Does the perfect job”

Very reasonably priced, and situated just a few minutes away from the airport (with free transfers) D'Max hotel was just what we were looking for. The room was clean, the pool and gym made up for the lack of other things nearby, while both breakfast and dinner were perfectly acceptable. If you arrive in Lombok late, or leave early, this place is perfect for an overnight stay.

Exceptional”

My stay at the hotel was after a major earthquake occurred in lombok, which was devastating to say the least. The staff at the hotel were incredibly hard working and kind, accommodating the many extra tourists who were trying to get flights out of lombok. During this time of uncertainty, they provided us with a safe place to stay. The hotel itself is exceptional, I would stay recommend it to all.

My daughter’s stay on Lombok during the earthquakes was traumatic however she said the hotel and all staff made sure she was comfortable and safe. Many thanks to all. However when trying to check in, reception were unable to find her booking and after contacting Agoda she was finally able to access her reservation. The booking was made 12 hours beforehand. All’s well that ends well, as the situation on Lombok probably contributed to the ‘computer glitch’

We needed more pillow”

We were on our 5th anniversary trip starting from Jakarta to Lombok. In total we stayed at 4 different hotels. It was nice to have 2 pillows each from the first hotel we checked-in until we arrived at D'Max. It had trouble having a good night sleep. We were happy with everything else.

Hotel near airport with free shuttle to airport”

Dmax provide clean and well equipment to us. This hotel is very close to Lombok airport and they provide free shuttle to airport in the morning. If you fly early flight, i think this is a good choice for you. They provide breakfast box if breakfast is included in your room price.

Service & Environment”

Awesome with this price to get a room at Zmax. Room is quite nice and also clean, staff hotel friendly. Will be book at Zmax when next trip back to lombok.

Airport Hotel”

Stayed here as solo traveler right after I climbed up mount Rinjani. The main reason why I stayed here is because I have a morning flight the next day so a hotel near the airport is a wiser choice. The other reason why I chose this hotel is because I need a bit of luxury after 4 days roaming Rinjani. Hence, I booked the Suite which in my opinion is still affordable given it's below USD 70. However, there are things I think the hotel should pay more attention to. First, they don't have umbrella. I went to this nice foodcourt by the side of the hotel. The only access is to walk from the front lobby through the parking lot. After I ordered food I had to go back to the room because I left my wallet. Then it rained just when I was about to walk back to the foodcourt. So I asked the hotel for an umbrella. Assuming this is a big hotel, they should have umbrellas for guests. Apparently, the staffs couldn't find any and out of desperation gave me 1 kiddish looking umbrella not big enough to cover me from the rain. I have no option but to use the umbrella. But what a disappointing experience. Second, the big ceiling shower in my room broke. I asked them to fix it but they said the hex key was not found. Instead of offering me to change room, the maintenance guy told me to use the hand shower. By that time I already unpacked my hiking gear and too tired to take anything less than perfect. So I asked for a room change. The process took long and when I moved all my stuffs I realised that the room is smaller than the one I booked. By that time I was already too tired and too fade up with all the mistreatment that I didn't want to change room again. I asked for a compensation given the fact that the price I payed must be more than the price of the room they gave me. It took another long while for the manager to meet me. He finally gave me free dinner worth IDR 200K in their restaurant. Settled, but took too much until they came up with a proper compensation and still poor in t

Clean comfortable hotel”

The only downside to this hotel is the location as it is located near the airport which means it is very far away from the town and main attractions. Also Lombok has a regulation which does not allow taxis to pick passengers up from within the town area so it is very expensive to get transportation back to this hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious,clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is decent too :)

Clean and Modern Hotel with Great Facilities”

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night so that we were close to the airport. The room was an adequate size, it was clean and very comfortable with a lovely clean shower/toilet. Great TV channels in English which suited us. The breakfast in the morning was very varied and met all tastes. There is a lovely pool and a bar area on the 2nd floor. The hotel as a newly opened food court around the side, it is a lovely traditional design, large and serves a range of asian cuisine for a very reasonable price. The only issue we had was that the hotel offers an airport shuttle but it is difficult to understand how they time this shuttle - we needed one for around 10am their shuttle left at 11am and so we had to pay an extra 50K Rp - which is not much but Why?? Would definitely stay again if needing a stopover

