This was the third hotel I stayed at during my visit to Cebu City and by far my favorite. (The other two being Sarrosa Hotel and the Mandarin Hotel, both pale in contrast to Crown Regency). I liked the polite and attentive staff, the western build quality of the property, the location, the immense nearby shopping, food, and nightlife. The rooms are extremely nice. The hotel has a number of attractions, some of which could be of mild interest, though we didn't do much. The chinese restaurant on the upper floor had an exceptionally good all you can eat buffet with superb food that really surprised me for quality and selection that included scallops and many other seafoods. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're not sure where to stay in Cebu City, I'd certainly come back here again and not think twice about those other two hotels.

Excellent Location and Room plus Worth Value of $$”
I book this hotel weeks before the Sinulog, so I was surprised that they still have available rooms. When I arrived at the hotel it was very busy because they have alot of guest, but they still manage to give me a good service. I was surprised that my room is big, to mention it has a living room. I was very happy that my money is worth of the value, I get the best deal. The hotel's amenities, entertainment areas and dinning areas are very good that you don't need to spend your time outside of the hotel, all that you need is already there. It was also the best location for the Sinulog festival because its in the heart of Cebu City where the grand parade happens.Right now, I'm already considering Crown Regency for my next visit in Cebu.

My Review for Crown Regency Hotel & Tower Cebu ”
Crown Regency Hotel & Tower Cebu is a nice place to stay with, especially its strategic location right in the downtown of cebu. The room is clean and we are confident to say that our privacy was maintained. The room boys and staff are friendly. Except that the Reception counter seems like always busy that you have stand in front of them for quite a few minutes. The breakfast that they served was also good. The waiters where so accommodating and always give a smile to the guest.

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Stayed at their cebu city branch "Crown Regency Hotel & Towers". I dont have to list anything at all they've provided everything that we needed for our stay although I would highly recommend having guest take their cameras with them in their sky adventure but nonetheless everything was so smooth. didn't see anything negative at this point.

"Nice hotel and convenient to everything"”
crown regency is so far still the best hotel i have ever stayed here in cebu city. the location is very convenient to almost everything you need, close to shopping, churches, restaurants and very accessible to public transportation. i cannot say that all the staffs are friendly but most of them are and very professional in doing their jobs. i will stay again at crown regency and i will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family who will come and visit cebu.

One stop hotel amenities with A1 room service.”
Crown Regency Hotel and Towers is one of the best hotel in Cebu. I stayed in this hotel twice during my business trips. And will always love to stay here because of its A1 accommmodation. But one thing i've noticed in this hotel is that the lobby is always crowded, maybe because of the small space of the hotel's lobby. But i don'n mind it, my main concern is the comfortability of the hotel's room. And they really serve it well.

A family-friendly hotel with great rooms”
We stayed for just 1 night and we actually regret it because the hotel offers a variety of fun-filled activities such as the Extreme, target shooting to name a few. We weren't able to maximize our stay because we have to explore the city first and once tired, we are easily tempted to stay in our comfortable room (especially our comfy beds!). The rooms are clean and well-kept with huge beds and perfect view of parts of the city and the beach! The people are accommodating and helpful in giving other options to their guests for local tours. We will definitely come back to Cebu and we will for sure stay again in Crown Regency!

Warm and accommodating staff!!!”
Amid of the not so friendly stormy condition, Crown Regency compensated that. It was quite gloomy when we arrived but far much better compared to Manila’s condition, where we are currently based at. We had a great time on our 2 days hotel stay booked under Agoda, and we're bound to Panglao on our third day in Cebu but sadly all ferries trip were cancelled due to unsafe travel condition by the sea. Instead, we opted to explore Cebu more. And, we book for another night thereby allowing us to enjoy the sky adventure one of a kind experience. The internet connection was quite unstable so we weren’t able to add another day booking through Agoda and book directly through the front desk. Breakfast buffet are yummier than dinner buffet though but nevertheless almost all the people there rendered exceptional service. The place is very homey amid the constant ins and outs of clients. Sky adventure experience is quite an amazing experience. Despite the windy and rainy condition, we still pursued our goal and that is to do sky walk. Our guide wacky Paul and photographer Jannus and even the staff on the booth were all friendly. Security guards and room attendants are very pleasant. The room was very spacious for me and my aunt. Definitely, we will come back and stay there all over again. Many thanks for making our stay worthwhile!

when i saw the hotel lit up at night it look great and i just had to stay there my wife pick it and i'm glad she did i stay at a hotel near by and i didn't like that one i should have stay at crown regency the whole time i was in cebu thumbs up to the staff and the hotel i can't fault anything thanks for a great wedding night that i will remember for the rest of my life and when i come back to see the family i will be staying at the crown regency

Excellent hotel service”
Our stay in Cebu was great, thanks to Crown.We were very much delighted on how we have been welcomed by the recep and the staffs. the one who lead us to our rooms was very professional,took care of our luggages and didnt even wait to be given a tip. (we gave him anyways when we saw him in the hallways bfore we check out). we like the clean sheets, the accessibility to all cebu's finest restaurant and the breakfast. we would definitely recommend it to our friends who will be visiting cebu in Jan. thanks again Crown Regency.

