had to put a picture up on my phone of what it is. Their English skills were minimal & it took 30 minutes or more (with lot of discussion in Thai) that finally I got a room with twin beds. The manager did ask "Why do I need a twin bed room?" No business of his, but a friend was coming later. I had to vacate the room early next morning as the toilet did not flush. Moved to next room, & found a light at the entrance did not work. I did report it & was promised it would be replaced. It was not the whole time I was there, even with more reminders. Also, the shower head expelled more water on the ceiling, walls & on the floor. The shower head seal was damaged. This was reported with promises of repair. Never happened. Food for breakfast was entirely Thai style, & unless you are used to it, as I am, it's not suitable for foreign travelers. It's also not a very healthy menu. The situation of the hotel is also not suitable for foreigners, with long walks to local shops, stores, 7/11 & good restaurants & coffee shops. Getting laundry done was also a headache. Staff had no idea what to do & it took a long time (1st time) before a form was produced. The 2nd time, same as the first as there were different staff that time. Basically, a very unsuitable hotel all round for foreigners. It seemed to be nearly full all the time by local groups (of companies/reps ?) who were noisy, not entirely 'au fait' into hotel behavior, attitude & how to go about things. My opinion is that you should not represent this hotel on your web site.

Cannot add much to all the previous reviews and agree it is a well worn hotel in a good location. The included breakfast by the pool was good, with a section of dishes including fruit and eggs cooked to order. The pool looked good and the water was clear, with some debris that could be easily swept away. The room was large, clean and a very tired bathroom!

First, the images were a bit misleading. Bathrooms, elevators, utensils, and the rooms were dirty.”
Cons: - The bathrooms were dirty and dark. The mirror was in really bad shape and was not clean enough to be placed in a three star hotel. - The floors were really worn out and old. Paint on walls looked really old and dirty as well. - We booked this hotel also because there was a pool and that was in the photos as well. To our disappointment, it was dirty and we couldn't swim at all. - The elevators are very old, dusty, and had a horrible stench. - Carpet in the bedrooms felt really old and dirty. - The lighting in the rooms were very dim, too dim for my liking. They also had a very bad stench. Pros: - The included breakfast was okay, but there weren't a lot of options.

Cobwebs in the room, old linen needs replaced, poor choice for breakfast. Old light fittings, in fact the whole of the hotel is desperate for an upgrade. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Good location for checking out the city.

Very disappointed in my stay”
The rooms was dirty ciggerete burns in carpet,breakfast disgusting ,cold coffee etc ,I could go on and on about this hotel never stay again ,I go to Thailand twice a year my dad lives in Surin ,I would expect refund if I get a hotel like this again I will not use your company ,,,,,,,
