Amazing Budget Hotel”

I spent a night here at Davao Royal Suites. The staff here were very accomodating. Beer was cheap and the place is close to a lot of transportation terminals. The place is clean and the room was cheap. I will definitely go back here when I visit Davao. A must try is their Davao Longganisa for breakfast.

Usually for the price I’ve paid, I don’t get free breakfasts. In Davao Royal Suites and Residences, however, there’s free breakfast and housekeeping to boot! Will definitely stay here again should I be in the area

Exceptional”

We had a nice stay in Davao City, the hotel is located at the city center so all establishments, parks, stores, even banks are really close to this hotel. The rooms are clean, and they always clean the room, change the linen, towels, etc. If you're on a budget travel, you may want to consider this hotel. The complimentary breakfast are well served. The only problem we've encountered is that the ac keeps on dripping, especially if you set the ac to turbo cool, you will just wake up with a flooded floor. Overall, our stay was good!

very good location”

this was a lovely place to stay , the hotel was in a good location , and it was very clean and tidy . the rooms were nice and comfortable and very clean . the staff were very good and there was nothing wrong at all with the accomodation .for the price of the accomodation , it was very reasonable , and it was much better value than many more expensive hotels . i will deffinately be staying there again when i go to davao. i can thoroughly reccomend this hotel. i travel a lot all over the world , and i can surely say that this hotel is very good value for money .

Perfect Location, Lovely Staffs”

The hotel is located near the church, the parks and you can even walk to and from malls. As for getting your way to your activities, the receptionists are very accommodating and helpful in giving you directions; what and where to ride public transport, the guards also note taxi details and help you hail one or in our case 2 cabs every time as we were a group of 8. The place is clean, we were the ones who made our rooms a mess when we packed our pasalubongs. Sorry :) But I highly recommend this place if you'd like to visit Davao City. :)

Worth it but a little improvement...”

The place is in the center of tourist spots, just walked around San Pedro Cathedral, Rizal Park, City Hall, Quezon Park, Peoples Park. Surrounded by known restaurants. Staffs are welcoming, they always smile and greet and ask if we need anything. They served delicious breakfast. The room were a little old, could just improve by replacing the cabinet ang table, the inside room didnt match with the exterior of the hotel. But thank God AC is working fine though looks old. I will still stay here for my next visit in Davao.

Great location but small rooms”

the royale house travel inn & suites is clean and affordable, it's in the heart of davao also and very convenient. transportation has no problem because just at the doorstep of the hotel different kinds of transportation is just right there. when i go back to davao i would want to stay there again.

Great location for an affordable price”

The hotel can be easily located, it is near San Pedro Church, and you can easily go to anywhere in Davao by jeepney or taxi, near restaurants, the hotel is just enough for a good night stay, sheets are clean and the toilet is clean although small, the staff are efficient and polite, we will stay here again the next time we visit Davao.

Perfect for a business traveller”

If you are looking for a cheapskate room but perfect and quite, this is highly recommended, this is located in the main of Davao City and you can walk outside at night and find a near area to eat, the rooms are clean and the aircon is really cold, you have to adjust the temp, I love the breakfast as well, the breakfast area fronting the fishes is very relaxing. overall recommend for a business traveller.

Major plus: they allowed me to check in at 8AM!! Location is near the church (3 mins walk) & davao city hall. Breakfast is plated. Not that much but enough for the price of the room. Tv with cable channels which is good. Jeepneys pass by in front of this establishment. You will not have a hard time commuting.

Nice and clean”

the building is actually nice. nice staff. excellent price. some of the rooms are small. biggest complaint - too much noise at the rear of the building. roosters crowing and dogs barking all night. area of town is not the greatest but i really didn't see any good areas in davao. definitely not a tourist destination. nice to have a flat screen tv. but no complimentary water with a sign saying - do not drink the tap water. no wifi in the rooms unless you get one close enough to the reception. they should have a separate area in the lobby away from the restaurant area. restaurant food was reasonable - but i only had breakfast.

Near To Davao City Hall”

The hotel was near to Davao city hall. Overall stay is good. One thing that I don't like is that other staff at the front desk are too busy that they forget to smile,greet and sometimes ignore other guests...You need to have patience to the staff. It's a drawback because it's a cheap hotel.

Nice hotel in the city”

My parents were the one who stayed. They say that the hotel is nice. Nicely located and very convenient to public transportation. There were animals and birds so like garden setting. Will go back and stay again if have the chance to go back to davao as the price is very affordable as well.

Basic hotel with good price and location”

The room was a bit small, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep within downtown Davao that is cheap, this is the perfect hotel. All promised amenties were working + Hot water + Air conditioning + Cable TV + Wifi Also, we forgot to print our reservation, but they still accommodated us and check-in was a breeze.

Davao's Best!”

Perfect location for Davao City. If you want to explore the City Center, City Hall and Davao's Night Life, this is the perfect location. Very accessible in public transportation. The accommodation is good. Clean Comfort Room. They provide breakfast, that's a value for Money.

Great stay”

The place is near everything. Jeepneys and taxis are easily accessible outside the hotel. The room were spacious and the staffs were accomodating. If I ever go back to Davao, I would stay on the same hotel.

My entire stay is totally convenient”

I stayed just for one day and its really a quick booking (thanks to Agoda) As I search for a place to check in, I found this suites that is really near in the city's downtown area and very much accessible to the malls. Facilities wise, I find it also great since they have quite good enough wifi connection at the lobby and at their garden but sometimes the signal wont be found inside my room. The staff is accommodating and what I like about this suite is they still offer breakfast even if their rooms is really cheaper. This is great to endorse to all traveller that would want to explore Davao city and Samal. Awesome Davao Royal ✔

Value for money”

Great location, close to banks, city hall and food stalls. The room was cool and comfy. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely book again when we go back to Davao.

Great location, clean rooms and affordable”

I like this hotel, especially having stayed to almost of the big hotels in the Davao. The hotel is close to everything in the CBD. You can catch a jeepney as soon as you get out of the door. Joy, the Manager was so helpful and polite. The original room allocated was near a room that was being renovated and when I complain with the noise Joy immediately changed us to an upper level room. The staff are all helpful although the front desk people need more training, a bit slow and don't smile not welcoming. This hotel is currently being renovated so you can smell paint and hear bangings during day time. I love the bar located within the hotel. If you don't want to go out you can have a drink here and listen to their great lady singer. She was so talented that we stayed till closing time. It was a great stay and won't hesitate coming back and recommending it. I love the decor by the way.
