Very good”

We stayed at Cozrum Lux Hotel for 5 nights in March 2020, influenced by the price. Hotel is recently renovated and is in very good condition. The location was acceptable for our needs. We requested a quiet room, away from elevators and stairs and we specified that the room must have a window. The first room we were allocated was facing the elevator and stairs and had not been cleaned. The second room was in the process of being cleaned and although there was a window frame containing a pane of glass, it could not be called a window. Finally, we were allocated a suitable room, they told us it was an upgrade. Small things which you would expect to find in a newly renovated hotel were absent, for example there was no safe and there was a bedside locker only on one side of the bed. The hotel was generally quiet but on the Sunday night there was extremely loud "music" from a nearby property until 04:00 and poor sound insulation meant ear plugs were essential to deal with street noise.

Excellent and worth choosing ”

The only thing that bothered me was that my room was actually not similar to its photos on Agoda. I am a hotel owner and I truly care about any detail of a property and how they run it. However, everything is good. Excellent location, friendly staff (but need more training in customer care), functional facility and well decorated. I truly appreciate the dedication of the investor of this hotel.

Excellent hotel and the great service”

The room was very spacious, I had a room that faced the main road, but it was not noisy at all, comfortable beds it was fresh material sheet cleaned The wifi in the room was fast, the staff were very friendly and very helpful in providing information about the hotel as well as city. The hotel would be fine for both Leisure and Business travellers. I definitely stay here again

The hotel is located in a nice area in district 1, not too noisy and close to nice bars and restaurants.

The hotel locates near the central of the city. Room is very clean and spacious. However, I stayed at the highest floor nearing the above floors were still constructed, so it was quite loud due to the noise from construction in the morning.

Absolutely everything I could have wished for. Very clean and spacious rooms with good wifi and AC, as well as a great shower, all in a very central location, for a very sharp price.

Staff are friendly but not helpful. We stayed for 2 days , didn't ask for room make up. However, we did ask for a couple of bottled water (complimentary ones) but just until the third time asking - still no water so I asked the front desk staff to leave the water at the front desk so we can get them later. Hotel location is great, easy to commute around the city. The room is small, not cozy and clean though, but luckily this is a newly built hotel so everything with color bright makes us feel clean. Tips: be aware of the bathroom floor, super slippery that made us nearly fall down on the first time showing, we found out that the Housekeepers just dried the floor didn't rub it off after pouring the cleaning chemicals on it, that was why when we go showering, the water made the floor become a trap. My habit is leaving tip to hotel staff but sorry, not for this time. Thank you team for offering us 2 day stay quite nice in Saigon. Wish u could know what I want to share you so I don't have write them on Agoda reviews like this( I did but seems like you guys did not give a ... :) Cheers.

Great staffs and warmly welcome”

I like the rooms, it's big and comfortable. The toilet is very big and clean. I also like the location, it's near Ben Thanh market. But I love the staffs. They were very friendly and helpful. They provide me and my friends with local suggestions and tips. I will be back again.

Super nice staff and clean room”

Everything is nice the only one thing that i am disappointed is that they don't allow early check in even if the room is ready they just let us put our luggage in the room and advise us to come back after 3 hours

It was okay”

The location is perfect. However this one staff that helped me checked in is unprofessional. I got to the hotel around 1 AM,and i brought one extra person with me and agreed to pay the fee. After that, he told me to wait in the lobby because he will give me extra towel and pillow. It’s almost 2 in the morning and i was so exhausted from my flight and he asked me to wait for him? Why doesn’t he just deliver it to my room? Isn’t that his job? I waited 15 mins in the lobby and he even put on the pillow sheet in front of me, put it on the receptionist table, so not hygienic, and who knows what he had touched before. I don’t think this is professional.

Modern and new”

The street is very loud so you can hear from the room. The staff is very inefficient, we had a problem with our room and instead of giving us a new one they checked it for 3 hours.
