Good location”

The hotel is very nice and new. Perfect location for taking very early morning flights. The services of the hotel are excellent with efficient check-in and check-out process. The breakfast is also nice with plenty of choices that we could have a full breakfast before taking flights back home. Will return to the hotel in my next Phoenix trip.

Convenient to sky harbor airport”

We needed a one night stay. Ear the airport with a shuttle to the airport. The Crown Plaza was perfect for our needs. The room was quiet and clean.

Extremely easy to get to and from the airport and really nice for the price. Not too much directly around the hotel though, so best preferred for transit.

Convenient airport hotel”

If you are looking for a hotel that is conveniently located to the airport, this is a great choice. It is also right across the street from the train that goes directly downtown. The bar and restaurant in the hotel have very nice.

Ok hotel close to airport”

Good hotel for short stays. We were there for one night only. Its 5-6 Minutes for The phx airport, and The hotel had their own shuttle. Very convenient. Rooms are ok, quite clean and with AC. Good hotel for short stays

We stayed for 3 nights and was happy with the hotel. The pool was good with the kids, not crowed. The was a greta gymn.

Horrible from start to finish. you have to pay to park. there is one parking lot and its not free. i have been to about 60 different hotels across the world and this is the only hotel i have ever been to where you had no other choice but to pay to park. The hotel has to be the oldest hotel in arizona. or maybe the united states. its like a antique inside. if your into that than youll be fine. the elevator, well thats old too. i thought i was going to get stuck in it. the rooms, well they arent impressive at all. the tv was the newest thing in the hotel and the tv yes was flat screen but they had to of bought that tv from a truck stop. i would not suggest this hotel at all. i would rather sleep at a rest stop along the road in my car.

印刷したものを見せてチェックインした。そのとき、カードを求められスキャンさせられた。単に確認しただけと思っていたが、いつの間にか部屋に差し込まれた紙を見ると、当日に引き落とされていた。不安になりカードの決済情報を確認すると、当日宿泊費とデポジット50ドルが合わせて引かれていた。早朝出発のとき尋ねたが、デポジット分50ドルは翌日戻るというだけで、宿泊費の二重取りは無視された。文句があればフェニックスにあるホテルに電話しろという。

コンビニが近くにあって便利でした。治安も良さそうだったし、観光地も近くにありました。あんまりお客はいなかったけど、不便はないし、従業員も親切でした。

距離鳳凰城機場最近的酒店”

酒店有提供每半個小時一班的shuttle,可以輕鬆到達酒店.可惜酒店周遭除了一家ok便利,啥也沒有,想去餐廳吃飯就必須進市區.還好酒店的門口就有輕軌站.附帶提一點,酒店打掃的老墨阿姨英語不太行,向她要一床棉被,她拿起衛生紙捲反問我是不是要這個??我的英語有那麼差嗎....
