The best hotel ever in Hoi An !”
The thing that I liked 'cozy savvy' the most was the people there. Everyone who are working there are super nice and trying to help travelers from the bottom of their heart. I had to go to the hospital by accident there, and had to go all the way to Vinmec hospital in Danang, and all the people who were working there at the front were so worrying about me and helped me the best that they could. Also, the thing that I like about cozy is the location. If the hotel is near the center of Hoi An, you have to go all the way to the end of the road and then have to go back and pass the hotel and go opposite side of the town again. But cozy is located at the end of the Hoi An, so you can see the whole old town and New town and come back easily to hotel, not overlapping the walking. I heard it is built in 2019, everything out there was so new and clean. room was perfect, clean, fresh and comfy. Once you get to the hotel, you will see how nice people they are. When I get there, I had no idea to go, eat, and what to see. people who work there will show you a map and recommend all the things you might need to see the whole Hoi An. I'm telling you. Super nice people there. I'd like to come back and stay in cozy once again for 100% sure. Best hotel ever”
This is the best hotel I've stayed. Keep in mind I'm comparing Cozy Savvy to something like Hilton, Mercure, etc. The hotel is very clean. Staff is very helpful in helping us on everything we ask for. Be it the restaurant, booking a van and so on. Facility is on point. Pool on the rooftop is remarkable. Breakfast buffet taste good, with enough to choose. Hotel is a bit further from the noisy place which is a good thing. You get to enjoy your evening in peace. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel. I'll stay here again given the chance to go back to Hoi An.

Hotel just opened. What a great hotel! Staff is so nice, helps you with everything. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The rooms are quiet, large, clean with a nice balcony. A couple minutes of walking to old town. Free bikes, and a good rooftop pool with seats. I would u this hotel to everybody!

Fantastic hotel and great staff”
We used the hotel’s airport pick-up service from Da Nang, and a friendly and safe driver took us to the hotel in Hoi An. We arrived early in the morning, but we got the room in good time before ordinary check-in time. Friendly staff welcomed us with a welcome drink and Lyn provided us with good information about Hoi An (I.e. restaurants, bicycle paths, shopping). The room was really clean and well equipped - nothing to complain about, and we had a nice river view from the room. Breakfast was very good - very nice to sit outside. And the rooftop bar was chill, happy hour and sunset 🙂 What we will remember from this stay is the friendly and supportive staff at the hotel. They all called us by first names. Kathy recommended us several places to visit, including a really good tailor. This was really appreciated. When visiting Hoi An again we will definitely stay at this hotel 😉

We spent 2020 New Year holiday in Hoi An have selected Cozy Savvy for the entire family (7 adults and 1 infant). We were really pleasantly surprised of the standard and quality provided by the hotel facilities and staff. We will definitely recommend the property and will come back again.

It's a nice and cozy hotel located at the edge of Hoi An heart so it's not too noisy at night. The hotel offers complimentary bicycle (child-seat available at request) so it's only 5-min away from the Hoi An Old Town and you can cycle anywhere in small town like Hoi An. The room is clean & spacious enough and staff are very well-trained.

Perfect service and fantastic rooms”
It is a new hotel. All the things are new and clean. The decorations are great. The staffs were extremely friendly and served us wholeheartedly. I booked the family connecting rooms. The prices were absolutely great. I also booked the car to Da Nang and Ba Na Hill. The driver was helpful. He led us to take the free shuttle and took us to the main entrance of the cable car. He helped me push the wheelchair too. The price was better than calling the Grab car. The Cozy Restaurant was great too. We stayed for 3 days and the noodles were different in these 3 days. There were variety of food to choose. The staffs greeted us every morning and explained to us the traditional Vietnam food. Even though you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the old town, it is really worthwhile. You can enjoy the beautiful river view on your way.

Super friendly and supportive staff. New facilities. Free bicycle rental. Due to low occupancy, they provided pre-ordered set breakfast. It was good but not enough for an adult. Location is a bit far from the center of Hoi An (walking 10 mins). Overall this hotel is good to stay if you want to find a quiet place and neighborhood

A great place to be close to the ancient town”
We decided for this hotel against a beachfront hotel to make sure we were close to the HoiAn ancient town and we were not disappointed. This hotel is within walking distance from the town but far enough that its in a quiet and calm spot. The room was beautiful, and the shower and bathtub were very very nice. The staff was very attentive, they have us tips on what to visit and suggested a tour, which we enjoyed a lot. Overall, I loved our experience here. The one thing I would advise other travelers is to avoid a room on the 6th floor if you like quiet mornings. Since the 6th floor has the access to the pool, the hallways were very loud early in the morning which prevented us from sleeping in. If you are an early bird, this shouldn't be a problem for you.

Located in a quiet place about 5-10mins by bike from the ancient town, it’s good if you can ride the bike or motorcycle but for group of 5 ppl family like us we still have to pay taxi every time we go to the town and come back, a bit costly on the transportation fee. The hotel design is super pretty and cozy feeling. Staff really friendly and provide us everything we asked for. Very detailed and friendly introduction and guidance on where to go and what we can do when we checked in on the first day

Great Hotel, GREAT STAFF, but unsightly trash.”
This hotel really was excellent. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give us great recommendations and a locals perspective. The breakfast was nice with a great selection. The pool had a glorious view. My only complaint would be that the grounds surrounding the hotel seemed to be covered in trash/construction material. A quick walk around the hotel grounds could have easily solved this unsightly problem from distracting from an otherwise lovely view.
