The best service that I have ever experienced ”
The whole experience was excellent. As there’s only few houses in the villa, you can find personal services everywhere, like during breakfast and check in. The housekeepers were so nice and waited besides our room until we were ready (as we were enjoying the pool at that moment). When I arrived to the own country, I found that I lost my ring and emailed the hotel. They found it in the next day and shipped it for me immediately! They insisted not to charge me even I requested for amount of fee! They were fabulous and you can really feel their kindness to you. This is what the real hospitality means. Last but not least, we enjoyed the big and clean room so much. We owned the public pool, enjoying the sky and seaview in the whole afternoon as no one was using it. I can never forget the romantic and relaxing moment in the hotel. Thank you so much, everyone in De Chaochom.

Suggest to stay at beachfront suit villa. Breakfast is not buffet but you can order as you want. It was delicious breakfast for me. I like it! I will be right back soon.

We stayed at the beachfront villa. My children were very happy because it was just steps away from the beach. The villa is beautiful, well-equipped and spacious. A bit of a downside is that we had to walk quite a distance to the villa without any shade.

Relaxing and Quiet ”
Great resort with big room and personal mini pool. Food is good too. Do enjoy the sea view too. As there's limited rooms within the resort, u will find it quiet and relaxing. The only thing to look out is the place is good for those who drive as it will be difficult to walk out to the main street. Grab is the the best choice for moving around. I do enjoy the stay with my family. I will be back again to this place.

The place is good for pictorial. But if you see in the detail is badly maintain and not so good clealiness. I've stay in room 312. The first time arriving i Park my car outside and walk in as inside the parking is full. When I walk in I got some urgent call from my work place the security guard is doing his good job approaching me. But he ask me "Why are you here?" While I talking on the phone in the hotel parking, of course I came to check in!! . I may wear short and t-shirt with flipflop, but this not approach the guests maybe? The room lock is not working properly. Hard time to lock room when we away. The rain shower head in the room is stuck. Then I dont know which genius just choose the drill the hole in middle. So the water that come out is like water with high gardener tap. The room skirting is dirt with white paint. The pool umbrella stand metal is expose risk of tripping and got cut from the umbrella stand legs. The water heater under the sink is off for some reason before check in. I have to turn in on by myself. The LED strip looking pretty at night but all wiring is a mess. I'm not sure if it 220v. If it does this quite dangerous. I've stay with 3 friend we pay 2 extra duvet and pillow. And we bought the floating pool breakfast package as the FO staff recommend for 500thb. But when we check out we just realize that that 500thb for 2 person floating breakfast is only the floating cost we have to pay 300 thb per person (2 ppl total) for breakfast cost also. Seem this not clearly discuss at first. Never mind.... The breakfast variaty is low. Also the table full of any and insect. I maybe natural lover, but for this price of hotel this not good. The pool suction line filter got no mesh grill. This danger for the little kids as the pool entrapment standard. The grass at the side of walkway is sharp and not cut properly. I event got my legs cut from that. The minibar snack in the room is dusty maybe not many people touch it for long time? Finally

Location is away from city, hence transport (tuktuk/grab) is a hassle if you do not drive. However, if you're looking for tranquility, this is the place. Hot water works intermittently. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Hotel has a good sightseeing, silent, closed to night market”
The hotel has a very nice landscape. In front of our room is a beautiful sea view, you could see the sunrise in the morning but it is not privacy!!! The other guests can see through in your room because the hotel uses transparent windows as a wall in the bedroom and transparent windows in the restroom. Therefore, you have to close the curtain for whole day. This one need an approval. Moreover, water is not clean enough, you can see when you pour in the glass. Breakfast is fine.
