Always clean, elegant and classy, staff always attentive. This is our favorite hotel if we want the family to take a breather and enjoy a hassle free and elegant weekend staycation. Rooms are always top of the line, facilities and common area never dull. The pool area is where we stay most of the time, although hopefully they will open beyond 5PM. Breakfast buffet is our favorite among all hotels in the area. We have stayed here more than 3x, recommended it to our relatives many times, reserved their restaurant and had afternoon tea time many times because their food and ambiance are simply the best

Superb..... Crimson Hotel Manila the gem of the Metropolis”
Staying in another’s room is a big deal for us, that is why we always chose the best place and Crimson Hotel Manila is one of best place that we stayed... It surpasses our expectations, when we arrived in the parking area the security guard allowed us to use the place for vip parking adjacent to the doorway leading to the elevator. The room is quite spacious and cozy and all switch is controlled by one electronic device... The cushion is like a fluffy feather of the bird very soft fit for a King’s room... Staffs are all polite and very acommodating , especially when we were having our swimming in the big pool... The buffet is also nice, it serves the best international cuisine, and i like the salmon beaded or bake salmon i guess (not so sure about the name) but in general the foods are very delicious and the waitress name An < not so sure of her name> very acomodating .... I will definitely recommend it to all my acquintances... good job...

Most underrated hotel in the South of Manila”
Everything about this hotel is fantastic! Very clean, very chic, very grand for such a price! Their Café Eight is also one for the books. Food is delicious! Their pool area is so strategically placed at the eighth floor which is also their lobby area. It’s never hot and sticky in the pool area. Always breezy and cool. This will not be our last stay for sure. This is the friendliest neighborhood hotel if you’re from Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Las Piñas. ❤️❤️❤️

More than the place, I commend the staffs from the reception to the waiters and supervisors in the buffet. It was my sister's birthday and they surprised my sister with a cake. She was so happy, it made her day. The supervisor also attended to us in the buffet. He quickly thinks of what we need and it was so nice of him. He even asked his staff to cut the apples for my dad. The food was good and with enough quantity. My son enjoyed the pool as it was heated. My baby loves the Big Teddy Bear. We love the location too as it is walking distance to the Festival Mall where we had our dinner birthday celebration.. We had a great stay!

Probably fifth or sixth times staying in Crimson. Nice, clean hotel with excellent facilities and close to mall. Upgraded to exec package this round and it was great! Every staff were Friendly and helpful except this young gentlemen from the executive lounge who seems to be a little rude when I asked about the food. My pal got the same treatment when asked about beer selection. Other than that. Everyone else we met with were just excellent!

Pros: they recommend an upgrade to my room They were smiling as they greeted us for check in. They gave us a corner room. Pretty awesome. Breakfast was ok. I would've preferred more fruit selections. Only melon and watermelon served. OJ was good. The served Cooked not canned beans☑️ Location is great. Right across Fetsuval mall and Landmark. To improve: check in process took more than 15minutes. I'd make a cue of seats around the front desk if on average would take longer than 10minutes to wait. Complimentary bottled water would have been a nice touch. Overall a pleasant stay 😊

Went here for a staycation with the kids for Independence Day and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and large as compared with other hotels in the same price range. What I liked most here is that the pool is well guarded by attentive life guards. There was also an efficient medical team who tended to my son when he slipped and had a wound. The hotel is well maintained and the coffee is good!

24/7 room service with solid variety of options ranging from php 100- php500. Pool is clean and open till 9pm daily. Gym open 24 hours with key card contains decent amount of equipment and TV's. Chill happy hour with assorted variety of cocktails and liquors for 200php per glass. Buffet restaurant at cafe eight is good for the price when discounted however pricey otherwise. Has unlimited sashimi!

I booked 3 rooms and celebrated my birthday at Crimson Hotel. We were given the rooms I requested, in particular, rooms near each other on the same floor. It was a great and fun experience for the kids to hop in from one room to another to visit their grandma and tita/tito on the same floor! Pool was also clean and guest number were managed. Food was great as well!

Everything about this place was great. Comfy, clean, luxurious and conveniently located. Staff were very accommodating. There was a smell in the corridor of our floor which was promptly addressed after reporting it. There were noisy guests a few rooms down from us, and they also addressed it soon after reporting. My fiance was the one who used the hotel during his quarantine upon arrival in Manila on the 14th of November 2021. All's well and it was truly a good experience considering it was a mandatory quarantine. The staff was very accommodating like Darwin since the time he arrived at the airport was very accommodating, helpful, warm and made sure you are well-cared for. And kudos as well to Marga at the reservations who had been very patient in receiving all our questions and clarifications. The only thing that needs improvement perhaps would be giving more options for Filipino food to those who are in quarantine.

The place was very clean and well sanitised, I checked in with my husband and my 1 year old baby to celebrate my bday and I was not disappointed, everyone was nice, from the guard who greeted us when we came in up to the receptionist who checked us in, although the pool was not available everything still went well as my son was able to play in the lobby without me fearing height get hurt or what as it was kid safe 🥰

We really enjoyed our short but very sweet stay. Breakfast food was excellent. Amenities, especially the pool area is very safe for kids, with 2 attentive lifeguard, also nice to hang out at night. The staffs are all corteous, the place is so cozy , all positive words I can think of, for a hotel staff , special shout out to Ian at the front desk , very patient to solve the issue that I thought I have , but I figured out that there was no problem after all. Staffs are very polite and welcoming. The room is very clean. The location of hotel suits for nearby establishments. I was amaze that this hotel doesn’t offer bottled water but a refillable pitcher for environmental purposes. All in all, it was a nice stay!