Cheap and good place to stay, near to airport”

Cheap place to stay with standards comparable to 4 stars hotel, with sufficient spread during breakfast buffet. Room service food were cheap and adequate as well. However, if you are intending to visit Kuta (Lombok), Senngigi, it will be out of the way and you must take a taxi or rent the hotel car, which is expensive. Hence, it is good for those who are intending to stay over 1 night in the hotel and head over to the airport the next day. It is the only accommodation that is the closest to the airport (2km away by walking distance).

Very close to Lombok airport. Shuttle bus available between hotel and airport. Need to notify the hotel beforehand that you need shuttle bus service from airport to hotel.

Great brand new hotel close to airport ”

It was just couple months opening when we stayed there. Everything was still perfect, room was quite spacious, the entire hotel was clean, good unique design and decoration. Lounge area was very cozy. Breakfast was yummy and various for standard budget hotel. Very close to airport only 5 mins drive and they have free shuttle service to airport anytime you need it. Their staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the wifi doesn't works during my 2 nights stay. The pool wasn't ready yet. And a bit far from city center. Definitely recommended for transit hotel.

Good for an early flight”

Just stayed 1 night as we had a 7am flight the next day. (so missed the breakfast which should be continental). Restaurant has good food, but ran out of beer that night. :-) We arrived around midday and they nicely checked us in early. Rooms were functional and as the hotel photos described. Took a taxi down to Selong Belanak for the afternoon/evening, which was excellent. Hotel has airport transfers every hour, just takes 5-10 minutes. Hotel is nothing special and not Indonesian style, but does the job of an airport hotel very well indeed. If you have an early flight, it is perfect.

close to lombok airport so it was perfect for a late night arrival. there was a little mix up with our room but the staff were great and fixed the problem quickly.

Pre-flight stay”

We stayed here ahead of our flight out of Lombok. It's perfect if you're looking for somewhere close to the airport as it's just a $2 cab ride away. You get a bed, a shower and a TV. There's also a pool on the second floor. Breakfast is a little limited, but sufficient. The hotel staff were helpful.

Good transit hotel”

All in all it was a nice clea hotel, just wished the swimming pool didn't have mold on its wall. I didn't swim tho, so it was okay for me. I will come back next time I'm in Lombok.

Not bad BUT!”

Stayed here twice(1 night each). One on the start of our holiday and the other at the end of holiday. Just Pit stop for us Pros: 1)Very near to airport. Abt 5mins. Good if u wanna catch an early flight or for a pit stop 2)very cheap and affordable 3) size of room is good for the price we paying. 2nd time we were gvn room with balcony 4) very friendly staffs 5) breakfast quite good Cons: (applies only for 2nd room) 1) the 2nd room we had (room 380) is very very dirty. Full of mosquitos in room. Balcony full of big lizards. Super duper dusty in every corner 2) toilet stinks alot 3) obviously the room is not occupied for quite some time 4) scary and creepy. We had someone kept on knocking on the door every abt 5-10mins. But there’s no one! During day time there isnt a single knock! So yea. U judge =)

Clean and comfortable hotel for the airport”

Clean, comfortable room with good facilities and can be good views of the area. Wifi a bit unreliable in the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hourly free shuttle to Lombok airport.

Just to catch up my flight, but it is worth my penny in overall”

Didnt put much expectation, but the airport transfer are excellent, breakfast is so-so in this area so I just give it a go,i assume the room totally use efficient energy or some kind of low emitting light else people would assume they use cheap lighting to reduce cost, the swimming pool also a bit smaller than i thought but I already put my expectation and its doesnt bother me much, so in overall, it is an excellent place rather than the other one place if you google so i give it a 5 star for its price
