Quick Shuttle to DIA from Hotel”

I found the hotel and staff to be very friendly and organized. I arrived on a Friday night and my daughter had a 7:00 a.m. flight the next morning. I told the front desk and we were put on a list and told to arrive right before. Everything went so smoothly. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet the night we stayed here.

No shuttle!”

Contrary to the booking site I used there was no shuttle to and from the airport.

I knew it wasn't gonna be phenomenal by any means so I came in with low expectations. BUT the front desk person was rude and not helpful whatsoever with the airport shuttle. The room looked like it belonged in a motel at best. And I truly hate complaining about petty things like this but what am I paying for at this hotel? It was just a bunch of little annoyances all night that travelers would not want to deal with.

Okay for a Quick Stay”

I had a quick stay, less than 8 hours. For the area, I got a good deal. It was a little loud and could have been cleaner. The staff was very friendly and the availability to keep my car parked there was a plus.

Don’t go here ”

They charged me a smoking fee even tho we never smoked in our room I’m clearly pregnant then they apologized and refunded my money just to charge me another $500 my bank account is way overdrawn bc of them and all they had to say was I’ll get my money back in 5-10 business days spend your money somewhere else the rooms weren’t that nice and the beds were uncomfortable

Breakfast options were better than the average continental breakfast.

Fine except for one problem”

There was only one person checking people in but a line out the door practically waiting to be checked in. I.e., excessive wait time. It looked as if he was literally the only person to there to take care of any need whatsoever.

High Expectations, Low Performance”

The staff were awfully rude to my wife, and the building itself looks great on the exterior and lobby, but the rooms do NOT match. The location is perfect, but within the walls was disappointing.

Not a good hotel for the money.”

Air conditioning did not keep up, blew barely cool air. No fans to help. Kids/family did not sleep well. Only one staff on after 9pm, so if we needed anything (extra pillows) we had to go downstairs & get then ourselves. No pillow case provided on pillow.

Old and dirty ”

Do you like clogged sinks, old and outdated, a single thing quilt over a single thin sheet? I went cheaper and I got what I paid for. Won’t do it again!

Very close to Airport.”

Friendly front desk. 8 dollar parking fee. Good breakfest. Uncomfortable bed...lumpy hard mattress. Outdated decor and furniture. Served a one night stay purpose. Paper thin walls.

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. Jose is soft and Christine is HORRIBLE. DONT STAY HERE. Spend 10 more bucks and stay next door

Average hotel ”

Average hotel that fits the bill for a location near the DEN airport. The shuttle driver for airport pickup was quite unhelpful; he merely drove up and didn't even got out to help load our luggage. Instead we were to hold our bags on our lap! Also night front desk staff guy wasn't friendly; felt like I was quite unwelcome. Lastly, the breakfast was pretty slim; certainly needed hot dishes with a much larger variety of options.

This is my favorite place to stay in Denver because it is the nicest room possible for the cost. We have 3 children and get a room with 2 queens and it’s so spacious and wonderful, for super reasonable. Plus, they let you bring a day, again, for a nominal fee!

This hotel is dirty, worn and very uncomfortable. I would never stay there again. Some staff were friendly and helpful, but most weren’t.

No phone answer & no working elevator”

Tried to call for a shuttle and no answer. $50 Uber ride later for 5 miles...not cool. Then show up to see the shuttle sitting there waiting. Got our room, 3rd floor, with heavy bags, a wife with a bum knee and NO working elevator. Again...NOT cool. Would NOT recommend staying there.

Very rude and unprofessional ”

The night staff was just a kid, dress like a a hudllum from a bad neighborhood and with an actitud to go with it. The first thing that came out of his mouth when I complaint about the shuttle bus not able to take me to the airport, was, " If you don't like it , I can kick you out". So,

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Bed wasn't super comfortable and the tv remote didn't work. Aside from that, decent for the money.
