Management was sensitive to any problems and I had a few that were addressed to my satisfaction. That said, if you book here I suggest the "Suites" in adjacent building which are much better. Although, no laundry facilities are in this building and only one entrance door, nevertheless, it is quiet and more comfortable. There is a city bus route #11 / #111 that runs to airport/hotel which is an option since the Airport transfer van is not frequent/reliable. Waffle House, Popeyes, Wendys are all in walking distance.

Pros: price, close to airport, spacious rooms Cons: this place is not very well maintained or clean. The walls are dirty, the place smells like a public bathroom, there is rust on the beside table lamps, the shower knob is very broken down to the point it hardly turns so the shower makes a screatching sound throughout the duration of the shower. We found blood stains on BOTH sheets and called the front desk to inform them of this. The manager brought us a new set of sheets without offering to change them himself and they ended up being the wrong size for the bed. The insulation is really bad so you can hear everything outside of the door. The manager let several people go in front of me while I was front of the line to check in. There is no "do not disturb" sign provided Generally this days inn was worse than any other I have stayed in.

Not too bad for price, walls are very thin and you can hear everything, not a family with children place. Customer service was ok has room to improve, shuttle service was great with kind and helpful driver.

Majority of the staff was great, there was only one man who was semi rude but luckily I only had to speak with him one time. The room was nice and clean, everything they advertise they have. Because of covid they couldn't do a normal breakfast but they did offer a to go bag with fruit and granola bars which was accommodating.

We stayed for 3 nights, enjoyed our stay. Near hotel and fast food restaurants.

Front desk woman was nice and helpful. Neighborhood a tad sketchy. Bare bones but the rate was amazing. If you’re just there to sleep, this place fits the bill

Our room seemed clean enough although there was a strong smell of urine. The hallways an elevator were dingy and the air was to perfumed with cleaners or deoderizors. Could use a lighter coat of paint in hallways and doors to brighten and freshness things up. We couldn't access the building at one door, the key pass did not work. Went to another exterior doorand it was open. Not secure.

I started my weekend getaway venture with only excitement. Arrived and the room was decent but called maintenance to come and repair the cabinet and fix the sink drain! Never showed up. Go out Friday night to return back to our room about 2:00am and the room key does not work. The front desk clerk came up and could not get into our room with all our belongings open so they had to give us another room. The second room we got had bugs in the bed. We called the front desk and the clerk came and took pics on the bugs and brought us some toothpaste but no toothbrush(all our belongs are still in the 1st room). So we finally get in the 3rd room and rest. Wake up call the front desk. He has to go down to get the new key to the old room because maintenance has gotten in to the room with our belongings. While he is gone downstairs some random worker shows up in my room asking me if I need a remote. Nope! The we have to get our stuff and move to our new room. Take a shower and go down for breakfa
