Incredible place to stay: Best value for money I came across in Labuan Bajo As everyone has outlined, free service to and from the town centre, port and airport Breakfast was 10/10, you can have Gorang, pancakes, egg and toast etc along with fruits and tea or coffe Staff are amazing Owner Jimmy is fantastic and literally goes out of his way to help guests, whether that is on what to do and see, booking bikes or trips away I will 100% be back in Flores and without a doubt will rebook here. Thank you to all the Kitchen staff,Hans and Jimmy for a fantastic 5 nights.

Just perfect ”
They did everything to make our life easy. They went to buy water, beer, they drove us anywhere anytime we wanted. The location is not on the coast but much better because is quieter. Good breakfast and rooms really clean and nice.

Enjoyed staying here very much,even extended our stay. Jimmy & his family were so obliging,nothing was too much trouble. Free airport pick up & prompt pick up & drop off into town,about a 10 min drive. Totally worth staying out of town a bit as it was so quiet. Rooms great too with air con & lots of hot water. Highly recommend.

Great rooms and nice and quiet”
Jimmy has nice rooms at Danke Lodge, big beds, good A/C - only con was no hot water but not a big deal there. Excellent value for money! Jimmy arranges transport into town and to and from the airport free of charge when ever you need it which is amazing. A great base even though its 10 min drive from town that was not an issue for us at all. Ended up staying 4 nights in total and would highly recommend. Good Wifi.

the family/staff were super kind. they offered free transport and drove us around a lot without letting us wait. they were always smiling and always asked if everything is ok. would totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap but still good place for 2 or 3 days

Don’t let the location put you off”
The staff were excellent, Jimmy the owner is such a happy person and always willing to help. The hotel has a driver who will drop you off and pick you up anywhere in town at any time, great for early tours. It’s only a ten minute driver of that. Excellent value for money.

Such a nice host!”
Jimmy is super nice. He arranged a super tour in Komodo and found a great driver to tour the rest of Flores island. The room itself is simple, but clean. A driver was always ready to bring us to the harbor or pick us up. The only thing I would change is the breakfast. The pancakes were oily and the toasts were dry. The rice and noodles were better.

The only criticism is perhaps that it's not in the centre of town, however the owner is happy to drop the guest (s) off if they need a ride. There are scooter rental places which the owner will help you with. This is the ideal accommodation for me and all the staff great.

Needs a bit of a tweak”
The staff here are lovely but the guesthouse overall has a few teething problems that unfortunately let it down. The room is very dark, the bathroom was a bit smelly, water was intermittent and the location (even with the free shuttle) is a hassle. Overall not upto the standards of other homestays we have stayed in during our time in Indonesia.

The location is not far from airport and Pelni Harbour (just 10 minutes driving). The lodge was very quite at the night, but the service is excellent, the cleanliness of the bed, room, and the water as well. The owner (Mr. Jimmy) is very kindhearted person. He and his assistance is willing to take and accompany us to look around Labuan Bajo. So happy to stay there.

Danke Lodge has excellent, clean, new large rooms which are great value. This value comes from the location being a bit far from town but Jimmy is always available to offer the 10 minute ride, no charge. the staff really make an effort which isn't always the case in budget accommodation like this. Highly recommended

Great for what we needed”
Staff were super nice and attentive. Good food at the venue. We just came back from a 3 day tour of Komodo Islands so just needed a place to regroup before our flight the next day. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is not the best, but they offered to take us into town if needed. Value for money for sure.
