We were definitely impressed with the Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center. Great location. This hotel had everything you needed right there. The only discrepancy was the hotel information channel didn't have any audio sound on the television. But that was a minor discrepancy.

Terrible conditions of the room”

Very dirty place. Old beds and carpets. Breakfast the worst,I found a long hair in the food.

The staff was very rude I’m pregnant and I asked for a bell cart and they said you can find one somewhere on the first floor. They wouldn’t go and get it for me. Breakfast is not complementary it was $32 for me and my husband and it was disgusting breakfast the French toast was hard and there was barely anything to pick from. The cups provided for breakfast for a little shot glasses. Asked if they had milk for my daughter in the shop he said I think so asked to be transferred he said there’s no phone but you can come down here to look and I was on the seventh floor. He couldn’t walk 2 feet to look and see for me. The only people that were nice there was the bartender and the breakfast lady. They never answered the customer service desk every time we called so we had to call through our own phone and the first time they didn’t even answer because we wanted to go check out the concierge for things to do. All around horrible experience.

This was our first time staying in Orlando, FL and it was well worth it. Our stay included free breakfast which was buffet style and good. There were daily activities the hotel was hosting, starbucks, swimming pool, indoor play area for young children and more. I would definitely stay here again for our next Orlando trip.

Hidden fees”

Beware of the $25 resort fee per room. The elevators stink and the breakfast you paid extra for is the same as a continental that is free at any other hotel. Will not book through this site again.

Cleaning crew is noisy and start giving unsolicited wake up calls on the day of check out. Other than that everything is good. Close to Disney and many restaurants in the area. Located in a very busy area though. Restaurants and roads are packed.

too long to check in”

Everything was very very good. Clean, Breakfast, Facility, excellent. However the check in process was brutal ! Almost hour in line, Only 2 people checking in in a rush hour. Kids tired from Disney Day.

Great value just be on point”

Facility is huge with it's own Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and restaurant. They have 2 pools and a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. The only I would recommend is giving the breakfast vouchers when you check in, so you can eliminate confusion at the breakfast buffet. Your suppose to have vouchers if your room comes with free breakfast or the staff tries to charge $15 a head. If you hand them out during the check in process or even mention it that would be very helpful. Other than that everything was great

This is a nice hotel for the deal I got. The parking is free and the resort fee was only $20 a night. The rooms were decent size I had two queen beds and they were comfortable. This is an older hotel but they have done some remodeling and upgrades. The bathroom we had was more moder and nice. We had a view of the outside pool which no one was using because it was cool out when we went. The pool that's at the lobby that one a lot of people were using it. We checked in at 5pm on a Saturday there were 2 ladies doing the check in but the line was long and took about 25min to get to the ladies. They were very friendly and quick, these were also the two ladies that was there when we checked out and they were also great then. The breakfast buffet was included in my stay I guess depending on who you book your stay through is if they include it or not. If it's not included for an adult it is $16.95 child 4 to 10yrs old is $8.95 3 and under free. The buffet was alright if it wasn't included in my stay I wouldn't of paid extra for it. On Sunday morning it was very busy at breakfast and the staff was not that friendly except for the cook and one waitress I didn't get her name but she looked like she might of been either the manager or the one with the most experience. But on Sunday morning after we got sat no one ever came to our table like they did the others. Then on Monday morning at breakfast it was not busy at all and the staff was nicer than the day before, still no one came to our table after we were sat. The cook that makes the omelettes she was very nice, don't forget tip money if you want to tip the cook and/or staff. There is a gym that's free and golf simulation that does cost but I didn't get to them, there's a play zone that is free but you have to buy and use their socks, my son wasn't with so I did not go over to it but it looks like it's for 13 and under but I didn't see an age posted for it. Overall I did enjoy my stay and I would definitely come back as long

The room did not have a microwave and my shower leaked into the unit below me. Rooms were a lil pricey and I later found out it was because of spring break.

Staff was wonderful, helpful and courteous. But this is not Wyndam quality. Room was musty smelling and towels are thin. No microwave or safe in the room. For 1 night, fine but overpriced

Breakfast is so good! One chef cooked omelet for my personal preference!!

Good for the location and the price…but: only one chair in the room, the safety box is out of order, the picture show us a microwave in the room, we do not have. We upgrade for the magical view: the Windows are so foogy and the fireworks to far to see!

Very nice for people with kids! Things to keep them busy with the kid zone and pools! Good food choices with Pizza Hut and Starbucks right in the hotel!

Great affordable hotel”

Overall this was a great place to stay. Very clean, affordable, and close to the parks. The breakfast was amazing, but it was a hassle to keep up with the paper breakfast tickets they give you. Housekeeping is only by request and they did not always make the beds. My biggest complaint is the complimentary shuttle service to the parks - it runs at inconvenient times and stops at several other hotels, so it takes an hour to make what would otherwise be a five mile drive.
