Relaxing jungle hut overlooking the sea with a pool”
Dahilig is the perfect place to relax in a jungle setting overlooking the sea. It's just outside the main town so it's nice and quiet, just know that it's easier to get you if you have your own transportation like a motorbike which you can rent in the town. The staff is so nice and friendly. There is a small pool and really lovely garden with lots of flowers. They have a small restaurant there serving basic Filipino food. I will definitely be coming back to stay here when i returned to puerto galera.

Great value, the rooms and bungalows are basic but nice, and they face to a beautiful garden with a swimming pool in the middle, really nice! The staff is very friendly and ready to help at all times... Very cool atmosphere!

The owner was really friendly and helpful, she let me use the fridge, helped me with my laundry, and when you are a solo backpacker it is really helpful. The location between Puerto Galera and Sabang is actually good if you want to escape the night life in Sabang and need to go grocery shopping or visit PG also. The place has a nice view on a bay with beautiful sunsets. It is quiet even if close from the road (except when the neighbours exaggerate with karaoke), but overall peaceful. Although the small room with fan was a bit hot at night with only a fan (except when it rains during the night), I would recommend the budget room where I also stayed. Also great value for money !

One of the affordable resorts near sabang. The room was more spacious than how it looked in the photos. It's a 5-10minute drive going to sabang beach so you will need to take a jeepney/tricycle/motorcycle (fare is 10php-jeep/20php-tricycle). The resort is just beside the main road so it was not hard for us to get a ride. The downside is that you can hear noise in your room from the vehicles passing by.

the Staff are Nice and helpful . There Was a bit of road works in progresses on the road that is out front and the traffic was a bit noise keep in mind when booking that there is extras coast if you do decide to use the aircons and hot water as these are not included in the booking price extra 400 Peso per night I booked budget room but the owner upgraded me to double for a good price . Location is about half way between Puerto Galera and Sabang. there is a great view of the bay it has a nice well maintained pool and good cold beer . There is a restaurant there I did not have Dinner there I did have breakfast and it is your normal Breakfast for the price .there is a restaurant a very easy walk towards Puerto, Called the View point also one towards about 1.5KM towards Sabang called the mangrove if you decide to eat out .

nice friendly staff people, value for money, location view very nice, but close to the road to Sabang sometime quit noisy, but not really irritating to us! When you have no transport for you own, you have always to order a tricycle to go some were! make a deal in advance, cos to foreigners they let you pay to much more, with 2 person you can for short distance to Sabang or Puerto Galera centre also take motorbike!

The resort is a little away from things. The pool and view were great. I had some problems with the activities. Was charged for things we did not get. The Sea cave was a waste, what was Billed as a 400 peso add on wound up about 1000 pesos and I would not do it if it was free

RESORT ITSELF IS OKAY BUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE”
Pros: if you stay in the resort for relaxing, is it okay. The resort itself is beautiful with swimming pool. Clean and staff is well accomodating. Cons: check in time 2pm, check out time 12pm, please read the guidelines inside the room unless they will charge you for the whole day rate if you dont check out before 12pm. Secondly, the main tourist spot of Puerto Galera is in White Beach, better to look resort at white beach area. Dahilig is too far in White beach and a little bit fan Sabang Beach. Hotel is cheap but trike fare is too high. Hiring a trike back in forth from Dahilig to White beach will cost you Php 500.00. Then if your Departure/Arrival Port is Muelle, they will charge you Php 150.00 one way. We dont save money in Dahilig, food is too expensive. Egg,one rice, one longganisa will cost Php 100.00. It's not practical to be there if you want to explore in all tourist spot of Puerto Galera. So I suggest to find cheap hotel in White Beach as I heard there's 1500/night.

Early check-in and late check-out is always subject to room availability. We are thankful that you read our guidelines but we are always ready to negotiate and settle for a little extra payment if you want to extend for a few hours in case room is not booked after your stay. 3. White Beach is very popular tourist spot and frequented mostly by locals for beach bumming and nightlife. However, there are other main attractions in PG, Puerto Galera Town is 10 mins ride from our place, Sabang, which is few minutes away from Verde Island passage, is 5 mins ride, Coral Garden, the primier destination for island hopping and water activities are 5 minutes boat ride away from our resort, also Tamaraw Falls, Tukuran, Ponderosa etc. 3. Jeepney is a cheaper alternative.

We stayed for 3D2N. We love the location of the resort, the style of the rooms including the interiors. The pool is like a sauna in the evening that is perfect to end the day. If you want to relax, Dahilig resort is well recommended. There is also a hidden place down the the hill where you can see mangrove and bridge. It is perfect for those who want to enjoy the cool breeze, and the super nice view of the sea and sunset. The resort also offers a motorcycle for rent which is more convinient for those who love to explore the island at a minimum cost. Their staffs arealways ready to cater your needs 24/7. We also live their longanisa for breakfast! We will definitely book this resort and will recommend to all who wants to explore puerto galera.

Relatively cheap if compare to other hotels with this standard. Considering its accommodating staffs towards guests, a comfy bed, a very clean swimming pool & working hot shower, this hotel in my opinion is one of the best place to stay that's worth the money in Puerto Galera. As we arrived and check-in at the reception, we were greeted with friendly & welcoming staffs and they gave us cold water. It is 10 mins away from the city, so kuya Ogie the owner, suggested that we rent a motorcycle which costed us 300php/day. Overall, this is a great hotel considering the price which costs nearly as cheap as the price of a guest house but has the efficiency and quality of a proper local hotel, moreover their friendly polite staffs make you feel very welcome.

Clean and spacious rooms. Fantastic staff, always with a smile. (Thanks Ryan for the many lifts into town) A nice quiet and relaxing place to chill, with a big pool in the centre of the property. Is a good 15 minutes walk to sabang, but can always get a lift down there. My only gripe.... Wi fi. Very limited, can't get in rooms, only at cafe/restaurant. In today's society, it's a must. Once that is sorted, dahilig will be 10/10

We booked at Dahilig but due to some changes, we were transferred in Sea Shore and super super ganda niya. Sir Ogie was very accomodating and friendly and all the staffs too. We will definitely come back :)
