Exceptional”

I have 2 months traveling to Orlando every weeks for my job and have changed hotels weekly. Finally I found a wonderful place with excellent services, well location, very clean, good staff. After test in many place this hotel will be my first Option for my futures travel to Orlando.

Economical Option close to Conv Center”

Overall this hotel is a great economical option if you're looking for something close to the convention center. However, there are no bells and whistles here. Rooms have an up to date look with paint, vinyl type wood floors, fluffy pillows, comfortable bed and decent grade sheets. Microwave and min-fridge were great. Bathroom areas show the property is dated but water was hot and all plumbing functioned as needed. I would stay here again for the price and walking convenience.

Good and quick solution”

It was a nice place to stay if you’re just going to sleep and that’s it. It feels a bit cramped because of the big beds but it works nicely, especially if you are going to the Convention Center. It’s just a 10-15 minute walk :) Would definitely recommend.

Good quality budget hotel in good location”

Good budget hotel, typical of this chain. Clean rooms, building somewhat dated with some maintenance problems (one elevator nonfunctioning) that did not affect my stay, rooms typical budget hotel layout. Nice looking pool with lots of happy kids splashing around. Friendly staff, next to a budget restaurant (IHOP) with lots of other restaurants in the vicinity. A few miles from major tourist destinations and easy to reach from the airport. A good place for a family to stay in a generally expensive hotel environment.

This is a great location and amazing value. IHOP onsite., McDonald's and red lobster across the street. Across from the convention center. On the I-Trolley route. FREE parking!

It's a great location if you are going to the Convention Center. A little outdated but still a nice place to stay.

The floor in front of the door outside was getting a small water pool every time it rained. Not what you want to see when coming in. There was some people that was making loud music noises, which i hated. But in general good place if you just want to sleep after a long day of work. At night time there was no noises, got a great sleep!

Perfect Hotel Perfect Price”

The hotel is quietly located off IDrive where all the action is.. Its quiet, clean, and has all the amenities you need.. Fridge and Microwave. Parking is VERY TIGHT at night so get in early if you aren't up for a heft walk. . I would stay there again.. It was a YES for me

The bed was king size and slept great. We booked a handicapped room and it was great. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Problems with room being next to elevator so it was noisy and had to go to 3rd floor for ice.

There is a $100 deposit that Agoda doesn’t tell you. The room was pretty clean but in the morning when we turned on the lights there were 3 roaches on the tv stand. Breakfast was ok not very much to choose from. Bed was comfortable.

Good hotel with GREAT BEDS!”

Exceeded my expectations. Drains were a little slow and I did not report only because I was mostly in a business conference but I will let them know about room 338 when I get home. Excellent beds and rooms were clean.

Good for a quick night stay/rest Staff needs to at least understand / communicate in English. Housekeeper said SHE does NOT understand English when I called over the phone 6/23/2018, 4pm- either she is lazy and is making an excuse or they hired non English speakers to serve US clients which does not make any sense. The AC was not working when we got to our room! The maintenance guys replaced it with another unit. It means the housekeeping did NOT notice or report that the AC was not working. This could have been fixed before we checked-in.

Don’t feel like the room was as clean as it should’ve been; sink kept clogging up and bathroom had no shower curtain, door panel was broken and falling off.

Maybe as a last resort”

I wanted this place to workout however our stay ended abruptly after a member of my party woke to what appeared to be a roach crawling on them in bed. The only pros were the management staff and location.

Bed bugs . . .”

They put me in a room with bed bugs and after several days move me to another room and failed to tell me the room and I was in was infested with bed bugs I took them home with me
