Our Stay at Crowne Plaza Toulouse”

Great location (even though the parking was extremely tricky to find) in the middle of the action on Place du Capitole square, and within walking distance from all major attractions. Staff was very friendly/helpful. Our Club suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable but only had a small window for natural light! The room’s are run down, and can benefit from a proper facelift. Little things are very important when staying in a hotel let alone a renowned chain, the rooms should be quality checked by staff for any defects for a ultimate guest experience; I’m highlighting this as the desk chair had a huge gash in the upholstery, this is unacceptable to have in any room let alone a Club Room! On the whole we had a great stay, and enjoyed Toulouse a lot

Just had the pleasure of 5 days in crowne plaza Toulouse over Christmas Fantastic location right on the man square, near to bars restaurants and sites. Staff were great and helpful. Nice and quiet too with well equipped rooms

Good hotel in a great location”

Good hotel in a great location. I stayed here 4 years ago and found a big improvement in this time. I love everything here : location (in the city center and easy to access to metro and the bus) , room (big and clean), breakfast (both hot and cold breakfast), staff (all are friendly and helpful), wireless internet (very fast), lobby (great)

Crowne Plaza Toulouse”

The location of this hotel is excellent right on the central square of the city. It is only a few minutes walk to most of the major attractions. It is right next to the major shopping area and there are many restaurants and bars within 10 minutes' walk. Les halles is also only 10 minutes walk away and the metro is close by if you need it. Given the deal we were able to secure through the internet it was outstanding value. However, if you were to compete with the business crowd in peak season, you would pay a full rack rate. However, if you are comfortable with the room rate on offer, certainly it is a great location.

Fantastic Location right in the centre of town”

Hotel is situated right on the square in the central part of town. Therefore, I was able to easily walk to everything. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. About 10 mins, by taxi, to the train station to Paris, or other major cities. Staff were fantastic, very helpful on arrival. Room was spacious.

feeling good, the hotel located in centre of the city. there are a lot of old building around the sqate. shops restautants are around the hotel. convenient to walk around or even to get into public transport to look around the city

Excellent location, room was immaculate with air conditioning, hotel was quiet. Staff were great and spoke english too which helped. Would happily use again.

Great location”

The location is great but the room w/o view is small and quality of the breakfast and service is at acceptable level only. The bed is very comfortable and we had a good rest for the night. We drove to the hotel but couldn't get access as there's no sign of the hotel at the secured but un-attended road entrance so eventually we have to park elsewhere and walk to the hotel which took about 5 mins and we have to give up bringing our baggage across. There should be a signage at the driveway entrance.

Overall good. Recommended location or city centre attractions and restaurants. A little tricky with a hire car. Either you park in the public car park or use their conceirge services. Generally, good. Would stay again.

it was cool”

the room looks exactly like in the picture, the staff is great, the breakfast buffet was good (25eu). For the people of color we didn't feel any racism.

very handy. lacks even an unloading point or no parking bay in street, but the traffic was always exceedingly tolerant (no horn tooting) which set the stage for a very relaxed visit. walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, shops. rooms clean and good size. breakfast was well catered for, but on one occasion we arrived just after a tour bus group, and it was like a locust plague had invaded, with food gone and all tables messy. more staff?

Stay was generally ok. Internet issues all the time. Ended up working in the lobby for hours everyday. Location is great and easy to move around.
