Good choice in Ende”

The stay was great. The only problem (which applies to all places in Ende) is a cloud of insects that get into the room as soon as the door opens in the evening. The room is basic, but clean and the owner makes sure that you are comfortable during your stay.

perfect fit for one night in Moni”

You visit Moni to go see the 3-coloured Kelimutu volcano crater lakes, which is absolutely stunning. Daniel lodge is just the perfect fit to stay one night in Moni, as all you need is a bed, a shower, and a delicious banana pancake for breakfast... The staff are very helpful in arranging a trip up the mountain...we went on the back of a motorbike and it was just swell! Kelimutu is seriously worth the trip to Moni!

Not bad for Moni”

It's the first house on the right arriving in Moni from Maumere etc. While it is certainly nothing special, it's not too bad considering the lack of decent accommodation Moni has to offer. Daniel was nice and helped wave down the bus when we needed to leave in the morning. Rooms were tidy and clean, breakfast was sufficient.

We loved our stay at Daniel's lodge, despite all the construction on the main road right out front. Big comfy bed, hot water shower, and no need for a fan cause the weather was nice and cool. They helped us arrange transport and breakfast was simple but good. The family has the cutest dog and the woman in charge also helped us with our laundry. It was great.

Very good”

Good place to stay for a night or two, located at the end of Moni village but still easy to walk to the shop or restaurants. Hot water shower, very basic breakfast. Yanto, Jeffery and the lady (don't know your name sorry) were very helpful and arranged the trip to Kelimutu for me. The accommodation is expensive, but everywhere is in Moni.

when I arrived at daniel lodge I was charged 600000 IDR for two nights stay even though I had paid agdoa £40.48 on the 26th oct for pre booked accommodation the owner insisted on payment in cash also for the transport up to Kelimutu by the owner of daniel lodge for the sunrise at the mountain he turned up 40 minutes late so sunrise had started while I was still on the road being transported to the mountain so i fell totally ripped off

Very friendly owner, great location to Kelimutu”

It's very basic, a room with a clean nice bed with a musquito net is all you need for one short night in Moni Banana pancake breakfast was nice after our early moning visit to Kelimutu. The owner is very friendly.

Good Location”

We were only 1 night to visit kelimutu. The room was very dirty. The toilette full of Hair from others guests. The shower really cold. Many mosquitos and a big spider there. The sheets dirty. We asked about transportation to Ende and we can arrange for 600.000 irp when we got for the half 300.000 irp. Really good location but no many commodities.

Good, basic room for one night stay”

Seems like most of the accommodation options in Moni are basic so this was one of many. However, the rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable bed, nice seating area outside and the owner very helpful in organising transport up to Kelimutu and for your onward travel.

Dirty place, avoid it.”

The room we got have not seen a cleaning since ages. Booked with them the pick up in Maumere, nobody showed at the airport, so we arranged the trasfer independently. When we got to the lodge, the owner tried to convice us that the new driver was actually the one sent by them..come on!

It's satisfactory for one night before you do Kelimutu”

Plenty of places in Moni are not listed in Agoda, so if you are feeling adventurous and arrive in Moni earlier in the day I'd recommend going without a reservation. If you do wish to have the security of a booking, this place gets the job done.

Conveniant for hiking in Moni”

Could be really improve with just small things : Towels, bath mat because the toilet and the shower are the same place, kettle with cup and coffee because most of people will go to kelimutu very early before breakfast, soap and perhaps the most important a fan.

The hotel has no hot water or internet. The day I was there, there was no cold water. Towel was dirty.

Location was the mean reason, it was the last available accomodation at Moni.

No muy amigable, intentó cobrarnos 3 veces más por el transporte al aeropuerto, no intentó ayudarnos en ningún momento.... Aparte de esto la habitación daba mucho que desear y relación calidad precio fatal. Hay mejores sitios más nuevos, y mucho más baratos, sin duda no repetiría.

Aunque estuvimos menos de 24horas en moni, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El trato fue amabilisimo y las 3 habitaciones que tiene el hotel son amplias y muy limpias.

Je n ai pas pu personnellement tester cette GH puique les proprietaires étaient absents et j ai du chercher une autre chambre en urgence. D autres touristes rencontrés ont eu le même type de problème. Pas très sérieux....

Zéro + zéro = zéro ”

Le logement avait été loué par Daniel. Nous sommes arrivés à 17h30 et il était parti dormir. Nous avons passé la nuit dans la voiture !!!!!!!!!!! I Will never use Agoda again