Nice Hotel with Great Amenities & Recreations”
We trtuly enjoyed our stay in Crown Regency Hotel from Oct. 28 to 31, 2012. The hotel rate is just reasonable considering that it has great amenities like outdoor & indoor swimming pools & gym for free. There are also some recreations or things to do in the hotel like the famous skywalk, edge coaster, 4D movie etc. but with fees. We enjoyed the skywalk packaged with dinner buffet with international cuisine. The room is clean with soft bed & huggable pillows. We enjoyed the room because of its view-overlooking cebu city. The only complaint we have was when we arrived in the hotel from the airport, we had a long wait at te lobby for about an hour just waiting for the room key to be handed over to us. The front desk officer told us to wait because the room is just being cleaned which took us to wait for an hour. It is only when we complained that the front desk officer offered us another room which is already prepared & ready. But overall, we had an enjoyable stay in the hotel.

It was my first vist to Cebu and i was pleasantly surprised with the hospitallity of the staff at the Crown Regency. Everyone was very nice and allways there with anserws to my many questions.From the front desk to the internet, telephone staff. All depts. The kerioke room was nice. And the breakfast buffet was delisious every morning. Allways with the most friendly, helpfull crew. It was a great way to start the day there. i would highly recomend the hotel to any one. I had a good stay there.

nice hotel but small lobby”
It was a memorable stay,everything is already in the hotel.I am with my twin grand daughters and family of my sister.We do not have any problem of entertaining the kids.The rooms are big and with the in door or out door swimming pool choices its perfect.The location is perfect too.I like the safari adventure and the safety of the guest(you can not ride the elevator if you are the guest of the hotel)I am looking forward to stay again in Crown Regency when I visit Cebu next time.

Perfect Location!”
We had a nice stay in Crown Regency! The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view facing Cebu City. Close to the shopping malls and many restaurants. The only one thing that was not good, was their breakfast! The food was tasteless! We only went 1 time to the breakfast during our 3 night stay. Tip: Go for breakfast in the Starbucks at the ground floor next to the entrance.

Hassle-free accomodations”
It was very nice staying at Crown Regency Hotel and Towers. We went there on New Year's Eve and since there was an event during that night, we expected that there would be alot of people and we would have trouble checking in. But luckily, it was still manageable and they have attended to us right away. Restrooms were neat and clean, we just hope that there would be a bidet since they did not have any pails to be borrowed. We were relaxed the whole time but we recommend that the restaurants in the area(particularly Fifties Cafe) be opened longer that the usual time. Since there is no opened restaurant or food store during the mornings and we had to go outside for our meals/snacks. Nice place to stay and bond with the family. We really enjoyed the Sky Adventure at Crown Regency Hotel & Towers. :)

Nice and fun hotel and good location”
we are so happy with our stay in Crown Regency Hotel.Lots of adventures for adults to kids.The location is so perfect for everything.with the polite and smiling faces of the helpful staff.4 days was not enough just to discover the whole hotel.I am so disappointed to end my stay in Cebu so short that I did not experience even just half of this hotel offered.I will definitely stay again in this hotel and highly recommend it to my friends.

We originally stayed at another hotel nearby but didnt enjoy so we visited Crown Regency. They even let us look at a room before we booked on Agoda (who has a great low price). they have some rides up on top of the building for the adventurous. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there when in Cebu.

Excellent”
Once again we enjoyed our time at Crown Regency Hotel & Towers, my 6th or 7th stay here, this time in a "Junior Suite". Overall, the stay was good but unfortunately in typical Philippine style, little maintenance issues spoiled our stay a little. The Air conditioner leaked in the living area (it was faulty in other ways as well), there was a huge water leak in the bathroom (where the water was coming from exactly is still a mystery) and we had to continually reset the WiFi. There was an issue with continuous "brown-outs' over the last two days - usually a problem beyond the Hotel's control one would think, but when surrounding buildings seem to be functioning normally, one does wonder. We ordered a meal from room service - was told "twenty minutes" - because of the Brown Out it arrived well over an hour after the suggested time & was stone cold! However the location. convenience & the amenities almost compensated for the inconvenience - we would happily stay here again.

Good location, nice attractions available within the hotel area”
The Crown Regency Hotel is a good place in center of Cebu. Despite getting a bit old, all was fine, room, restaurant, attractions, shops, also shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. However the swimming pools were remarkably cold, due to a lack of sunlight, as they are located between the hotel towers. Hot shower, a few minutes in the pools, and out again for a hot shower. The hotel inside was very clean everywhere, however the building is outside very dirty and needs urgently to be washed from the top to the basement. Difficult to look out of the windows - rooms and windows inside are clean, the problem is only the building outside. The attractions are interesting, possible to walk outside around near the top of the building using a harness.
